Also they give great consultations and they alwAys have everything in stock, from bundles, frontals, closures, to clip ins. -The quality of their hair is to die for! Love love love this place! Staff is always so informative and helpful. The few times Ive been there Ive never had to wait long and I always left feeling like I made a great purchase. Plus its an added bonus that the hair is such quality, I even told my mom about it and she has made two separate purchases and alternates texture and still gets a lot of compliments a year later. They even help you find great stylist if you hadnt already had one in mind.

I placed an order for the wrong product, and requested to cancel the order not even 15mins after placing the order. I was told my order would be canceled but they still shipped the order anyway. Well long story short they dont have to worry about me spending another dime with them. I hope the hair is at least worth the price I paid. 😒

Im always so pleased every time I come to this location! They supply the absolute best quality hair for great prices and Ive never been disappointed. The staff is ON POINT! Attentive, informative, customer friendly, and helpful. They always have exactly what Im coming in/looking for. And even better, they show me their best selling hair and whats in trend (Im always trying new textures and lengths). Theyve also recommmended me to some of the best stylist in the Bay Area. Overall, if I could give them more that 5 stars... I most definitely would!!!

Ive gotten 3 bundles and a closure and I love it! The building is very nice and the customer service was really good. The sales rep answered my questions throughly and made sure I got what I needed. Although the first time I went she wasnt as lively or welcoming as she was my second visit at this location. (The reason for my 4 stars). Ive died the hair and closure, installed it twice so far, and its still as good as new! Dont plan to go anywhere else. Ive even referred two friends to get this hair and they just love it! Great hair for a very reasonable price!

Best Location to buy virgin hair in The Bay... Im absolutely in love with my hair this is my fourth installment and my hair is still soft, and my bundles are still thick.. Other companies Ive purchased from had way to much shedding not Her Imports my bundle are not thin... I will continue to purchase from Her Imports 😊

I purchased my hair and have re-used it for a year. The shedding was very little and the smell goes away if your washing it on a regular as you would wash your own hair. I love the hair and the women who run the shop are very nice and patient. Im stopping by to get some more today, lol.

Really disappointing business experience....After agreeing to participate and model for their new contour palette at the Anthony Cuts Bay Area Hair show, a few weeks ago, Im disappointed to say, Ive been denied payment. Ive been informed that the reason being, is because the Manager who hired me for the event is no longer there and has since had conflict, following the termination of her employment. The lack of professionalism has completely surprised me, and I must admit that I am extremely disappointed with decisions made.After working a 73 hours work week at my own job, I was still able to show up on time, happily covered for an actual employee who was not able to arrive on time to set up the Her Imports booth, and sat for 2.5 hours very uncomfortable hours, having make up applied, that ultimately broke out my skin. In addition, I passed out cards, educated attendees on the product, and was a full participant from the beginning to the end.Whats worse, is that Ive been a Her Imports client for years... The lack of ethics and character that Ive witnessed is not at all what I would have ever imagined coming from a company that ultimately portrays reassuring luxury...The Hair -- 5 STARS... My experience on a business level, -- Nothing...In business... one should never make decisions based off of emotions. I spent my ONLY off day promoting a company that ultimately made a very poor business decision, and did not honor a verbal agreement, which has been verified. Not because I wasnt approved for hire, or even lack of performance; it was solely based off of emotions... and in the end.. we all lose.Really disappointing business experience....

I really enjoy herimports they continue to give wonderful satisfaction and sincerity. I love that even tho they are a bigger company they are local and super down to earth. They frequently interact with their clients/customers and keep us interested and happy. I always love the results and the quality of their products. I ordered the Mongolian tight curl back in April of 2015, and made a flip over unit.Ever since I received my bundles, I havent had to order anymore hair from anywhere else. This hair hasnt matted or tangled in the back. It came as a natural brown color that I dyed jet black, if I want a natural curl, I leave it overnight with just conditioner and let it air dry as I go about my day.whenever someone wants curly hair I let them know how great this hair is and to get it from Herimports

