I came in in need of a vehicle. I was for a reliable 2 year old vehicle! I was approved and all papers signed within the hour. Registration transferred within a few hours. Picked up cleaned and detailed vehicle. Easy and seamless transaction with salesperson Jose! I will definitely use them again! I was very pleased with my experience!

First time I went to Boch and the service was excellent. I bought my truck from Milford Nissan and I am not happy with the service or the condition of the waiting area. Boch was clean and has good coffee, Milford seats in the waiting room smell like a dog and have dog hairs. I was very pleased with Boch all around and will continue to do business with Boch.

Service department insisted I needed 4 new brake pads and all 4 rotors resurfaced, which could be okay if I had 4 sets on my Tacoma. I gave the service advisor every opportunity to correct himself but he only tried to convince me I was wrong.For those that dont understand the Tacoma has drum brakes in the rear so there are no rotors or pads involved. They were trying to steal money from me.Who knows how many times they pull this on people that dont know any better.

They have a system. We showed up, said we wanted to test drive. Met with helpful staff, identified a few contenders, went and drove a few cars. Came back inside and got some printed out information and staff answered our questions. Would definitely go back.

It was a busy day there today because they were running some promotions. There was a long wait to see a sales person. I bought my last car there and got an excellent price for both the new car and trade-in. However I recommend going at an off time because you dont want to spend a long time waiting.

We walked in, we found a car, they said it was ours then someone bought the car while we were talking about the finances and trade in, waisted more than 2hrs of our time. Friendly staff gets 3 stars but we will never go back.

3 1/2 Stars. No distinguishing factor except for general manager who made things right to make my purchase happen. Good people work there so it must be the new ownership.

BUYER BEWARE!I spoke with Andrew (Sales Manager), who gave me a price on a car. He didnt transfer the deal to a sales contract and I didnt read it, assuming they would honor the terms of my verbal agreement with Boch. When it came to Finance time, they refused to honor it because I signed an agreement showing the higher price.

They have a excellent service department. Specially, my servicr advisor Tyler, keep me post everyday of my car repair progress and solid service from start to finish. Great job and Thank you!

Very dissapointed with our experience. We had our hearts set on a car we wanted there, and the sales manager took complete advantage of us. The salesman had us at a price we were comfortable with, then the manager wouldnt sign off on the deal and came back with a much higher price. We will never do business with this dealer again.

5 star cars. But I still believe 50 of the 2 stars. Ones the car is out of stipulated service the costs of service and maintenance keep increasing.

Frustrating to learn that the great price was, at the last minute, contingent upon taking out a loan through them. I was ready to pay cash, but they insisted that I must take out a loan and make at least the first 3 payments before paying it off.Having bought from Boch before, it feels like 2 things were happening: (1) they probably make money directly by originating the loan and (2) by keeping an open tab it is easier to sell the buyer add-ons in the process (floor mats? extended warranty? remote start? )

Sale person Jesse very hospitable offered coffee and was very pleasant; showroom very impressive with a lounge and a shop with Ferrari gift items at very reasonable prices.

This is the only place that I go based on what I need to have done for my car. Although people always say that going to the dealer is costly. As far as I no things have gone well for me, because I dont have the time it takes to search a lot of places and then try to find someone to repair what has to get done.

Overheard an employee saying how they charge 3 grand plus over sticker and don’t tell people. Also heard the same employee say they sold a car for 65 grand that was involved in an accident and wasn’t worth 40 grand. Neglected to tell the purchaser.

Had no idea what they did to my car. They should use video to show me what they did to my vehicle. An independent a couple of weeks ago sent me a Truvideo of my car service, what a difference.

Had Purch 4 new cars from them over the years until I caught them sneaking in hundreds in fraudulent fees, to include an alarm system that i never ordered and they never installed. Had to fight them to get the money refunded. Never again.

Went for my oil change, good price and speedy service.

I called twice to inform what 2 used cars I wanted to test drive. I confirmed appointment by text before i left and let them know I was in a time constraint. I drive over 30 minutes and see my name on a fancy electronic board w appointment time. They eventually asign me to sales guy after 5 minutes. I end up waiting another 30+ minutes for a 5 minute test drive. It turns out the car was buried behind 2 other ones. They never pulled it out. We get back and have to wait another 10 minutes for guy to get back and another 10 minutes plus for him to talk to manager to even get me a number.At this point I an running way behind for work and wasted precious time expecting to see 2 cars and only seeing one barely.Also most other dealerships offer you drinks eats etc. This place had a water fountain with no cups an old abandoned looking Kerig coffee machine...but an an area where you could buy stuff. Way to woo customers.Only high point was communication was prompt with internet team (to no avail since they never pulled car out ahead of time) and one of the managers Eric that saw me get upset waiting so long that he actually went to help the sales guy move cars even though place was busy. I later called him to get my quote. He was very nice and personable and offered me a bit of a break.Ladies in the front were nice enough but powerless to help me - with the team of indifferent number crunchers behind them.I would only go back because Eric Yngve gets customer service. If you go there I would recommend ask for him.

Unfortunately, there is no way to give a zero rating. My Silverado is under warantee. At twenty nine thousand miles i could hear that the pads starting to sound like they were getting worn. I usually get sizty thousand miles on a vehicle before I need brahe pads. I called for service and had to wait three days to bring it in. I had to use the truck in the meantime and I got to my appointment on time today at 8:00am . I called them shortly before 3:00 PM and found the hadnt even looked at it. I told them to do nothing and I was coming down to pick it upWhen I got there, they had just put it on the rack and they told me I would have to wait for them to finish looking at it. They told me it needed pads and rotors and it would be at least $900.00. WARANTEE OR NOT, I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS AT BOCH CHEVROLET AGAIN.

Very poor salespeople. If they dont not know they seem to make it up. They do not even pretend to ask what kind of car you want they just try to sell you what they want to sell. No longer owned/run by Boch family. DO NOT GO THERE. Example of poor service as well. The car charger was blocked by their courtesy van and after 1st spending 15 min trying to find someone who knew where it was and another 15 getting the van moved found out it has not worked in almost 2 years. You would think the staff might know this.

Not good. They would not honor the price they quoted on the internet. Gave us double talk why quoted price was to low. Not Happy!
