I like the store. I was fully stocked. Pretty much anything you may need was within the store. I would definitely return.

Lazy young bowl haircut teenager at counter seems to be used to speaking to women any kind of way. I asked for a product and he lazily waived “ It’s over there.” Terrible customer service.

My go to beauty supply. I use to go to Ebony I in 82nd but Ebony II tends to have a better variety and better pricing. Parking is always a headache especially on weekends because of the extremely small parking lot. I love there stamp system because Im able to save money since O frequent them so often. Highly recommend them!

Been passing this place up for years and never paid it no mind. My friend recently put me on to them and It just became my new favorite beauty supply! They are a little expensive in some areas cheap in others but have everything and beyond that you require for beautification. They have a rewards stamp card program where you earn a $5 discount after 10 purchases of at least ten or twenty bucks. I believe the cost versus the reward payout is rather disappointing, its not a very highly motivating incentive to remember/remind yourself everytime you go to make sure to bring that card with you.

The young Asian boy that was working at the cash register was very rude. Just because mostly black poor people come into your store to by your hair products are in the lower income community. DOESNT GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TO BE DISRESECPTFUL AND RUDE. ITS OUR NONEY THAT KEEPS YOUR STORE OPENED. ILL NEVER BUY YOUR PRODUCTS IN YOUR STORE AGAIN.

Its ok. The staff is pretty friendly and they carry what most neighborhood beauty suppliers carry. I have found that there are some items not carried and its usually because the customers served do not normally use that item in that area. I would recommend this store.

Store was filled with lots of nice hair, nails and facial products(variety of options). Price was good too and staffs are nice, its sure now my go to store for any of the above mentioned products.

The little girls that work in the store have a lot to be desired because at the end of the day if it wasn’t for us customers you guys would never have a salary or a job and you guys need to get better hair selections your colors are very Dall your prices are very expensive and quite frankly it’s a waste of timeI went on my lunch and for the last year they have had the same colors do not waste your time going to this beauty supply as they are garbage and saw the employees that work there

Now how they know more about the hair that we wear astounds me. The only place I go. They have every hair weave style, wigs, lace front, synthetic, human hair. Not to mention all the perms shampoos earrings hair products and nail care products even make up your one stop shop for that weekend look at me look.

I will never ever come to this place again!!!! Im new to Northern California, so I traveled from Vacaville to Oakland in hopes of finding a beauty supply that geared more to African American products. I felt so uncomfortable in this store,the cashiers watched me like I was a thief. This store DOES NOT have a wide variety of products. I went to ask the cashier about certain products that I was looking for in particular she didnt know so she asked the other guy there he said they didnt have it with an attitude I should have walked out then. She watched me so much I stopped shopping. Sallys can get expensive, but guess what she can have my money. As soon as these places realize they sell OUR therefore they need OUR money. Honey I will not be back, and if you choose to shop here DONOT allow these people to treat you as if you need them, trust me it is very well the other way around !!

I shop here frequently the staff is pretty nice even though they will close that for on you and will not allow you in even if you at the door at 8:01 because they close at 8 prices ok too
