I found a gem of a Jaguar at Norwood Jaguar. Sonny Singh helped me secure this British Dream Car. He was informative, kind and extremelyknowledgeable. I just bought my first Jaguar from Doug at the Norwood dealership and I couldn’t be happier! He was extremely helpful as well as meticulous at making sure my certified pre-owned Jaguar was in pristine condition before I picked it up. My current lease had ended and I would have been stuck without a car had they not loaned me one while my F-Pace was being cleaned and serviced. Sonny was laid back no pressure and right to the point. I was not there long and there was no games everything happened exactly how I wanted it too. My car failed inspection thanks to their service. This place is Horribe for service. Fine sales is good, but once you are out for service it is a different story. JAGUAR switched out my transmission and left me with a check engine light that wont go away. I have have left repeated messages, for Ryan and the service manager David Froment as well as emails and no call back.IT IS NOT THE FIRST TIME It HAPPENED WITH THEM. They have the nerves to keep sending me promos. As much as I like my car, I would never recommend this dealer.

Hands down I recommend this dealership and I especially recommend working with Danyelle Moura for your next purchase. Danyelle was very resourceful and answered all my questions from deciding what color to the best car that would fit my style. She was very patient and had most of the answers to my questions. When she did not know the answer right away, she took the time to get the answer and get back to me with useful information. Honestly never had an easy time with this place. You’d think having a luxury vehicle you would have a luxury experience but that is not the case. It shouldn’t be like pulling teeth to schedule a service appointment and I shouldn’t have to schedule an appointment months in advance only to be told that it was never put into the system and I now need to wait another 2 months. Very disappointed in the customer experience here and will be calling the Peabody location

Jaguar Land Rover of Norwood advertised for sale a 2018 Tesla model S on its website and indicated that this car had a clean Carfax and no reported accidents. I traveled from Albany New York to purchase this vehicle. Upon arriving, I test drove and told the salesman that I wanted to purchase the vehicle. While I was waiting for the Bill of Sale to be drawn up, I looked in the glove box of the Tesla and found a paid repair bill for $8894 in damage to the Tesla. This repair had involved an insurance company paying the bulk of the claim. The former owner had the vehicle repaired at a body shop. It was quite a surprise to me when this Jaguar Land Rover dealership represented that this vehicle had a Clean CARFAX. This Jaguar Land Rover dealer is either inept at best or deceptive at worst, as they were very familiar with the prior owner and this repair bill was sitting in the Teslas glove box. Needless to say, I walked away from this dealership feeling misled. A week later, I check the dealerships website and this vehicle is still being advertised for sale with a Clean CARFAX. Shameful!

I bought a new Jaguar IPace last September from Jaguar Norwood. I had questions regarding the IT systems in the car. In spite of requesting a number of times in the first week, I never got call backs from their IT guys to help me with the computer stuff in the car.I went away for six months, and when I returned, I called service about my computer problems. I was told I would get a call back from their IT guys soon. I never got it. Then I called CJ Coffin, one of the IT guys, whose card I had. I was able to talk to him and I told him about my problem. He said he will call me back that evening. He never did. Neither did he call me the next day.I sent an email to their CM, Eddie Allen describing the situation. He replied that CJ called me on two occasions. I checked my phone and there were no missed or other calls from his number. Neither did he leave a message.I reported this to Eddie. I did not get any response from him. It would appear that he does not care about his customers’ problems.I am extremely disappointed and angry with their handling of my simple request and how it was handled by the CM. I expect that being a luxury car they would be more courteous and more prompt with their customers’ needs. They failed miserably.I would not recommend this company, and I would certainly not buy my next car from them.

He has diligently responded to all of my questions and concerns and has gone far above and beyond what anyone would ever expect. Sonny has been nothing short of extremely professional and responsive. Im fresh off an outstanding buying experience at Jaguar of Norwood. There were a number of enchanting F-types to choose from and I am thrilled with my new coupe. Ron Walsh went along with me for an enjoyable test drive and provided informed answers to my questions.....it turned out he drives an F-type himself. Ron and Dan were helpful throughout the purchase process and Marco handled the paperwork friendly and efficiently. Before taking delivery I met one of the service advisors, George, who impressed me with his knowledge of the marque. These folks spoke a lot about their team approach and backed it up with action. Bought an I-Pace and shipped it to California.Throughout the Sale and shipment process there have been very little communications from the Dealer. With Covid 19 - you will think they will provide a cell phone number.Tried to sign up with Jaguar for the Incontrol App. Car is already registered to some one else? Does it make any sense?Have owned Mercedes S class for the last 30 years. This is my first Jag - not happy with support and follow up! Not even a thank you note or a phone call. Be the last Jag I buy.

