Nice staff and seating. Loud club music, which is hard for working, reading or talking. Staff turned down the music but it was still loud.

I don’t really expect much of starbucks employees but the rag tag team they had here at around 6:30pm on 9/9/21 seemed especially pitiful and incompetent considering they are incapable of accurately making two small drinks correctly. Other than that it was just your run of the mill pseudo trendy and exorbitantly priced starbucks.

Walked over here during COVID times with my dog, and workers inside having an attitude problem. Ok, dogs are not allowed, didn’t see a sign.. my hometown Starbucks does allow dogs and even has a pupiccino wall....so it was an honest mistake. But the worker was so snarky to me about it that, So much that I was compelled to leave a review ... shoutout to the Starbucks in studio city, ca... they remember everyone’s name and are so friendly. All Starbucks are not alike and this one needs an adjustment.

This starbucks has great service and friendly staff. It is ideally located right at the corner by the on ramp to 94 towards the city. There is curb side pickup as well as a drive through. Our oatmilk lattes were great.

As of today, 02.11.20, they have new packaged sandwiches 🥪. I purchased Chipotle Chicken Wrap and it has carrots and sliced apples.The staff here are friendly and helpful!

Customer service can be inconsistent and varies in tone every single time I visit this location. Sometimes, they are very friendly, with a welcoming, enthusiastic/positive tone and attitude, or come off distracted/ preoccupied/ non-responsive/ mediocre/flat. The Drive-Thru service could also be improved.

The best place, there is thousands of Starbucks all over Chicago and suburbs but specially the one located in lincolnwood make my Americano perfect!

My husband and I were visiting from Ohio and we had to have some Starbucks. We are Starbuck fanatics! I always order through the app. When we pulled up to the drive-thru, we were greeted promptly and our drinks and sandwiches were ready. The staff was so friendly every time we visited. Yeah, we visited a few :) times. The only reason for my 4 out of 5 star rating is that there was one lady who was at the window when my husband and I pulled up to the window, she was very rude and pushy. My husband couldnt hardly hand me the straws before she was shoving our drinks out the window. Another point that I want to make is that despite the lady with the attitude at the window, those BARISTAS at this location make the HELL out of some drinks. ALWAYS SATISFIED! I would just suggest always having pleasant people at the window because this is a really nice location.

Went to Starbucks like I do every morning and buy a Caramel Frappucino and an Old Fashion Glazed Donut. At this location I just got an Old Glazed Donut, it had MOLD growing on it (see picture), disgusting, completely unacceptable! I will not be going back to this location, at least not without a hazmat suit! Stay away if you dont want to get sick!

I work in the area so I go to this Starbucks a lot. Everyone here is super nice but I gotta say that my day is made when David is doing the drive-through. Hes very genuine and hilarious. His personal touch to each customer interaction is something I appreciate (especially since Ive been in the hospitality industry for many years).

Service was great but once you enter the drive through line there is no way to exit if it is taking to long.

Service was lovely, but the drive through wait time was ridiculous. Drinks and food were done correctly, thankfully.

I am definitely a “Starbucks person”, but I avoid drive thru Starbucks. The part I dislike is the fact my service inside the store is secondary to those people that chose not to come inside.This store is definitely like the other stores with drive thru. I just waited 12 minutes for my mocha when 15 cars were served.It’s a nice Starbucks, but you need to service ALL your customers!!!!

The customer service was excellent.

Went through the drive through at 6:56 PM no one to be seen. One other person in front of us in the drive thru and they didn’t see anyone in the drive through window when pulling around. Even if they closed at 7 we were still there within operating time.

They always get my order right, but I frequently order, and mostly the same things. I like this place to keep my mind off work. Come here often and highly recommend it.

I come to this location every day before I go to work. My drink is always made perfectly and all of the staff are so friendly, especially David! He always greets me and always knows exactly what I order and delivers my drink perfectly. I think that those negative reviews below me are absolutely ridiculous. I mean, I didnt know that talking in a robot voice is rude? Have some humor. Ive always experienced positive vibes at this starbucks which is why I come here almost EVERY DAY! 2 thumbs up!!!!!!!

Very busy location that could use more support. The wait times are generally long here. Especially the drive through on the weekends or other peak times. We try to go to other locations that can accommodate heavier traffic more effectively.

I havent been greeted warm. I visited this place three times. But great coffee . The service is sucks.

Ive come here a few times. Some of the employees here are amazing, they go above and beyond, they will crack you up.A couple of times I was not pleased with my order, it was made poorly, too watered down, or wrong completely. Its 50/50 here with them.On more than one occasion I have come here and they were closed 30 min to an hour before closing time. No sign on the door or anything. Employees ignore you at the drive through and door when you want to get an answer.I started going to a different Starbucks on Dundee in Arlington Heights. Much better service, longer hours, orders are correct, and they dont close randomly whenever they feel like it.

Everytime I go they get my order wrong and all I ask for is light ice and they can never do it. I dont understand whats so hard about not put ice in a cup !!!!!!!!!!!!

I think that David is an exceptional employee hes one of the reasons I keep returning, more employees that enteract with the public should be as learned as him .People should loosen up and learn the difference between rudeness and exceptional service, keep up the good work David

They have a drive through which makes this starbucks better than the others right up the road.

Ten minutes before posted closing i was refused service for just a cup of coffee in the drive thru . With a bad attitude, still with headset on, she refused me service .So I went to pleasant, service oriented McDonalds for a great cup of coffee, at a lower price

A great place when youre in a hurry.

Service slower than usual compared to other Starbucks in the area. Often closed earlier than posted official hours indicate. Even the official hours have creeped towards ridiculous - from 730pm to 7pm and most recently 630pm. If Starbucks cant keep a store that is on the intersection of two busy roads and an interstate highway open longer, they should just close the store altogether and try a different location.

Avoid rush hours. Great capuccino.

Very disappointed at this Starbucks location; poor drive thru management; baristas more often then not screwing up orders and seem disinterested in positive customer experiences; just overall a poorly managed store.....but, on a positive note, it is located next to a Potbelly where the sandwiches are always on point!

They were out of many food and beverage options today, hope its not a long-term thing.
