I heard a sound coming from my 16 year old son’s brakes that concerned me. I brought it into Automall for a brake evaluation, not knowing what to expect. It was especially stressful, because we had purchased the car less than a month before from a local used car dealership. I was able to get the car evaluated next-day. Automall staff were professional and courteous, they diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly, and worked out payment with the dealership. If there’s one thing 16 year old boys need in life, it’s brakes! I’m grateful for their thorough evaluation and quick response and repair, and for a safe teen driver.

To my surprise it was not like I had envisioned. They were informative, honest and told me exactly what I needed no more no less. This was my first time getting my Mercedes serviced and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and take pride in their work. While I was picking up my car there were 2 other customers that clearly feel the same way as I do. The environment was professional, but fun. The manager Brandon was engaging with every customer that came into the shop.

I recently took my car to the guys at the garage to check out a light that popped up on my dashboard. They quickly diagnosed the car for me and fixed the problem as soon as the part was delivered.Exceptional service and they even offered to pick up coffee or lunch while I was waiting. Ive had my car detailed by many places, but nothing compares to this place. Still shocked at how crazy reasonable their prices are for the job they did! My car looks brand new again and they took extra time (no extra charge) to work on an awful scratch I had. Very nice, stand up guys who take the time to make sure the job is done right; and they dropped my car back off to my job so it was there waiting for me! What convenience! You know how good it felt to walk out into the parking lot after a stressful day and see your car all ready, shined up and the interior so clean again smelling fresh! My husband and I have both been coming here for car maintenance since moving to the area last year. Their work is excellent, their mechanics really know their stuff, and they truly go the extra mile in both quality of work and treating the customer well, and they charge very honestly compared to many of the mechanics I used to go to in the Boston area. They work on all types of cars.

This business is a hidden gem for vehicle repair and detailing. They are very professional and keep an extremely clean shop and waiting room. When I picked up my daughters car, they did a lot of little extras for simply creating that Wow factor! Great job AutoMall of Norwood!

Had an issue with my BMW 535i xdrive fog lights not working which I had bought from Auto Mall Collection in Peabody. I was definitely apprehensive about getting my BMW serviced at a place I hadn’t been to before but I went with it because it was being covered by Auto Mall Collection. Here is how it went...My first impression over the phone while making my appointment alleviated many of my initial concerns. Super polite, got me right in, told me I could wait in their lobby, use the wifi for work or they could give me a ride somewhere while they worked on my car.My first impression as I pulled into the parking lot brought back some of my original skepticism. It is obviously not at the same level as the multi-million dollar BMW showcase just down the street. I reminded myself it was just fog lights and it was free. Furthermore, the “go-to” import shop near me is an absolute dump so, by comparison this was nice. The place is definitely clean though. While I waited in my car for them to open up, I could see the bathroom being cleaned and floors being washed throughout the lobby/entrance area. Now I am back to being mildly optimistic, especially since I anticipated spending a few hours there.After watching ESPN for only an hour Rabbi, the service tech working on my BMW came out and said I was all set. Being far faster than I had anticipated, I asked what the issue was. I won’t get into the specifics but it was abundantly clear that Rabbi wasn’t consulting YouTube to learn how to work on cars (like I do!). He knew exactly what he was talking about. Turns out he took the time to go through BMW’s STEP certification training so he knew exactly how to methodically diagnose the fog light issue. Good guy to know!As I checked out, they told me that buying a BMW from Auto Mall Collection comes with one free oil change, something the sales associate in Peabody failed to mention. Bonus!Bottom line, be confident coming here and if you have a BMW, definitely ask for Rabbi. I hope I have no more issues but if I do I know where to go!

Great service. I had bought a used convertible from Dedham Auto Mall 8 months prior and it started leaking water into the trunk. I took it to the service center and the problem was taken care of promptly and without extra charge.

I bought my jeep from the auto mall in Dedham and my experience with them was great. A few months later the car was running rough so I brought it in the service center in Norwood. They told me it needed a new transmission which was fine because I purchased an extended warranty. They called me three days after I dropped it off saying it was a Canadian car and they could nt work on it. I didnt know what the hell they were talking about so i called the guy who sold it to me and he got them all up to speed with the warrantee. However that was still 3 days wasted. Then they wasted more day s not ordering the part and when they finally received it they didnt put it in until I went to theauto mall in Dedham and had a meltdown. There was many more f ups that would require a5 paragraph essay to write but long story short these clowns had my car for 28 days and displayed 0 customer service qualities. It kills me reading these other reviews because they are so off from my experience. I will never go back

Would’ve gave them 0 stars but that wasn’t an option. Horrible! How can a service station change the oil and forget to put not only the oil cap back on but the windshield washer fluid. Unacceptable!!!
