Flex is great and is very patient with his customers I have had a unit there for a few months now. Even when flex is on the run he will still make a moment to answer my questions. Very convenient and clean smell good and he always makes time thank you.

Go with Extra Space Storage, this place is amazing! The staff are super helpful, they showed sincere interest in providing top notch service and even ensured I had the most convenient unit close to a loading area. The facility is super clean, temperature controlled and priced better than competitors. The Extra Space website makes it easy to manage payments and move out. Honestly, I’ve never been so impressed with a storage facility.

Warning: This is going to be a positive bad review. The people I met at this facility are wonderful. Truly. You will not meet more patient and kind people. I believe they want your business and will work hard for that. But our experience did not end well. They made a mistake with our reservation and gave away our unit before we could sign for it. Apparently it was not evident to all involved that the unit was up for grabs. It was a communication error, pure and simple. Mistakes happen. When you deal with this company, try to get everything as clear as possible. Honestly, I think the company should do something to make good on their mistake. But none of that has been offered as of writing this review.

I had to leave my garage stall extra space area on Washington st in Norwood after a very short stay, due to a substantial rate increase across the board.I was already paying $300 a month for a nice spot with motorcycle acsess etc. The mgr Tim was awesome, and I hated to leave. But I soon met new mgr Jim on rt 1 in much smaller space when Tim was booked solid. Amazing the dough these corporate fat cats earn. All told, excellent facilities both. Excellent managers each. But a mans wallet rules

I rented some units here and Paul and Jim were friendly and helpful. They described this facility as the Taj Mahal of storage facilities. Hyperbole aside, this storage facility is very nice. It is easily visible from Boston Providence Hwy highway and it is climate controlled and clean inside with motion detected lights. There are two Extra space storages on Boston, so if youre asking Google to navigate you, make sure you have the right address.This facility has access hours from 6am to 10pm, which is different from the office hours which are from 9:30am to 6pm. There are multiple access points to the storage facility. The bathrooms are only available when the office is open.I got a great deal here and would highly recommend this location if youre looking for a storage facility. There is only one small issue I had with my experience: this location requires the use of cylinder locks which are not useful anywhere else. Ive rented units from other ESS locations and have a padlock+key but I was not able to use that here. The doors are built to require cylinder locks (I couldnt find any in Amazon) so if youre renting for a short time, the lock is an added cost to your rental that become useless afterwards. Doesnt really change my experience but something others may care about. 10/10 would rent again (especially since I have the right locks now).Edit: I recently closed out my unit and the process could not have been easier. Jim was awesome and gave me a day extra on my unit without charge. I reiterate my 10/10 rating and would highly recommend.

My experience at extra space storage was nothing less than outstanding! Jim and the crew always kept me informed of any changes, always gave me a call prior to me being late with a payment as a reminder and was always nothing short of being courteous and professional. I actually live about 40 miles from here and still chose to stay with them over two and a half years. If I ever need a storage anywhere in the vicinity of where they are, itll be the place I choose to do business with again.

I’ve been renting a parking spot for the past 6 months from extra storage space and it’s been great! Decent price for outside of Boston, and I felt totally safe with leaving my car there. If you are looking to rent a parking spot in the Boston area you should definitely take advantage of extra space storage.

I have rented from this facility for the last two years, first one unit for my business, and a newly added second unit for my family. The staff could not be more helpful and professional, and Jim the process of setting up these units extremely simple and straightforward. The facility itself is spotlessly clean and the climate control is perfect. It’s conveniently located for me, but much more affordable than units closer to my house in the city. The 24 hour access and very sturdy, always-functioning carts available inside the entrance have made it really easy for me to load and unload large volumes of material without any strain.I am very comfortable with the security set up, where I punch in a code specific to my unit, and everything is very well lighted and monitored. I only wish I could give them six stars!

I’ve been renting a unit for a year at this location, and just added a second smaller unit. I couldn’t be happier. The building is very clean and in excellent condition, access is secure but straightforward, and Jim is always friendly and helpful. Now that I have been using the service, I have found the staff courteous and professional, the facility is clean and I feel secure when inside however there have been several times during the week that carts are not available. For the number if units in the section that I am in, I would encourage management to have more carts available. In other facilities of Extra Storage this was not an issue.

This is a great storage facility. On one floor clean and easy to park and move your items in and out. The employees are very helpful.My big complaint is they will not pro-rate if you move out during the month you close your act. We closed acct on April 18th paid in full for 3 units and when I asked for a refund I was told they don’t give refunds for unused days. So if I had moved out on April 5 I would have still paid a full month on 3 units. This is to me robbery. Very poor practice and having poor practice. Be ware

I rented a united with Extra Space Storage on 1450 Boston Providence Hwy in Norwood, MA for ~13 months and highly recommend it to anyone looking to store property. The price is reasonable and very fair, particularly when compared to other storage companies. Signing up and moving out were very simple, easy, and quick processes. I was also impressed with the friendliness, professionalism, and helpfulness of the staff. The store manager, Jim, went out of his way to help me and was very generous. The units are also clean and climate controlled. If I ever have to store property again, I will rent a unit from Extra Space Storage again.

I have seen more than 2 dozen self-storage facilities in Boston area, and must say, this is one of my favorite locations.Storage is conveniently located, has climate controlled units, it is very clean and well maintained. It is important to mention easy access to most of the units, no need to use elevator, that makes unloading/loading process very efficient. The storage itself is only 2-3 years old, camera secured and well planned unit locations.The management is very pleasant and easy to work with. Jim, the manager does a great job running this place. Will definitely recommend this location to my friends and will come back as a customer.
