5-10-21 1:39 pm (time of visit)What a great place to shop! I couldn’t believe how well the customer service was here! I frequent rite aid pharmacy to buy cards for my kids. I figured I was in the area I would try this place. I couldn’t find what I looking for. I asked an employee about an item and without hesitation he went and found what I wanted and more!! What a great guy! Cashiers were nice as well. I couldn’t have had a better experience. In these tough times where nobody want to work and just as easy say sorry we don’t have it... I am pleased to see such great workers all in one place! They deserve much more. Thanks!!!
I was very nervous about getting my first dose of the covid vaccine. Sunny was great!!! Very funny and made me feel more relaxed.
My second covid vaccine shot was very quick, and simple. I barely felt a thing! The manager was also very funny and made being here friendly.
Great service!!! I went in for a prescription in a hurry and sunny the pharmacist got it done in minutes. Highly recommend.
Sunny was great! I got my first vaccine, he was wonderful and very funny! Thank you!
I love the pharmacy team. They are fast and efficient and I never leave disappointed.
Sunny was very helpful, & informative during my first COVID shot! It was a great experience.
Just got my first Covid vaccine dose. The pharmacist, Sunny is AWESOME! He saw I was nervous and put me at ease. And the shot! - I didnt even know he gave it to me, I didnt feel it at all. If you are still leary about getting the vaccine, go see Sunny!😁
This location has the best Pharmacists on staff. I never have issues with getting my medications refilled plus they are personable and very professional. Lastly, I was a little skeptical in getting a COVID-19 vaccine however, the Pharmacist put my mind at ease and shared some great advice.
The pharmacist sunny is very professional and helpful.. I Like to go to that store
Sunny and Wadder are very good people and have great customer service ! I hate needles but sunny made me very comfortable and I didn’t even notice I got the shot. Great experience!
I have a huge needle phobia and I got my second shot a few hours ago. Sunny gave it to me and I didnt feel a thing. One of the best shot experiences Ive had in awhile
I got my first and second COVID shot here. The staff was very polite. The physician who administered my shot was very good and went smoothly.
Great staff, super friendly and professional. Got both my doses of Moderna from a gentleman named Sunny - never even felt the needles, hes that good - and was very knowledgable & informative about possible side effects of the shots. Will definitely be returning to this store!
I brought my mom to the pharmacy to get a covid vaccine on March 5th. The pharmacist was extremely helpful with not only me and my elderly mom but also very kind to the other people there getting the vaccine. We felt very fortunate ti be able to get an appointment and our overall experience at this rite aid was great!
The level of professionalism exhibited by the employees in the pharmacy or the lack thereof I should is very heart wrenching. The conversations & language used is not proper for the workplace especially when customers can hear it. Needless to say I will be driving to another location for any further prescriptions. I can say the store staff was helpful.
Went to this pharmacy twice for my Covid vaccines (1st and 2nd dose). Pharmacist (named Sunny) made me wait 15-20 minutes each time, even though I had an appointment and showed up on time. There were NO others waiting for vaccines. He took his time helping people who came in much later than me, helping them with their prescriptions, as I waited and waited. The store was relatively empty, yet he ignored the fact that I was waiting so long. I found him very unfriendly, unprofessional, and rushed. He required no consent form the 2nd time and did not bother to offer any advice about side effects. Terrible bedside manner . Will not return to this place. It was a very negative experience. But at least I am now fully vaccinated.
I worked with a man named Sunny, the manager for my second shot and he was very knowledgeable and especially gentle and giving me my shot. Very glad to work with him this location!
Poor service at checkout: a gentleman entered, by passed all customers waiting in line, and was given change from a large bill to smaller bills to feed the stores lottery ticket vending machine. Everyone in line watched him exchange laughs and smiles with the cashier, who is also a manager. In the past, this store offered quick, efficient service. What a disappointment.
I was the only person In the store at the time and they were very much rude for no reason considering it wasn’t busy at all. Cashier did not know how to do her job and does not know how to talk to people.
I visit this Rite Aid location to fill several of my prescriptions or simply to pick up cold medication and etc. The Pharmacy staff is very effective and always so helpful. At times, it could be very overwhelming when searching for the proper medication but the staff here is NOTHING but honest and patient!!! The Technician, Central is so kind and works hand-in-hand to make sure I am satisfied with my visit every time. Further, The Pharmacist, Michelle is SO kind and is always willing to help with all my questions!!!! I used to fill my prescriptions at a different location but this team is so welcoming- I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I am very impressed by the Pharmacist and staff at this location.
This pharmacy is without a doubt the most pleasant pharmacy I have ever been to. Not only is the environment great but the staff is even better. Michelle was helpful with all my questions and made my mom feel comfortable at her time of worry. I am so grateful to fill my prescriptions at a place that really cares about their costumers. A special thank you to the entire team!!!
Great place. Have so many prescriptions to pick up for my family and myself, this is the only place we go to. Very friendly and helpful! The pharmacist always answers all the questions we have. 10/10!! Also love the school supply deals!
Easy, convenient
Service was great and fast highly recommend!
