Well, I have been in telecommunication for years. Worked for US Cellular, NEC, and GTE. This store is awesome, the manager and his side kid were professional, knowledgeable and very patient. I would recommend this store to anyone needing wireless.

Just left the store I was trying to buy a Apple Watch the guy who help me just went to the back and ask his manager if they had any available they don’t even try to order me one or even check my account what a shame Poot customer service don’t recommend this store at all!

DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE!The sales rep, Dennis White lied to me, my mom, and my brothers face. The store manager, Miryam, is a liar as well. On August 13th and my brother and I took my mom to the sprint store JUST to upgrade her phone for her birthday. That’s it.... me and my brother had no problem paying for the XR phone out right for about $700 or so bucks. We were going to split it. BUT Dennis explained if we added an extra line to our phone plan we could get the XR phone for free (for 24 months)and only have to pay the balance after 24 for months... which would come out with a balance of about $200. He said it would be cheaper to split $200 instead of $700.... well duh. The only issue was we had no need to add and extra line. We had no one to give it too. So he then suggested we didn’t have to add a phone to the line to get the deal.... we can add an IPad (Sprint has a deal for $100 IPad) and the XR IPhone will still be free for 24months. So we went ahead with the “deal” Ge also stated that day we would need to let it go through an entire billing cycle before he see the discounts hit.Fast forward to September 13th. We took a look at the bill and realized there was no credit for the XR IPhone. We spoke with Sprint through the chat function and was informed we would need to fix this with the store. September 14th my mom called the store and was told by Miryam that there was a miscommunication and we misunderstood the sales rep, Dennis. The paperwork doesn’t state a discount so we can’t get one. My mom asked if Dennis was working and the STORE MANAGER lied and said he wasn’t in and there was nothing she could do. We called Sprint customer service and they recommended that we physically go to the store, so we did..... as soon as I finished parking guess who was working. DENNIS.Of course he lied and continued to lie as if he never told us to add an unnecessary line to get the XR IPhone for free. So we said since you refuse to credit the amount of the phone for 24 months we don’t want the fourth line and we DONT WANT TO BE CHARGED FEES FOR GETTING RID OF IT BECAUSE WE NEVER NEEDED IT. Guess what.... they couldn’t do that either because the sale was over 30 days old at this point and the system wouldn’t allow it. My mom wanted to speak to the store manager( we don’t trust her either)boss but she wouldn’t provide that information until she spoke to him first. She a liar and we don’t trust her.I think this store doesn’t want to take a hit in there numbers.... I’ve worked in sales before and I never had to lied to make a sale. That’s pathetic. They told us to let it run an entire billing cycle to AVOID us returning it once we realized there are no discountsLuckily we’re in the age of social media so I’m going to blast the truth until we get this resolved!
