Their customer service was excellent. I dropped off my car on Friday evening. I got my car back the following Friday evening. I was able to get a car rental come pick me up and drop me off some. They are services were on time. Their work was excellent my car looks brand new. Also I was able to drop off my rental at the shop and an enterprise picked it up without me having to wait for them. I mean just everything they did was excellent.

Had my front bumper and hood dented and scraped by someone that backed into my car while it was parked on the street and brought it to Stelton Motors. They did a phenomenal job I couldn’t tell where the damage was before and it looked brand new and the paint matched perfectly. The service was quick and professional and will definitely go back here in the future if I ever have to again!

I brought my car (a 2016 Audi) in for an insurance repair after a fender bender. The shop owner was not very friendly and rather disinterested. However, thats not my complaint.When I picked up my car -- post repair --the appolstery, dashboard, and carpet were covered in dusty hand and footprints. Also, seatbelt caps were removed and left on the floorboard. All of this still was not enough to cause me to complain.My disatisfaction is due to the fact that this repair was completed only six months ago and the paint on the repaired area is already beginning to flake off. Draw your own conclusions.

Car looks great.Update: Dropped by in springtime and spoke to the owner about some 20+ large rock chips that occurred over the winter months on the repaired area. I know rock chips happen, but these were 3X plus the size of normal rock chips and the paint is flaking around them. After looking at my car, owner said he would look into it and call me back, then he ghosted. Now the clear coat is failing on several areas of the repaired hood. After less than 1 year, Id expect better results from a $99 Maaco paint job.

Very trustworthy family owned and operated business. I highly recommend. Denny is an upstanding businessman. Im moving in to the city but I will return to his shop if unfortunately I need more repairs.... At least Ill know Im in good hands.

Cant say enough good things about my first experience here. They sent a mechanic to where my car was disabled (only two blocks away, but still, not something lots of places would even think of doing), got it running to get to shop, and once they had part, fixed it in half-hour for less than the original estimate. People were business-like and efficient. Would definitely recommend if youre looking for a place to get your vehicle repaired. They appear to be a body/collision shop primarily, so check to see if they do the kind of work you need, but if so, I would recommend giving it a whirl.

I had a dent on my car that was starting to rust. Stelton Motors were the right choice for the job. Very impressed! Exceeded expectations big time. I would highly recommend to anyone needing body work.

Ive used Stelton 3x and have had stellar experiences with the work AND customer service. Today, I stopped in because my sunroof was leaking and water was everywhere. Without question, or appointment, they fixed the leak at that very moment! They knew exactly what was wrong. The process was quick, painless and not to mention, extremely inexpensive!! Im never taking my car anywhere else!

Weve had a few cars repaired at Stelton Motors. They do a great job and charge a fair price. Dan is very helpful and will work with you on the particulars of your insurance (or out-of-pocket) and fix your car right. I highly recommend!

Excellent repair, completed when promised, priced well

The work on my car was good. However, they left the inside of my car a mess. White dust covered the inside of everything in my vehicle. They also took my ice scraper and I later found that many of the breath mints in my center console where missing, which tells me that the technicians were rummaging through my belongings. I would only recommend this place if you remove all of your belongings from your car before bringing it up and if you plan on having it professionally cleaned afterwards.

I do not have much experience ( sound of me knocking on wood ) with body work.Totally treated as family when I came in for an estimate and when dropping off car and picking up car. I would recommend for any body work. Both my wife and I were impressed with the car when picking up, it was like they detailed it.

This was my first time doing business with this company but decided to go with them after reading the reviews and I must admit I was and still am very impression by not only the professionalism but also the quality of their work. I will admit my car has never looked so good and I’m proud to have gone with Stelton Motors. I will More than likely do business with them again in the future.
