Been here many many times as I live near here. Seems like this is the only place that will do anything possible for you to not use your 7eleven app points. Every time they either skip it and say use it next time or just act like they dont know. Correct this and I will change my review

The cashier at this store every single time to everybody dose not give the right change always keeps 3-5 cents might not seem like much but when he dose it to everybody that adds up they are theves and someone needs to do something about it before they get sued

My boyfriend made a purchase here and was given incorrect change. Over charged $10. He tried to explain to the cashier but cashier couldn’t understand. I called to ask when a manager would be available to discuss getting the money back and was treated VERY poorly and hung up on. Will not be returning to this location!

The worker hannan is really kind and helpful! I definitely love this 7 eleven it’s my favorite and I will be coming back ! People give him a hard time and he’s still nice back, great customer service

Would give a 0 if I could. When the staff has an attitude problem that prevents them from completing basic customer service functions, it creates a need to avoid them at all costs.I dont appreciate being refused the ability to use my 711 rewards card ($15 dollars not counted on my account now) plus decide to implement policies and claim they are law when they arent. ( ID checks, I provided mine and was told they wouldnt take it, perfectly valid state issued ID with my picture) yet you dont accept that? Because of your policy written by hand, lazily taped in the darkest corners of the windows... Ive run gas stations, this one is just appalling. Get your polices, staff and attitude in check yall. Will not be coming back, Conoco across the road dose just fine 😘

I bought sour fruit tray for 4.99$ brought it back as soon as i could. The RUDE MANAGER TOLD ME I COULD NOT REFUND OR REPLACE IT. IN FRONT OF MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS. VERY RUDE !
