Mechanically sound, however It ends there... . ... unless you have a friend working there I cant stress enough to try another Mechanic .... Customer service is ok, as long as the owner is in a good mood, otherwise you might have to listen to him yell at a customer or you. They do excellent work and charge about the same as most mechanics..a little more than some but competitive... like every mechanic shop they are very busy and can pick and choose the jobs.... The COVID affect.

I highly recommend this shop. They preform excellent work and in a timely manner. They also dont overcharge for services like dealers and many other shops do. I am a Mechanical Engineer an preform most of the maintenance on my cars myself. But when I dont have the time or the correct tools I bring my cars to No Name Enterprises.

Took my moms 1996 Toyota Corolla in for some service. Car has original 64K miles on it. (average of 3200 miles driven annually!) Needed some rear brakes and an exhaust pipe. No overselling and no nonsense. Just gave it what it needed to make sure its safe for her to drive. Mark and Tony will treat you right.

Absolutely the best I travel from the Worcester area to have my cars fixed at No name. On the occasion i have an oil change or minor repairs or maintenance done in my area I always have to return for problems. My family has 3 vehicals all under the care of No Name I no longer consider any other mechanic or shop for any of the vehicles. Never a surprise, no unnecessary or early repairs as said previously if I am told its time for breaks I know it is time.

I cant ask much more from a mechanic. Mark and Tony are trustworthy, honest and fair. I trust them not to do unnecessary work on our cars. I know if he says, It is time for brakes ... it is time for brakes. Ive run into so many other hack mechanics out there that it makes me sick. People that get your trust and then take advantage. No Name has too many happy customers to need to take advantage of people. My highest recommendation.