Never call you to let you know your prescription is ready. So you finally call in a week later and they say its ready. Next day you go in to have one guy start helping you and then forget and do other stuff. Luckily another her lady came to help, however, apparently my prescription is not ready yet...... nothing but problems from this place. Miss the one by my parents in Mt. Clemens
Meijer gave me dyed pills and I caught them right before they closed. They sent it to CVS, also dyed only pills, and I found Rite Aid at 9pm after a million phone calls. They had dye free! The lovely lady said to give her 1 hour while she called CVS, got my script, made me a profile, got my insurance, got my pills ready for pickup that night, and that shed call me back but she was slammed! She wasnt kidding! She never called back but I called her and sure enough she had everything ready like a complete pro! Got checked out, gave her a raving review, and then found out she didnt even work for that location. She was only helping out.The store itself stank. They must be covering up mold or something. The store wasnt as clean as I expected. We just wanted to get out of there asap so it was super helpful the pharmacy gal was superb at her job!Going on round 2! Costco said they had dye free. Had them transfer to Costco. Lost my info. Had to restart. Finally got it filled. Handed me dyed pills. IM COMING BACK AGAIN! Stinky store or not, I love them for accommodating me. New person. Capable regular. Very pleased with this locations staff.
My experience at this specific location goes like this: Stare at the ceiling until someone acknowledges you, and when you are finally acknowledged(with no sense of urgency), you literally feel like cattle with the words “Next!” being yelled in your face. You are always made to feel like you are stupid, and that’s why this Rite Aid is empty every single time I have gone here, and it was always my last resort. However, I will no longer be purchasing here. It amazes me how poor customer service has become at places where you purchase medicine, and I hope this review directs some accountability of this bad customer service.
Love this pharmacy always have what I need and cashier that works there made my day.Never seen her there before, but definitely made a good impression on me.
Recently switched to this Rite-Aid and have been completely satisfied with the service. The Pharmacist, Michele is always sweet, helpful and willing to answer any questions I may have.
This is the best Pharmacy and staff. Michelle is the most patient Pharmacist I have ever dealt with.
Horrible pharmacy service.
The pharmacy is being run by very unprofessional and very rude people!
Today I went there to pick a med for my mom . Two eye drops one was there and the other they didn’t refill it, so I asked why ?? The Manager her name is Micheal she was horrible, very rude . She yelled on me saying that it’s not her fault and the insurance doesn’t cover it . She added that I don’t have to blame her for anything . I was polite with her. But she was yelling .. NO respect to the customers here .. I am telling you that Pharamcist is rude and obviously she don’t have the experience . I am transferring all my meds and my mom’s meds from there to the cvs . God bless CVS
Waited in line FOREVER. Cashier called for help twice, no one came. Consistently slow here.
Worst service I ever encountered in over 30 years of refilling prescriptions. Staff here goes out of their way to be rude. Pharmacy frequently makes prescription errors, but gets hostile and defensive when they are pointed out. The customer is never right. Avoid this pharmacy for your own health and safety.
While the checkout lane is normally slow, they still have everything you need, in stock. The staff are all new and are actually friendly.
Went to the Pharmacy drive thru, 3/18/17 around 10am, I pull up to pick up meds for my child and I see right in the window the lady on her cell phone, she glances over at me then just walks away as if I wasnt there. I punch the buzzer and she takes her time walking back over to ask what I need like Im annoying her. She gets my order and tells me the total, which was ridiculous for allergy meds, she says the insurance doesnt cover the cost because you can buy the meds over the counter, I would have appreciated a phone call to let me know this in advance. I ask how much is the over the counter meds and she says I dont know. I tell her to give me the script back and I will go to a pharmacy that is able to help me. Went to CVS and the sames allergy meds were $40 cheaper.
I am really big on customer service this incident happen today 1-26-2017 i have to specify because who ever was working cashier this morning was so rude i didnt catch her name but i wish i would have. I went around 830am there was no one at the register so i had to yell to get the ladies attention. When she walked up to the counter she didnt appolgies at all nor say a simple good morning! She rung my stuff up without talking didnt tell me my total! I could go on but the point is we as black women are already looked upon negatively! We are suppose to have way more class and a more up lifting spirit. Dont bring your problems to work. Be professional it doesnt matter if your only making $10.00 you filled out the application if your not happy then get a job some where else!! I would say dont go here but who ever that lady was she needs to work in the back and not at the counter with patients. Because she obviously doesnt have any manors.
They have so many product to choose from. The employees are always friendly to me.
Avoid this Rite aid as a plaque, especially the pharmacy. Something very suspicious going on at their pharmacy and after being with them for ten years, my family and myself are leaving asap. Few months ago I noticed they started charging me $30, $35 copay for my meds that used to be $7. I called my insurance and was told that it should be $7. Just to be sure, I went to other pharmacies and it was $7! Rite Aid pharmacy in Oak Park is stealing my money... and when I add the rudeness of employees and wait time at the counter, its totally unacceptable. They got a new store manager now and she is being rude and discriminates everyone who is not of Arabic decent.
Good prices with plenti Card discount
Zero, and I mean ZERO customer service in the pharmacy. Takes INSANE amounts of time to simply fill a prescription.
If you like waiting in line
Didn’t have basic medication twice. Poor customer service.
Great store
The overall higher prices keep me away.
They always seem to have what I need.
Literally the slowest service ever
Rude manager
Long wait for pharmacy
