Visited this shop today to have work done on my BMW. It was a pleasure having Allen and his crew work on my car. Very friendly atmosphere and workers. Allen was very professional and was able to get me a very reasonable quote for a standard maintenance within a couple of hours. I was also able to schedule an appointment next day, and he was able to start working on the car almost immediately after I got there. The service was much quicker than Im used to, which was a nice surprise, and he even found a small nail in my front tire that he was able to remove and fill up for me. Definitely recommended!

Allen is the greatest, he always makes time for my car. He makes his customers a top priority. Was good as always. I went to have some work done on my car they took care of what they could this morning will fix the other thing on Friday. I have been a customer of Allens for about 10yrs now I really dont trust any other repair shops.

Allen Massi, owner of Norwood Auto Care, gave me an immediate price quote to replace the battery in my Nissan Rogue. No hesitation or additional fees. I called several other places who had a variety of other charges added to the base price of the same battery. The local Nissan dealership wouldnt even give me a price quote on their chat line and blocked me when I tried a second time. Not a good impression!!! I chose Norwood Auto Care at 236 Pleasant St for the job.I had to call Norwood Auto Care the next day to cancel my appointment because the battery was totally dead. Allen offered to come by at the end of his day. Within 15 minutes of arriving he removed and installed a new battery.He went beyond my expectations for service. Even better, he and his assistant were friendly, pleasant gentlemen that put my experience over the top in excellence!

Allen is the best at what he does! He’s honest & really reliable. I used to live a block away & now I’ve moved to Brockton & I still go there! It’s worth the drive. I highly highly recommend for the best professional, punctual & great work! Thank you again so much for always taking care of my car!

I researched a lot of mechanics online and came across this one. It was not that far from me so I decided to shoot my shot. My steering wheel was very stiff and I wasn’t able to drive the car. I tried everything from steering wheel fluid etc. Nothing seemed to fix the issue. I put the address on my gps and decided to take a chance because it very difficult to trust mechanics. The owner was very helpful and polite when I arrived, he inspected the car and gave me a quote for his services. I needed to rent a vehicle and he worked with me to find a rental company and even helped me with the rental price. After a couple of days without my car I finally received a phone call that it was fixed. The job was not cheap, but he tried his best to get me fair prices for the parts and labor . I would highly recommend there service especially if you need a mechanic urgently.

A relatively quick price quote and incredibly professional attitude. I was able to get a few problems with my muffler fixed in short notice within a quick timespan. Will be using again for sure!

This review will be updated accordingly, I had a repair done that was not completed and there were complications, between using Car Shield and the rust on the truck there was problems, not all are Norwood Auto Cares fault, but between the warranty, Enterprise car rental (totally screwed me, cost me a job refused to honor my reservation) and well Im fairly upset, I trust Alan will make it right on his part Im just beside myself at how it all turned out.... this will be updated accordingly.

This repair shop is one of the most honest and fair priced around and they have definitely earned my repeat business. If you want an honest appraisal of any problem go here!!!

If you are looking for a good and trustworthy mechanic, Alan is the one. I called many shops and researched for prices; no one took the time to answer my questions like Alan did. His prices are fair and job is well done. Going forward my family and I will only go to him for our car needs. Highly recommended.

My battery died during our last major snowstorm and Alan brought me a new battery and installed it in my driveway! He was kind, courteous, and professional. He made sure I knew about the batteries 5 year warranty and provided me with a paper receipt for my records that I was able to pick up the following day.

Allen was very honest and you cant beat their prices. This is a very personable shop. You can feel comfortable asking questions and getting honest answers. Its hard to come by auto shops like this these days. They have our familys business now.

I had a great experience here! This was my first big repair job I had to do on my 06 honda civic. Not only was his shop extremely clean, Allen took all anxieties away with his trustworthy vibe and openness. He answered all my questions and even showed me all the things that needed to be replaced. He went out of his way multiple times to assure me that I was in good hands. He even stayed late to make sure that i got my car on time. I highly recommend coming here ESPECIALLY IF YOURE A WOMAN OR A NEW CAR OWNER. I’d say he’s the most honest mechanic in Norwood (i’ve dealt with a couple). He is the only shop that asks for feedback AFTER you get your car is all fixed up. Great customer service! We love Allen!

To date Ive had my 91 Miata serviced 5 times by Allen and have been satisfied each time. He has been able to diagnose problems quick and each time I have brought in the time on part procurement has gotten faster.

Got a flat tire running work errand. 40 mins from my work not really knowing the are was directed to his shop. He helped me out right then plugging the hole in my tire. So great fully for his help.

I stopped at Norwood auto care my front wheel was shaking good thing I stoped because the ball joint was gone I left the car and someone gave me a ride home few hours later he called me and said my car was all fixed! I was very happy with the price and the service.
