I was in Cincinnati back in July being a tourist from Toledo when my Buick started leaking fluids all over the place. A guy that worked at a U D F store had just purchased a car from A 2 Z and call them to see if they could help me. I went there and they looked at my car. They worked on it for hours just so I could be able to get back to Toledo. The problems was many so they couldnt do the repairs at at the time that a had left in town, but by the goodwill and love of those kind people, I did make it back with little problems. Thank you guys, you saved me a small fortune in our of town repairs. Next time I need to buy a car, Im coming to you guys.

I have, however, had a number of repairs done here and I do not have enough good things to say about the team at A2Z. They are so kind, so chill, and so local. If you have been here before, years ago... well this isnt the same dump. Rick and Bobbi have turned it into a very classy little spot for an inexpensive used car! The car selection is much better, the staff is very helpful and you cannot beat the experience! Rick does car repair here in his shop, so not only does he fix up and Make sure the cars are running great. He can probably fix yours too. But I am biased, my eldest bought a car from them and my youngest just bought her second car from them! Bobbi strives to make your car buying experience easy and enjoyable!

Great family owned business. I’ve bought cars from here and so have family members and friends. If you need maintenance done they can do it. I think some people don’t understand you are buying a used car! Sometimes things go wrong, but in my experience and people i know, Rick and Bobbi have went out of their way to help solve any problems or issues you may have. If you’re on a budget or need a car payment thats cheaper than anywhere else this is the place to go. They will help and work with you as much as they are able to.

I would send anyone there looking for a dependable car and they are willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Love the owners and all their staff. Top notch!!!!!

Best towing experience you can have if you have to have one. Jerry was extremely friendly and incredibly helpful and made an effort to charge me as little as possible. If you want to make sure your car is in good hands make sure to call him!!!!

I would definitely recommend them. Yes yrs ago i wouldn recommend them but since Bobbi n Rick has took over everything is professional. The building looks beautiful. They have great cars. Prices are super reasonable and the selection of cars has a wide range as well. I got my second car from them, and it was in amazing condition and made a 700 mile trip back on oklahoma, no problems! 5/5 would and have recommended to people!

I called as a concerned customer about my car which Im was currently making payments and in a week my engine light was on. Someone named Bobbi was very rude and nasty to me over the phone even called me out my name..as if I shouldnt be calling them at all. I sent in my car for the check engine light. My car came back smelling funny. I do not recommend this company.