Another location told me they wouldnt be able to even look at my car for three weeks for an air bag issue in my 2018 car with 4000 miles. I dropped it off at 5:30 pm on a Monday and it was done 10:30 AM Monday here. Excellent work from the service department.

Just purchased a 2016 Jaguar F-type convertible at Jaguar of Norwood and while we love the car, I am writing because we also loved the buying experience at the Norwood dealership. Our salesperson, Chris Murphy, was great! He was helpful and accommodating (even riding on two long test drives with my wife, who wanted to test drive convertibles with the top down in February)! In fact, everyone at the dealership was friendly, with other salespeople stopping by to chat with us when we had a wait, and the whole experience was more like we were joining a family than just buying a car. For someone considering the purchase of a Jaguar or Land Rover, I would highly recommend Jaguar of Norwood.

To say I am disappointed with this dealership, would be an understatement, and more specifically, with the salesperson assigned to me, Sonny Singh. From the moment I began to inquire about specific vehicles, each had a story and a common denominator: The vehicle I was shown wasnt exactly the price I was quoted. For example, I was interested in leasing a new 2018 (previous model year) E-Pace S. I test drove a vehicle, and I wasnt sold on the color. I was told that other vehicles werent available at their local Norwood, MA dealership, but the exact vehicle for the same price was available at their sister location, in Warwick, RI. The following day, the vehicle was brought up to the Norwood dealership. I inquired on multiple occasions, by text, by telephone and by email: 1.) Was the vehicle comparably equipped? 2.) Was the vehicle priced the same - meaning the out the door price I was quoted on local vehicle was the same as the vehicle being brought in? I was assured each time that everything was the same, except the color - which was expected. Again, I asked by text, by phone and by email to please submit the vehicles detailed options worksheet and VIN#. Sure enough, the vehicle was equipped similarly, albeit not the same. Nevertheless, I was assured that the price and financing would remain the same, because the different options totaled roughly the same for both vehicles. Since it did not have the requested options, I inquired about the demo vehicle I had tried, two nights before. I was told it was still available and again, it was priced the same as the vehicle brought into the Norwood dealership. Again, I requested the vehicles worksheet and VIN#, now that I did not trust the salesperson to accurately represent the vehicles. Again, I had to point out that not only were the options different, but the vehicle was a different model year (2018 vs 2019). I was assured that the worksheet I was sent was the exact vehicle at the exact price. I drove out to the dealership. Upon viewing and test driving both the vehicle brought in from the sister dealership and the demo unit, I opted for the demo unit, due to its optional panoramic roof, which I wanted. I was then told if I wanted that vehicle, it was a higher price, because of the model year. When I pointed out that this was exactly what I was asking via my multiple inquiries, I was told that the price only applied to the 2018 models. If so, why quote a customer the same price, when asked to confirm it, several times? I was then told there was another (a third) vehicle with the same options as the original quote, but in a different color. Again, during the initial visit, I was told that no others were available, and that I would have to ask management to have someone drive the vehicle up from Warwick, even though there was an alleged, comparable vehicle, RIGHT ON THEIR LOT. I asked for the finance payment options worksheet to be drawn, so that I could be certain that the quotes matched. I was told that he had some good news and some bad news. Although the price was almost virtually the same, this time the out the door and now additional fees literally doubled the out of pocket costs. When I pointed this out, I was told that it was the same for the previous vehicle - even though on multiple occasions, I was given a lesser dollar figure. When I inquired why the difference, the excuse given was: Well, this is a luxury vehicle, and they cost more. We have additional costs, because we dont build the cars here; we have tariffs to pay for. In short, dont trust this dealership, and dont trust this salesperson. You will be wasting your time, if you come into this dealership. This bait and switch routine was unwarranted and inexcusable. It is the very reason buyers are weary of entering a dealership to purchase a vehicle, in the first place.
