Quick service to get inVery helpful and professionalFREEZING inside so dress like you are going skiing!!!!!Get a babysitter, because, the TV in the interior/childrens lounge does not work.Even the people on the phone are very sweet, pleasant and professional.
Great service at Oakland Toyota Service on Broadway in downtown Oakland. My Corollas fuel pump gave out while driving on Highway 242 eastbound and luckily this repair shop was only 3 miles away. Took a day but service was expertly performed by good, caring, kindhearted mechanics. Car runs wonderfully again.
I called this number to make an appt and it turns out the number listed is for the location off the 880, not this geo location.
Very efficient and polite service. Quick drop off time and car was ready when promised. There is also a shuttle service to get home which is convenient! The best part is you dont feel like they are trying to scam you or force things you dont need on you. Definitely the best of the Toyota service shops in the bay area.
Kevin the guy that works at the front desk of the repair shop is extremely rude and unprofessional. Poor customer service I have ever experienced, most of the employees were on their phone and distracted. I would highly recommend finding another car service shop and save your time!
Awesome place
My car was worked on for hours for one tire sure no problem there.BUT people are rude and do not care to help customers. No clear way of getting help...they talk to you like youre hard of understanding. Not coming back after this time
Fast but poor service. They dont address any issues you bring up and just do the normal maintenance check. They just tell you everything is working fine despite the fact that it clearly isnt.

When another car rubbed against my cars bumper they buffed and touched yup the paint.
Kevin, the auto tech, left the dash board cover and most of my personal items scattered across the back set. Finger prints on the inside of the front window. In short the residue and dirt from the repair. Was cleaned up by yours truly.Will I return? Not a chance. This twice in a row. That was strike three and Oakland Toyota is out!The passenger side air bag was replaced as part of a nationwide recall.

The individual we spoke with was a lazy misogynist. Even after telling him the car was for my wife and attempting to redirect him to her. He brushed her off and continued to talk to me. Never coming here again.
