Samantha was excellent it took us an hour because my mom had a TracFone but she provided my mom with a brand new phone and service and had her put on autopay so she wont forget 1 to pay her bill monthly. I would highly recommend Samantha. She was working by herself she had lots of customers and it took over 45 minutes and she was very patient to help us she had to make several phone calls to make sure that this phone number can be ported for my mom old TracFone prepaid to a regular account with MetroPCS on her own plan for $30 a month. We are very excited and the lights to wish a Merry Christmas to Samantha and her team in Northlake Illinois! Kathy and Sandra King

The Customer service experience is Great! No comparison to other Metro PCS stores in the area. They really tend to your concerns. They answer all your questions. Make you feel at ease. I go out of my way to go to this store. Even though there is one closer.Loyal customer.

I highly recommend this location and the staff, Brian was one of the Most helpful Reps. I had multiple issues going on with my previous carrier and I definitely made the right decision to switch. From the second I walked into this location I was greeted very politely and was helped with all the questions I had. The staff is very knowledgeable and understanding. I will definitely continue to visit this location for any future questions or concerns, as Brian and staff went above and beyond With their customer service.

Amazing experience, Brian took care off all my questions and got me out of the store satisfied. So many other times I have gone to sprint, cricket, or even another Metro PCS and felt like I was just dealt with. Brian addressed my concerns right away to the best of his abilities. Ive been a Sprint customer for five years, until yesterday. It was five years of hell and lies. I dont know why I stayed with them this long. Sprints customer service is the worst Ive ever dealt with. No respect whatsoever for the customers.SO... I came into this MetroPCS in Northlake after having lunch at Mcdonalds (right across street from this location) where I was in a heated conversation with a Sprint Customer Service Rep. I hung up finished my lunch and went straight into this store and yelled! I NEED HELP!!! SPRINT SUCKS, AND YOU BETTER NOT.!!!At this point a young man, named Brian, approached me and explain MetroPCS phone plans to me. He even told me I can keep my old phone and number. My number is very important to me since Ive had it for over 17 years now. He had my new service and my new low payments set quickly. The rest of the staff there was also very friendly. I will be back to purchase my new phone next week, Brian. I hope you take good care of me again as you did with my new plan. Thank you MetroPCS for making my day a much better day after Sprint managed to ruin it for me.

These small metro stores are a joke, especially those that offer financing best option is to go to a corporate store . the staff is friendly ONLY if you intend to buy alot or spend alot . a friend of mine was offered a free speaker and accessory bundle BUT had to pay 1000+ for a cheap LG phone worth 200 dollars AT THIS LOCATION . beware of small dealers like this
