This was the third time I had used Acme for bodywork after collision damage to my vehicle. They were professional, thorough, friendly and timely. Once again they did an excellent job. I have no complaints and would absolutely recommend them and use them again.

During COVID all parts were a struggle.But they kept me informed and aware of what was happening.Job was done exactly as if it was new.All employees I spoke with were pleasant and sincere.

Acme is incredibly efficient and neat and clean and organized. When I picked up my car I not only saw what a great job they did on the repair but was completely surprised to see that my car was DETAILED! I had just cleaned it before dropping it off but my clean paled in comparison. They left air fresheners too in the car so when I opened the door it smelled so good.

Acme was absolutely incredible. Apart from dealing with my terrible insurance company, they went above and beyond fixing my car and making it look like my fender bender never happened. Our car had ten years and two hundred thousand miles of kids, dogs, road trips, beekeeping, and life. ACME got it shiny, clean, fixed the various dings, nicks, cracks, and scratches, and detailed it beautifully, and their price estimate was spot on. They even got it done ahead of schedule. This is not the first time weve had this kind of experience with them, and definitely wont be the last.

I brought my car to this shop after being involved in an accident as recommended by my insurance. Very friendly staff who broke down the process. They kept me informed throughout the repairs and stayed within a reasonable time frame and my car looked like new!

Had a fender bender a few years back and got an exceedingly high price quote from Acme. Staff were friendly, but they were not able to budge price wise so I went elsewhere and essentially got the same service for nearly 25% less than what Acme was offering. Location is good- right by bike bath on Route 5(aka King St) in Northampton by Stop and Shop and across the street from McDonalds, KFC, and Taco Bell.

Went to get a quote for my vehicle which had a dent in the hood. Nothing massive. They gave me a quote for over $2,000 when King Auto Body gave me a quote for $670. A reminder to definitely shop around! Yikes

This was my first experience dealing with an auto body shop and an insurance claim, so I was a little hesitant and didnt know what to expect. Well, I had absolutely no reason to be with Acme by my side. After my initial call to insurance Acme handled all the rest of the communication with them and made it so easy for me. Lisa did a great job keeping the line of communication open with updates as they were working on my car which I appreciated. When I picked it up, it looked amazing. My daughter said it looked brand new again...so huge kudos to Acme!

As good as it gets. I have been here twice, (accident prone) and the fact that I am willingly admitting that in a review shows how pleased I am with Acme and their services. I am absolutely blown away by the quality of customer service that I received here. Every single person I dealt with was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Not once did I feel out of the loop about the progress of the repairs on my vehicle. My latest visit was a pretty serous accident, and was right outside of the body shop. I came in immediately after with my car, and Ray, the service agent I dealt with assured that I was okay and made me feel so comfortable in such a stressful and miserable time. They originally quoted me a longer wait time to get my car back, under the impression that I had rental on my insurance (I understand why the wait time was long, this place is the best in the area), after I let them know that I was paying out of pocket for my rental they assured me that they would do everything that they could to get it done sooner, and they finished almost 10 days earlier than my insurance company had projected! The car looked amazing, and they even vacuumed and cleaned the inside. I explained the day before that I was on a tight time schedule and had to pick up the car before work, and he had the car running and ready out front for me when I picked it up! They recognize the little things that make a BIG difference. It took about 5 minutes to go over paperwork and I was on my way. I would recommend this place to ANYONE looking to get quality repairs and great service. If there is a wait- its only because they are an outstanding company with many loyal customers. Worth the wait- Ive heard horror stories of other auto centers in the area. Support local business and go to Acme. This may sound like an ad- but its just a really, really satisfied customer who recognizes that many businesses forget about the value of quality customer service.

Picked up my wife’s car today, 2019 Hyundai Elantra, I gotta tell you they did an awesome job, I looked and looked and looked and looked and then went back and looked some more I could not find anything wrong no sand scratches in the paint everything was properly installed to factory specs no overspray on the car the paint matched absolutely perfect I tried to find something wrong and I just couldn’t, beautiful job. When I pulled in to pick up my car it was vacuumed and washed, and they went out of their way to buff off some light scratches I had on the other side of the bumper cover, they didn’t even do work on that side they take care of everything so you don’t have to worry about anything it was great it’s been so long since I’ve gotten A+ service. The shop is immaculate they cover all the cars inside the shop so not to get overspray on them very professional. I can go on all day, thank you guys My wife and I are wicked happy you’re my new body shop and I will spread the word thanks again. Oh yeah I forgot the best part the work is guaranteed for ever !!! Absolutely excellent service. Did a wonderful job repairing my vehicle (looks fantastic!), as well as dealing with the insurance/rental car place. Couldnt recommend them highly enough, everyone should use Acme Auto for repairs.

I went to this shop today after waiting 3 weeks for an appointment. When I initially spoke to the receptionist 3 weeks ago, I told her I would EVENTUALLY go through insurance, but was looking around for estimates from a woman who hit my car in December. I went there today and the receptionist looked at me as if I was insane when I said I did not have the quote from the insurance company with me and said they would talk to me, but not even look at my car. I waited with my boyfriend for 10 minutes for Rob, while the receptionist spoke with another employee about other customers negatively. Rob came out and immediately seemed bothered and annoyed with having to work with me. He said at least six times should of brought the quote, makes a biiiig difference. When we actually got to my car he kept talking over my boyfriend loudly and almost scolding me for not bringing a quote of papers. My boyfriend works on cars and has for several years, but doesnt do body work, and could immediately tell they were ripping me off. He refused to give me any kind of quote and said it would be pointless if I already have a quote, Im not going to give you a new one.Needless to say we left, will not return, and I have already made an appointment to get it fixed elsewhere. And they did NOT have to look at my quote.

Nothing but good things to say, helpful, knowledge staff. When all is said and done the end result looks great. Takes time to do the job right, a spare vehicle in the family while one daughter is away sure helped!

Somewhat surprised at some of the reviews here, Ive used them twice (my own and my wifes cars) both times were hit by others. (and am actually bringing my wifes car in tomorrow for a third time) and both times they were the epitome of courtesy and professionalism. The work was flawless and am 100% happy with them and as I said Im bringing my wifes car in tomorrow, someone backed into her. I dont know if their turn around time is long but as I have loss-of-use coverage we have a free rental so it is a moot point. They are perfectionists on the repairs so perhaps that may be why their turn-around time is long. Also they are booked out a couple of weeks so they might not be able to start on it for a while but again loss of us coverage took care of that too if the car isnt driveable. I know of someone who needed work done and didnt want to file an insurance claim so asked for a quote for out of pocket cost and they were higher than who they ended up going with so that might be a factor for some
