The employee and/or owner was very accommodating and gave me a deal when I needed extra time with the U-haul vehicle. The vehicle was clean and ready to go. I HIGHLY recommend this location!

Horrible! Taking child back to school and stressed about this. Rented a car dolly from them. First never have I put one on. Weren’t very keen on helping me. What the topper was we are 20 hours in driving and needed to get address where we are dropping it off. I gave him where we were going when I was setting it up. I had mentioned two places. I specifically said the one address. Well he put in the other and I asked him about it and said that isn’t where we are going. He said just call them and they can change it. NO THEY CAN’T WITHOUT GETTING CHARGED EXTRA! I knew when I first started talking to him when I walked in it was going to get screwed up. Now we are heading to an address I TOLD HIM WE WEREN’T going to!!

AVOID THIS LOCATION! This location has no furniture dollys, the trucks do not lock in the back, and they do not have ramps on the trucks... you can see where a ramp would go but looked like it was stolen since the backs dont lock. The employee claimed that those trucks dont have ramps which was never specified during the reservation process. Also Ive never encountered a moving truck without a ramp in the back so he is likely FOS. Also the mirrors could not be properly adjusted so that felt safe. It is also very dirty inside this store. Very rude and dismissive employee who could not care less about any of these concerns and told us to go somewhere else down the road to rent a dolly (the place that he recommended did not even rent dollys so that was another fun time). I was forced to drive over 40 minutes to this location because Uhaul gave the truck we reserved at my nearby location to someone else. So I would avoid this location at all costs! Maybe its called Y mart because it makes you question all your recent life decisions.

After filling my tank here, came straight home, I love about a block and half away, never left, started my car backed out of drive way and the put the car into drive and it shut off after 30 seconds... car is now in shop and they found contaminated fuel in my car. I last filled up over a week prior to coming to this gas station. They can careless and want nothing to do me and kicked me out of store when I tried notifying them. Rudest people ever.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Went there to pick up my uhaul I had reserved for over a month. The guy said someone didnt bring it back and that we would have to go somewhere else. He looked and said the closest was over 20 miles away and he couldnt help us. Acted like it was our fault. We got on the phone with customer service with uhual and they found us a truck that was available 1 mile away. Clearly he has no idea what he is doing. Wont go back and will not recommend this business to anyone.

Very helpful people and friendly perfect for getting snacks had to get a uhaul and they were very helpful and friendly

This station is not clean, we went here to rent UHual, water is dropping from sealing all the time, wet floor and smell bad, slow services