I absolutely love this hair and the cute little shop! This was first time buying bundles but so I went with the easy to maintain Brazilian body wave and it hasnt let me down yet! Ive had my hair for over a year and its still full and cooperative! Ive straightened it more than times than I can remember but once I wet/cowash the hair it gets the curl pattern back for the most part. Ive recently bleached it figuring after a year if the bleach damages it I wouldnt be mad.. But its still in GREAT condition! I definitely recommend Her imports to anyone that asks about a good place to get hair. I went to the shop on the weekend so the security had to buzz us in and on to the elevator but the guy that was working at the time met us down stairs and escorted us to the cute store area #browniepoints. Needless to say when its time for new bundles this place is a MUST!

I have been using for 3 years now and I have worn my hair for a year each time . I have had 10 different styles and it dyes really well . I have a location in Oakland, Ca near me as well and its the best . I have had Brazilian twice and Indian . Both really Great Easy to curl and No shedding . I saved tons of money being able to reuse my Bundles, which I still have today .

I love love there hair !!! Bought 3 bundles and Used it for 2 years, bleached it multiple times, washed it a lot and never got tangled or dry . Feels amazing and makes me feel beautiful ! I HIGHLY recommend it 🙌🏼.

Some of the hair is great quality and probably the best I’ve ever had (when they ship the right product) but the local customer service in Oakland can be highly unprofessional and unenthusiastic. I had to wait in front of the elevator for 15mins as the rep said she’s with another customer and will not get the door for me to let me in the waiting area until she’s finished. Once I spoke with her she was very short with me and tried to make it seems as though I was inconveniencing her Hah!This isn’t the first awkward experience I’ve had either. A few months ago the ladies were eating Popeyes while selling the hair to me at like 5pm but they were cool though. LmaoOverall hire people that won’t discredit your product and make you want to shop elsewhere !

I would give them no stars or negative stars!!! DO NOT BUY THIS HAIR!!! Please I repeat DO NOT BUY THIS HAIR! I purchased this hair, paid for the install, in preparation for my vacation to Hawaii!!! Not the cheap version but the $400.00 hair, paid for the install, and could not even wear the hair to work, literally I had to braid the hair just to get through the night. I went to the store, and obviously looking at the hair didnt meet much resistance and was offered an exchange. Not too ethusiactic about this option but okay so I informed her(Tynesia) if my dilemma, as far as getting the hair uninstalled, and having to work,also I inquired about the new shipment. I informed her that I had to work and prepare for my trip!! I then in a panick called the stylist and asked her when she could uninstall the hair she was booked for the next couple of days! So finally, I got the hair uninstalled and purchased new hair, not wanting to take any chances!!! Upon my return to California, I called Her imports only to encounter rudeness,I professionalism, and pushback concerning this hair! I was offered a full exchange on one day and then when it was convenient for me, it was excuses and exceptions! If the hair was BAD on one day its BAD everyday. I paid 400.00 and couldnt wear this hair,not one day let alone go on my dream Hawaiin vacation!!! No one apologized, offered to pay for the install,uninstall, and reinstall!

Hi, Ive never used you product bcuz I had a bad experience with purchasing hair extensions online through hair companies. I live in Sac CA & Ive asked around about herimports & I always get told that they havent tried your companies hair extensions yet but always getting told if you purchase some let me know how it is. Im very picky about my hair & extensions & I hate spending $200 to $300 on hair that isnt of quality.

Ive heard alot about her imports and was really looking forward to purchasing but the bundles I received in the mail this week are really small and ive always used only two bundles in my hair, I called the customer srvc dept and was told there is nothing I can do but add more hair to the already 250.00 almost 300.00 hair I financed, I have purchased hair from indian hair company for months and never had an issue and the price was only a 50.00 difference and their bundles are also 3.5 ounces and really full, I dont have time to take the hair into the store before Saturday even if I do they wont help me because I purchased online and the rep said they would need to contact customer service and the office will be closed by the time I get there, so I will not be purchasing with this company again and if it would not ruine my credit I wouldnt even pay them..
