Today my sister, her boyfriend, my mom and I all came in to switch our phones to Verizon and get new ones. Let me say, both Sean and Karinas customer service was amazing!!!! They made sure we knew about their plans and the different promotions. They also made sure we got the best promotion that worked for us! Both of them were very helpful and made sure we had everything set up on our phones. So happy we switched over! Thanks to Sean and Karina for making the process smooth!

Sean was an excellent sales person very knowledgeable.. Very polite and courteous. Even followed up with a phone call the next day to see how I was doing with my new phone and if I ever need help with my phone please call or stop in anytime always there to help.

Hate to ruin their perfect reviews but one employee didnt want to let me in the store, didnt greet me just said how can I help at the main door. I clicked on links and tried calling Verizon 800 number to resolve an inactive account issue many times but no luck. The guy said call this number which I explained I have so many times and said try again because I am busy. Went to the other one on North Avenue & helped me right away! Dont come to this location!

Service by the two staff members was good, but an explanation about what Id need to do, to complete the setup would have helped. Especially since Im Technologically Challenged...

Sean was amazing. (Actually, everyone was amazing.) My phone decided to pose problems for all of us as we worked on the trade-in, and Sean worked tirelessly to figure out what was going on... and then fix it! And the day before Mario was superb at helping me figure out what I needed, and helping me figure out the trade in. Thanks, Mario and Sean!

Love this store and staff. Have bought about a dozen phones and the service is first rate, both professional and personal. Was delighted to work with Destiny and Sean - a dynamic duo.Later returned and bought couple more phones and got dizzy watching Sean toggle back and forth to process these requests and also assisting other customer requests, not missing a beat and all done well! Pleasure to deal with him as puts customer first even coming in 2 hours early to expedite the process before the store became crowded. Very grateful to have such wonderful customer service.

Stopped in for tech help. Sean helped me with the issue I had. Very knowledgeable, took his time to explain why I had the issues. Both he and his co worker were extremely helpful. Found out there was a fantastic promotion to upgrade to a new phone. Couldn’t be more pleased with their service and professionalism.

Great customer service. Sean in particular worked very hard to make sure we understand the technology and contract that we were getting. Took a star off because they didn’t have a lot of products in the store. But this is probably because they sell so much. Sean worked hard to order our products as quickly as possible.

Always feel welcome here. The owners treat you like a friend. They always are informative and try to make sure you make the best choice and the best deal for your needs. It is the reason I started doing all my Verizon business in one of their stores instead of a corporate store or online. Ive recommend them to my family and friends. If you want to feel like you and your needs matter definitely make one of their stores where you do your business. They have 3 locations that I know of. North Ave in Melrose Park, North Ave in Northlake and 1 in Bensenville.

I wanted a specific phone. I called the one in MP and he said they had one but not what I wanted said he even called the one in Northlake. I still called spoke with Shaun store manager and he and his group made it happen. Might make this my new store.

Every associate at the Northlake location is amazing. They provide you with the upmost care and respect. The service they deliver is indescribable. In particular, the manager, Sean is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He will do whatever it takes to make the customers happy. I HIGHLY recommend going to this location. Bensenville and Melrose Park and great, too. I am just used to going to this location in particular. Enjoy your experience!

The gentleman that I had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with was fantastic. I should at least say his name witch was Mario he went above and beyond what anyone else did and surprised me with the the time and know how that he spent trying to get my phone to work, which he was able to do, unlike the other Verizon store that I first went to in Melrose Park, witch when I asked them in Melrose Park what the cheapest phones they have and they only had a referbished iPhone 6s witch I didnt want so the employee told me to go to best buy to get a cheap phone. All I can say is Verizon stores need to employ more people like Mario in all there stores. So if you need a phone or something else go to North lake or bensenville stores and ask for Mario and you will get the best person to help you get what you need and youll leave with a smile and meet a great person

Out of all the multiple Verizon stores I have visited, this has to be the best. They went above and beyond to actually help us and customize a plan that fits our needs. Assisted us in transferring all of my husbands info on old broken phone to new phone with ease. I didnt catch her name but she was kind to temporarily fix my husbands phone for no charge in order to be able to transfer all info on to the new phone. Thank you for all your help!!!

I went into the store with sprint as my carrier at the time and I HATED sprint. It’s expensive and TERRIBLE service. I had Verizon a few years back so I knew what good service was! I walked in and was greeted by Sean. He WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL!!! With sprint their plans are confusing and over priced. Sean really wanted to help me switch over, and he seemed very straight forward about prices and everything which was my biggest concern. I didn’t want to be paying more than I was already paying at sprint. I was able to trade in my 8 plus in good standing condition and got a gold XS. I love this phone. Mario assured me everything from my 8 would switch over so I have all of my contacts, music, photos, and videos. There was also a young lady there I believe named Meena, and she was very helpful. I appreciate everything they did for me. 5 stars for sure. They knew what they were talking about, and their customer service was the bomb. No attitudes, and they never made me feel like my questions were stupid. I am happy customer! :) and sprint is terrible once again lol.

Smart, polite, and helpful!I went into this store today, after I purchased a new phone through Verizon - and not through the store. The store was making $0 from me. That said, I received courteous, professional, and sincerely helpful assistance. It was like they really wanted to help me - for the sake of being nice people.One of the store managers (or owners) spent an hour trying to load my contacts from my old phone. In short, we tried multiple methods before we found one that was successful.I hope to visit this store soon and purchase something (a tablet?) from them. Really nice folks here!
