I really love my Chevrolet Equinox, having the maintenance being done at Burke Chevrolet, has proven to be well worth it! I had an oil change done, but it is just never an oil change, they check everything, including the rotating of the tires, checking the life of the tires, and most important, the brakes. I that 67,500 miles on both the tires and brakes, and I am so impressed, I still dont need new tires, or brakes! I cant say enough good things about Burke Chevrolets service department.

Great customer service! I just purchased a used tahoe and it was so easy! Traded my car and bought it. Had a few things we wanted fixed and everything was done and ready for us the day we picked up. Hector the sales and Bill the general manager were both wonderful to work with! We had our 2 kids with us and they were patient and easy going. They stayed late so we could get all the paperwork done on a holiday weekend! We drove over an hour just to purchase and we will definitely be recommending others to go here!

I cannot understand how we brought our car in for the recall work last week, that the dealership in NO way warned us that the guidance had changed and GM was now saying no 2017 Bolts should not be parked in garages or near structures. We asked them how the testing went and they said great and we lifted the cap and you are all set. What a joke. Now we are being told (by reading up on it ourselves, NOT by the dealer) that the recall work didnt work and fires are still happening. We are being told that we should not charge over 90% or go under 70 miles (this, by the way, caps the range significantly). We are being told that fires can happen during OR after charging, and not to charge cars without monitoring them. All the fires are rear fires. So now I am terrified to let my two kids (2 and 6) in the car. So NOW what??? This could be months, and there is NO communication or even, apparently, awareness on the dealerships end about what is going on with these recalls. I could not be less happy with the dealership this week. They were either negligent in not telling us important information when we brought our car in, or clueless. Both are dangerous when Bolts have become potential fireballs.

We came with a strong interest in the Bolt, were treated in a friendly and respectful way. Our salesperson expedited all the government and insurance matters, running that complex and time-consuming gauntlet. The matter of getting Chevrolet help with the level 2 charging install took a good bit of extra effort.

The young woman at the service desk is the only person I had dealings with face to face and she was excellent, helpful and just a pleasure to deal with. I am sure that the services performed were excellent because I have no problems. They also took care of a couple of recalls I wasn’t even aware of. Will continue with them as my service people.

My experience with Ryan, Bill, Hector, and Tony was the best vehicle buying experience I’ve ever had. That’s after 18 cars and motorcycles in a bit over a decade. Ryan didn’t just sell me what I told him I thought I needed. He educated me and helped me get the right truck for me. This was not a sales pitch heavy/transaction focused interaction. It was more like these guys facilitated me getting the right truck for me and my needs. Can’t say enough good things about them. Service was fine, pricing was fine, but COVID precautions were ignored. The service office was very poorly ventilated and only one of the two employees there was wearing a mask; in the dealership showroom / customer waiting area, I saw four employees and zero masks. I pointed out the ventilation problem to one of the employees and they just acted like I hadnt spoken. So... if you must go to this place, wear your very best mask and be as quick as possible. By no means should you spend any time in the waiting room!!

I brought my truck in yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation. I received a call to inform me that some lines needed to be replaced and my cabin filter. I agreed to the additional work. I picked up my truck last night to find a bunch of debris (leaves, grass, etc.) on my passenger side floor. I’m assuming that was from the cabin air filter change... I just had my truck detailed last week by a private company. it took me about 2 minutes to clean it out, but after spending over $500, I would have expected that to be done before I picked up my truck.

First complimentary oil change for my Burke GMC. Went online to make the appointment and found I had to wait a week. That was fine but did I really need an annoying daily email reminder? Got there on time and had to wait 1 1/2 hours before the oil change was completed. Expressed my dissatisfaction at the wait and I was told they were backed up. Mind you I waited a week to pick a time slot convenient for them.

I bought 2 used cars from Burke. One bit the dust within 2 years of having it (VW Passat) and the other (2013 Equinox), the engine died after being well maintained and I still owe on it and I need another car. I know they were used cars, but from a reputable dealership, I thought maybe they would be selling cars that would last.

I had a coupon for $58 for the oil change. the bill was $61 without the coupon, meaning the tax was $3. i didnt use the coupon because it was the same price. btw, the coupon was from chevrolet, so, this tells me that burke normally charges less than recommended by chevrolet. kudos to burkee, yeah, right to chevrolet.

Bought a used SUV vehicle over 3 years ago, and all it has been is problems from Day 1. This dealership sold me the car (college student) with a defective timing chain package, dead battery, and cracked exhaust so be very careful with their inspections and dealing with their retail sales. Now, upon my resale of this vehicle, I have been told the car had an accident which was never disclosed to me. Overall I had a very disappointing experience with Burke Chevrolet and although rated highly, I would never recommend doing business with them and encourage consumers to shop elsewhere after such misrepresentation. If this happened once, it wouldnt be surprising if it happens again.

