Poor cominucation we have been waiting close to 3 weeks to get the car deliver they allways have a excuse everything is done in awere end so whats the hold up

They took the time to listen to my concerns. The mechanic explained and showed me the parts of the vehicle that I was concerned about. The service manager set up my appointment with his employees so they knew why I was there.

Just had dealings with the so called service manager rick revara at this dealership over something that was their fault and he was the worst no people skill person I have ever met. it is plain to see that he is a rookie and has no idea what he is doing.He never even apologized for the mistake they made and the waste of time I went through.If boch plans on keeping customers he better do something with this kid.He is absolutely horrible.
