First time getting a facial with Felicia and it was the most relaxing experience! I felt so at peace and tranquil throughout the entire session. Felicia is literally the only person on the planet that I would see for a facial. I have been seeing Felicia for years. She has rescued my sensitive skin from breakouts, clogged pores, and dullness and I love the products she uses. Every facial is totally customized to my skin at that moment. Her space is so calm and peaceful. Felicia stays with you the whole time taking care of your facial or giving an amazing scalp, face, and shoulder massage. I had previously been to facial appointments where the esthetician leaves you alone in the room for some time which I hate. I CANNOT recommend Felicia enough! I don’t know what I would do without Novo.

This place is fabulous!! My son got a teen facial and he was sleep and snoring before it was all over....LOL I also got and facial which was excellent. The shoulder message was great the atmosphere was very relaxing and calm and the prices are reasonable. I will be going back every month to keep my skin in great shape

I drive from Queens, NY to Novo. I feel that a good facial is hard to find (especially at a reasonable price that doesnt amount to a car payment), but alas this is the best one yet. I have never felt rushed because Felicia takes her time with each client (and smartly spaces them out). She also does a phenomenal job of really getting my pores clean. I am a heavy make-up user and didnt put anything on my face for 3 days after because my face looked so squeaky clean. I highly recommend the microdermabrasion.

Novo Organic Skincare is a gem! I found this place through a groupon and have since been back 3 times. Felicia is amazing, my skin has never felt so clean after her facials and microdermabrasion! The atmosphere is serene and you always leave feeling refreshed. The value is incredible, where else can you find a deep cleaning facial under $100? I have spent thousands of dollars at spas and doctors claiming they can work miracles when the answer is right here at Novo Organic! My skin has improved drastically since I started coming here. The owner is unassuming and doesnt try to sell you overpriced products when you are finished. I have used and spread her advice for natural remedies and actually have seen a difference in my skin.
