Awful!!! Wish I could leave less than one star. My friend and I went in for an oil change, and immediately after we left the car began smoking. After demanding answers for what they did to the car, they just said the Cadillac converter coincidentally broke right after the oil change. We insisted it was because they put too much oil in. My friend and I (both women) were blatantly looked down upon by the staff, and we were brushed off after they gave us a few vouchers for free oil changes (like wed ever come back again). We ended up getting the car towed to Monro, and they told us what we already knew. They had put way too much oil in! Luckily monro helped us for free, but we still paid for the oil change and $100 for the tow truck!!!! Worst experience ever. Only go if you dont like being treated as an equal.

Everyone that works in the norwich auto care center is very friendly. They have great customer service, they are fast and skilled workers. They do a great job every time.

Really nice. They had a really long wait in the morning and put aside tires for me so I could know I would have them for later. Always had good experiences there.

I was in and out quickly with no issues for a synthetic oil change.

Had the wipers I needed. They even offered to do the replacement. Polite. Not very busy either.

Came here to have two new tires put on to replace a tire with a slow leak. Unfortunately the wrong tire was accidently replaced when the new tires were installed. BUT the situation was completely rectified when we called about the issue. James went well above and beyond to not only fix the shops error but also to ensure our complete satisfaction by generously replacing the other two tires at no additional charge. Because of James we will continue to use Norwich Wal-Marts Auto Center. Mistakes happen but when a company owns it and ensures their customers are happy they make a lasting impression and thats what keeps customers coming back. Thanks again James!

Oil change package included a Vacuuming but was not done as the 2 machines were broken and not reported to the management!!

Says they close at 7 but they turned me down at 415 for an easy oil change. And first of all I was sitting for 20 minutes waiting for someone to actually come out... going to Lisbon from now on. They were rude simple as that

This is also where you get keys made. Waited a long time to be seen by not one, but two rude mechanics, and neither one allegedly knew how to make/copy a key? (Another employee later stated they were being dishonest). After waiting so long for such incompetence, I was told Hey, dont get an attitude with us.... If you cannot copy a simple key...how are you skilled enough to repair an automobile?

Purchased tires @ a phenomenal price and serviced.Friendly attentive staff..The wait time is usually 10-15 mins.no appts taken..
