Went to the Footlocker/Footaction on Greenfield in Oak Park Michigan. The employees there have no customer service skills. They dont greet you when come in the store. They dont ask if they can assist you. They just watch you walk around the store aimlessly looking for stuff. This is why people are buying online and not from the brick and motar stores. I will not go back into another one of their stores ever Ill just buy directly from the manufacturers website.

Eboni was great she help me get the right shoe for my grandson. And helped me get it on him. Great customer service!

They have 3 stores connected Footlocker, kids Footlocker, and Footaction Their are only letting 10 at a time and I look inside the employees are not doing anything productive We have been out side for 30 min plus They have not rotated and let other customers in If my son’s birthday wasn’t tomorrow I would leave but this is ridiculous we got 4 people ahead of us and they have not let 1 person in from 1030 its now 1115 am No entry 😡😡😡😡

Excellent service! Called to check for a shoe. They didn’t have it unfortunately but the salesperson, Brandon, volunteered to look up locations that did have the shoe. It was a small gesture but shows great customer service. Instead of me calling/ driving around he was able to make my Last minute Christmas shopping a tad easier!

Found exactly what I was looking for and more. They had my size too (13) which is hard to find in a lot of shoes. (Kids Foot Locker adjoined) Tavion was very helpful, patient and polite. I was last minute shopping my sons birthday and he was very helpful. The select for toddlers could be bigger, not a lot of options for shoes that match the outfits...

Online says store opens at 10 am on Sunday. Went to this location and they’re closed til noon on Sunday’s. Needs to be changed online. Big inconvenience
