CCC is an excellent body repair / paint shop and is capable of bringing your damaged vehicle back to NEW condition! Carlos is a true artist when it comes to custom detail work. I had them do some body repairs and rust repairs to my Mustang, then finish it off with a fresh paint job, and it looks absolutely new with perfect color match to the original paint. The attention to detail (inside door jambs, for example) was outstanding, and really brings it up to show car level of perfection. Im picky, and the quality exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend CCC for any body work or paint work. :-)

I have a 2009 Jeep liberty that had a Sky Slider Roof. That roof was terrible it leaked, never sealed and was noisy to the point you couldnt even carry on a conversation. I contacted several body shops looking for a solution to my problem, they were not interested and just blew me off. I called Custom Concept, they said Stop in lets see if we can find a solution. I went there met with Carlos, he had the solution, replace the sky slider with a new hard top roof. I was sold! They located a new roof, cut the old one off, installed the new roof and it looks FANTASTIC. Drove it home, for the real inspection, my wife who is in the OEM automotive paint industry she got a ladder out to inspect the new roof she LOVED it. She thought they did a GREAT job. Then we went on a drive and could actually have a conversation. The crew at Custom Concept Collision EXCEEDED my expectations, thanks for everything!

Took my 2004 Subaru WRX in for rust restoration, they welded in all new metal and shaped it perfectly to match, they prepped the whole panels that were effected and took care of any dings and scratches on the effected panels before painting them, they primed and waxed inside the trunk on the other side of the effected quarter panels to ensure no rust would ever come back. I drove all the way from Taylor since it was the only Bodyshop that does rust restoration with welding instead of bondo that flakes off when trying to replace large rust spots. The panels look factory and I was highly satisfied with the job.

There is a reason this place has a 5 star rating. The work that these guy do is spot on! I needed some custom work done on my truck, (after market bumpers, light bars, fenders) two other places turned me down. The guys at Custom Concept Collision looked at what I needed and said we do this kind of stuff for fun. It was no problem. The work they do is professional and clean. To make a long story short I ran over a lunch box that was in the freeway that was unavoidable. My bumper was cracked and partially hanging from the impact of running over the lunch box. So I needed a collision shop right away. So I googled collision shops near me and custom collision and several other shops popped up. Custom Collision stood out the most because it had a 5 star rating and I see why and after reading the reviews and the service I received was top notch. I was able to have my car fixed within two days! My car was back in tack like nothing ever happened. Carlos definitely know what he is doing and his pricing is reasonable and not to mention he’s very easy going and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommended his shop to anyone and if I ever need any work in the future I will be back.

Carlos was awesome! He did an amazing job on my Explorer that had some collision damage. He was able to repair things instead of completely replacing them, saving me money! He even called to keep it another day to make sure the color was correct, as he noticed a slight difference in the factory paint color. My car feels brand new again! Everything was very clean and sanitizer was available inside, as well as wipes.

I had a minor dent in the bumper of my truck. I got quotes from 3 places and Custom Concept Collision was the cheapest by far. Carlos, the owner, was really great. He was always there to make sure things were moving along. When I picked up my truck the dent was gone. The whole truck looked brand new again. They did a fantastic job! They did forget to plug in one sensor but called me about it before I even got home. I took it in the next day and they actually found the sensor was bad and replaced it right then and there. They are truely invested in satisfying their customers.

Oh. My. Goodness!! I have never had a more pleasurable experience! ANYWHERE. I was told I would be charged $90-$120 just to have my car diagnosed with a jammed door (which i did that myself for free), from other auto shops. Thankfully these guys came through and fixed my jammed door in under 5 minutes. These guys understand that “Life Happens”, and are willing to help ANYONE and happy to do it. Please choose these guys to help make your day go a little smoother. P.S i took the advice and got my oil changed as well!

**Carlos is an angel** I went to see Carlos to get an estimate on a paint job- my car is a super gorgeous but super old Mercedes SUV. Carlos and his team came outside to check out the paint and quoted a price WAY out of my budget. Clearly not knowing much about cars hahaha- Carlos let me know that my tires needed to be replaced very badly, they were not safe to be in the snow or rain.Carlos got me a great deal on new tires- he didnt make a dime off of me. FIVE DAYS after getting said brand new tires I got a flat and totally destroyed one tire- resulting in my needed to replace it. Carlos drove all the way to my home, took the tire off- took it to Belle Tire- dropped me off back at home, and then repeated the same thing when the new tire arrived.Go see Carlos and his team of stellar people.Youll be happy you did

Custom Concept Collision should be your go-to place if you need work done on your car. The work they did to fix the front of my car after an accident was great- it looked brand new. Their commitment to their customers if truly above and beyond. They worked together with my insurance company, kept me posted on the work, and let me know if/ when the time frame to complete the work needed to be adjusted. At the end, Carlos recommended I get new brakes, and even sent pictures demonstrating old vs. the new brakes (the work was clearly necessary). Their passion for cars and commitment to their customers leaving happy (and in a safe vehicle) is obvious. Go to them!

THE ABSOLUTE BEST EVER EXPERIENCE IN AUTO BODY REPAIR AND PAINT! From beginning with a slightly complicated estimate due to multiple issues, both seen,and unseen, to the delivery of an exceptionally well repaired 2010 Toyota, I was thoroughly pleased with the work done by Carlos (owner) Steven, and Isaac. The price was more than competitive, even after more rust was revealed when the back bumper came off to show a completely hidden, previously unseen rusted area (dealer inspection could not have seen this interior rust). ALL REPAIRED without epoxy or Bondo (they dont do that here!). It simply looks showroom new, and at a very fair price. Honest, reliable, true to their word ... AND Carlos is an artist! Dont go anywhere else. We have two more cars in the family to take to CCC in the near future!

I cannot say enough about this place! They were so courteous, helpful, prompt, fair and efficient that I thought it was too good to be true. Nope! They are all of those things and more, and the proof is in the quality of the work they did on my daughters car which needed quite a bit of body work. They went above and beyond-making sure to temporarily reattach her side mirror (free of charge) which had been knocked off in an accident while waiting on the new one because the gentleman who helped me didnt want her to get pulled over and drive under unsafe conditions. Partial payment was coming from another party due to them causing the damage, and Steve (the shop manager) coordinated everything with the other party. Once all of the parts were ordered and ready, they replaced both fenders, her bumper, and her side mirror in a matter of hours. Also replaced the regulator to control the passenger side window in about 10 minutes on a later date. Long story short, I would never go anywhere else and these guys are amazing! If only everyone operated like this....

Recently saw a 68 Firebird that Carlos had completed for a friend. The car looked amazing. Can honestly say I havent seen a car that straight in a long time. Color was great, gaps were tight and consistent. I wouldnt think twice about sending my business his way.

I took my 2008 Escalade here to have the tail lights changed to the newer taller style tail lights that are on the 2018 Escalades. The newer lights that were being installed didnt come with any wiring instructions and consequently they had some difficulties getting the back-up lights to work correctly. After I showed Carlos (The owner) a YouTube video which was in Spanish, ( his native language) he got everything done right and charged me less than agreed upon for my wait. I would recommend them for their personal service.

Had an unfortunate experience at a local carwash in which my front and rear bumpers were damaged.I was very particular to which shop I would take my new to me car to have it repaired. After discussing with Carlos and his staff the steps required to repair the car and reading multiple reviews on this shop I felt comfortable leaving my car with them.The shop did a good job of representing me and getting the costs paid for by the carwash.
