I just had the most darling cutest girl Mary take care of me. She was so patient and it made my shopping experience so easy and pleasant. She was easy to talk to and listened to everything I needed. I was looking for a new foundation brush and new foundation and she helped get me some testers to try them out at home. Thank you

John was a great staff member and made my mom and I’s night. He is very friendly and happy and is passionate about what he does and is extremely educated on everything in the store, even aside from his specialty and answered all of our questions. Thanks John!

The staff is helpful and they usually have what Im looking for. This time I was looking for the Thrive mascara but they dont carry it. They did have the slip scrunchies I needed for a Christmas gift.

Left without purchasing a single item. I had planned to reinvent my makeup choices and not only did the associate walk away from me to help another person but she did this twice. I finally got the hint that she wasnt capable of helping me for some reason and left. Sadly disappointed I didnt get any new makeup

If it wasnt so expensive, and happen to NOT CARRY MY FAVORITE FRAGRANCE, IT WOULD BE A 5 STAR SPOT, and even more!They have exactly what they advertise, and 99% of what you want, and AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. In addition, THEY WILL GIVE YOU A SAMPLE to try out for a couple days, AND THEY KNOW THAT YOU MIGHT NOT EVEN COME BACK, YET THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO DO THIS FOR YOU. I do love going in there. Its just a bit TOO EXPENSIVE to be shopping there all the time. Otherwise, I absolutely love walking into that spot! I happen to love Cologne, and they basically have it all. There are some older brands and styles of brands, MEANING FRAGRANCES, but They basically DO NOT ADVERTISE THE FACT THAT THEY HAVE EVERYTHING. THEY ADVERTISE THAT THEY HAVE EVERYTHING THAT IS OUT AND IN STYLE. AND THEY HAVE EVEN MORE THAN THAT! It just happens to be that they DONT CARRY MY FAVORITE COLOGNE/ PERFUME, and that is the ONLY REASON I CANNOT GIVE IT 5 STARS. Because that means that they probably do not have some other peoples favorite Cologne. They do have about 5 or 6 that I do love! That are definitely in my collection. It just sucks that they dont have my favorite 1. And the Chanel 1 that I like, is super expensive. As is the fact that they dont always have polo double black, and when they do its also a bit expensive. And that might be my 2nd favorite. This Chanel 1 that I like is pretty close to the 2nd 1 of my favorites. But once again that 1 is also very expensive there. I used to have more money to throw around, and at that time I would always just go there because I knew they would have at least 5 or 6 of ones that I love. Once again, its just the fact that I know they dont have my favorite, that creates a situation where I only give it 4 stars.

My experience at sephora was very pleasant.Teresa was very educated and gave me some good tips.

I am so disappointed in Sephora. I purchased 5 egift cards on March 10th for a total of $125. I gave out 2 of them and still have 3 that were never distributed. I gave one to my niece who tried to use it and was told there was a 0 balance. I called Sephora’s cashstar customer service line and was told they had no information except that the card has a 0 balance. They transfered me to the Sephora customer service line who tried to transfer me back to cashstar. I was on hold for 45 minutes until I finally got transferred to a supervisor. They said they had no information on who used it and when. Finally the supervisor gets back on the line and asks me if I know anyone in Orlando and says they were all used for the same transaction on the day I purchased the cards before I had even given them out. I guess they do have access to transaction information. Hmmmm.... but then she said she can’t help me saying that someone had access to my email and they were stolen. They lied to me once. Why should I believe them this time? I have not had any other issues with fraud on any of my other accounts. Their customer service is horrific. Never purchase a gift card from Sephora. They don’t stand behind their products.

I shop at various Sephoras. This one is great. I visit Northbrook, Illinois and this is the store I truly shop at and learn about new products. I also like the other Illinois location (Deerpath, close to Palatine). Stores are what Sephora should be. Associates help with selecting new products, whether its self tanner, eye liners, new foundation or blush. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the Mayfair (Wisconsin) location.

My Goodess, I can Not Say enough of How special my experience with the two ladies who went out of their way to help me out of my makeup meltdown and moments of distress.Today is my wedding Anniversary 11/11 and my husband surprised me with an 3 romantic getaway. My dress and shoes weren’t delivered in time to bring with me and I left my makeup bag so insult to injury.My visit to another store was unsuccessful so I was on the verge of crying when the manager told me they didn’t have any appointments available 😭... She compromised by allowing the beauty consultant to provide me with a mini eye shadow application and from that I revealed to the girls my dilemma and the other beauty consultant offers my foundation as an mini service they worked they’re magic and I bought the products they used Because I loved everything about 90.00 Worth and my husband was blown away with my enhancements 😍 thank you Sudaf you were phenomenal and very attentive & Karina you gave me that extra boost of happy energy to keep from crying ...I’m soooo glad the other store visit didn’t work out because you ladies made my night✨✨If they see this, MsNisia Says Thank you 💋💋💋 and if you ladies want to see complete Pics visit my IG msnisia_chicago
