They were great! I damaged my car and had the estimate from the insurance company. The first oak park body shop located near my house I reached out to never answered the phone or returned my call, and when I dropped by, they were really rude and dismissive. When I called Bump City, Steve asked me if I was okay after I mentioned the accident, which impressed me (I was fine). Steve was great—friendly and professional, and he was able to get everything done in a time crunch, because my family was headed out for a road trip. They also offered to handle my rental car and to drop me off anywhere I needed to go. Truly excellent customer service, and the work they did on the car was impeccable. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend!

If you need to get a vehicle dent fixed right the first time, you need to take your car here. Hands down they are the best in the area. Unfortunately, we have taken our vehicles here multiple times. Their price is more than fair and customer service is top notch. Only downside, it will usually take you 3-4 days to get your vehicle in to their shop. They are always busy, but trust me, its worth the wait. I will add a photo soon, because guess where I will be this Thursday. Cheers. Mike

Great place to get your car fixed! They did an amazing job fixing damage on my car. I came in in a separate occasion for some small scratches, which they buffed out for free! They are very trustworthy and do great work.

Great customer service and super body work

This is a Top Notch, First Class Body Shop!!! They gave me an estimate on a bumper repair quickly and scheduled the repair. When I showed up today they were all set for me and the process took about 2 minutes. THEN they called me this afternoon with an update that my Jeep will be done ON TIME on Wednesday. This is THE ONLY PLACE to go for repairs!!!!!

When I took my vehicle there a month ago I was devastated. Someone had stole it trashed and broke windows. Bump city did a wonderful job! I would do 10 stars if they have it

Still the same great service after 20 years

I am sure Bump City is great with auto collison repair, however if you are a certain color human being as I am you will get treated like garage. I am a hard working, law abidening citizen and was treated like trash at Bump City. My car was hit while it was parked in Jiffy Lube after an oil change by a Jiffy Lube employee. So of course their insurance are going to pay for everything. So after speaking to the insurance adjustor she told me the body shops they deal with. I choose Bump Ciity because it was closest to my home and I want to get my car fixed really bad because I hate driving around in a smashed up car! Especially when I pay my full coverage insurance every month fatefully. So driving into Bump City I informed the gentleman of the situation and instantly he looked at me then told me they only deal with one specific insurance. I informed the gentleman that the insurance company pointed me in his direction or else I wouldnt be there. He raised his voice again at me as if I were a kid. I then informed this gentleman that I refuse to be treated as such and will take the business elsewhere. No one deserves to be yelled at or treated differently just because you may be having a bad morning at work. All money is green regardless of what your skin tone is. You may have great work at Bump City but if your skin tone is the color of mine I strongly suggest you go somewhere else. I am not speaking for everyone at Bump City because I am sure there are some great people. But first initial contact tells alot about an establishment. - z