I cannot say enough good things about the customer service at Burke Chevrolet. We were camping and had a tow vehicle (a Chevy Equinox),and had a dead battery. Concerned about possible alternator problems,we called,and the service people got us right in. After checking the whole system,we found the battery was bad. They had one in stock,installed it,and we were back on our way. The service and the attitude of the employees was wonderful. We will definitely use them the next time we are up this way.

I visited many Chevy/GMC/Cadillac dealerships while looking for a new truck. Burke was by far the best experience I had. My salesman Ryan was no pressure, no nonsense, and professional. This dealership is one of the last left that have enough respect for their customers to not waste their time with shady sales tactics. The manager is reasonable and was willing to negotiate to make a deal work for both of us. I will certainly consider Burke for my next truck as well.

The service department treated me well my cars oil was changed quickly after I got an appointment. But I had to wait nearly two weeks before they could get me in. Not sure why there was such a delay for just an oil change. I ended up having to take time from work to get this taken care of. Over all Burke has treated me fairly, with good folks that work there.

The service department at Burke Chevrolet saved my family.This past Monday while driving home to Long Island from Vermont with our young 3 daughters and chihuahua Milo, the brakes on our 2016 Suburban suddenly locked up. It was not safe to continue our journey, so we searched for the closest Chevrolet dealership, Burke, and carefully drove there.The Service Department was fully booked with appointments, but the Service Manager John graciously found time to take care of us. While all of us (including Milo) sat in the waiting room, John inspected our Suburban. He noticed the rims and brake pads were packed with snow, so he had someone quickly power wash it all off. We were on the road again within 15 minutes, safe and sound.Thank you, John and Burke for taking care of our girls (and Milo!). Well never forget you!

I had 2 issues with my most recent service. Both of which are CUSTOMER SERVICE issues and not a reflection on the actual work that was completed on my car.Issue #1: Timeliness - service took nearly 5 hoursI called ahead and scheduled my maintenance appointment on the phone. I was getting 4 new tires, 4-wheel alignment, oil change with normal service, and replacing filters if needed. I was told that the dealership opened at 7am, however when I got there at 7:15, I still had to wait until 7:30 for the doors to open. This minor detail very well could have been my own fault for remembering the time given incorrectly. However I told the service person that I would be staying at the dealership while the service was being completed. When we went over the work, there was no mention of the alignment so I had to have them add that to the work order. I know I spoke about the alignment on the phone, so i was shocked it wasnt included on the order. After being in the waiting room for 3 hours with no word on the work, i decided to go and check with the service desk myself to see if it was done or close. The rep went out to the garage to check for me and then came back to tell me there were no problems and they were still working on the car. It was about noon time that my car got completed and i was taken to the payment office to settle up. That means it was 4.5-5 hours for a scheduled service change. If it was known that it would take that long, then I would expect to be reminded by the service rep since they knew i was staying at the dealership. I would also expect for someone to come check on me every once and a while or give me an update. I am pretty sure this service should not have taken that long. Especially since it was scheduled ahead of time. If i was told from the beginning that this would take 4 or 5 hours, I would have made other plans. However, I really dont think this service should have taken that long.Issue #2 Tire price matchingThis comes down to an advertising issue. I spoke with the service rep on the phone and at the dealership about price matching. I brought it up again while I was at the dealership becuase I saw the advertisement on the Burke Chevrolet website for Tire Price matching. The rep had told me that my tires dont fall under the rules they need to use, but when i look at the advertisement that is on the Burke Chevrolet website, there are no disclaimers or explanation about rules. The only thing the advertisement says is that your business will honor price matching for Goodyear tires. It does NOT say anything about not honoring prices from certain companies or not certain tires not qualifying. There are no disclaimers at all. I was told that there will be no price matching for my tires becuase my quote was from Tire Rack warehouse in Windsor, CT. I did not fight this at the dealership, but I very strongly believe this is very misleading advertising. This whole issue could be solved by simply adding a disclaimer to the advertisement on your website. The advertisement as is, does not mention any rules or any companies that dont qualify for the price match. Therefore this is very misleading advertisement.I will state again that i had no problems with the actual work that was done. Also, noone was rude to me during any of the transaction. Overall I was just very disappointed with this visit. I expect much much more.

Absolutely terrible to deal with truck purchased had a noise in the front end was promised it would be repaired as part of sale agreement after several trips back and fourth the truck still isn’t repaired and I am told everything is tight nothing is wrong with it meanwhile another dealer stated the front differential is bad do yourself a favor and steer clear not to mention they repaired driver seat something with parking sensor and destroyed the cushion and scratched all the interior panels worst experience ever
