Amazing help with the manager at this Walgreens! Superb customer service and she went the extra mile to help me continue to retry my transactions even when my bank kept declining for a fraud alert. This will be our go to Walgreens for all our pharmacy needs! Thank you to the wonderful Samira (I believe was her name)!

The line to purchase items can get very long but otherwise the store is convenient and reliable

The morning crew was pretty nice. They were still stocking when me and my friend went there to shop. There arent any particular helpful staff members, no one could answer our questions. But the people were so nice about it, so apologetic. Not their fault, maybe lack of training? The store was well stocked and clean though.

Friendly, easy, standard Walgreens. But this location always has sketchy characters hanging out front, and several patrons have been robbed in the parking lot. Be careful!

Went in on 7/20/21 bought a apple card for $25. An older black male was at the counter who scan my items. I came home scanned the apple card it had only $10. Beware of this Walgreens they will scam you for $15. Very very sad!!!!

Website claims they do services which staff refuses/claims they do not do. eg) passport photos.

I just wanted some eye drops but found that they were locked. Pressed the assistance button and heard the announcement about someone needing help at the eye aisle. Except no one came to help me. Rang assistance button twice total, waited 10 minutes and eventually had to go to the cashier to get help. The cashier directed me to ask another employee who didnt even have keys to access the eye drops. When I was checking out I discovered a lady who walked past me twice in the eye aisle was an employee!!! (Probably didnt notice I needed help because she was on a video call on her cell phone)

The worst pharmacy ever, the pharmacist lady is rude and she always made up her own rules not to help customers.

I got some balloons here at the end of December and one of them is still inflated. That was 2 months ago. It’s been following us around lately so we named the balloon. It’s kind of like part of our family now.

This Walgreens there is a gentleman name Kevin who works at the pharmacy he has a really bad attitude to customer.

Thank you to the pharmacist Leo. When there was a mix up with insurance approval when my mom was discharged from the hospital, hedid everything he could to resolve it and ensured my mom got her vital medications that day. Thank you Leo and Walgreens

I think the the Walgreens is not hiring personal that are customer friendly . personal taking advantage of senior citizen is not good.

Another Walgreens that doesn’t staff enough employees — long lines and no one to help. Just once I’d like to walk in to one of these stores and find what I’m looking for! Be prepared to be harassed for change by the crackheads that hang out in front.

Over over expensive, item that are sold somewhere else $6 they sell them here for $40 .... also their pharmacy employee are very rude and not helpful at all .

Bad pharmacy.I take first shot shingles in there,after two months,I will be the next shot,I went there,they said they don’t have shingle.I called them every week to ask shingles.They said,they ordered shingles but they didn’t receive yet.I never seen like that pharmacy.And then,I had injured my right hand.Todays, I am come back from doctors and bringing doctors authority prescription to get medicine there,they don’t give me medicine.Thay told me,I need one more week to refill that medicine.So painful and bed feeling.

I like to shopping in this store because is really convenient for me because is around my area, but one thing i dont like, i always buy candles of different catholic sants, but i never find my candles here i have to drive to fruitvale ave to get my candles, total waist of time drive 3 miles for 1 item

If I could rate my service as a negative 5 I would do so. Dont go here, they are rude and make up rules because of their location to make it harder on people trying to fill prescriptions. They are too busy, speak extremely fast and are in compassionate. patients that have different ailments of health issues and concerns need better treatment. CVS at lakeshore filled my prescription with the same exact script I gave this walgreens. with ease, and they were so helpful, and treated me and spoke to me with respect. Walgreens said it was against the law because of missing information.....well why did CVS fill it then SARA.....OH and did i mention i dropped this prescription off a week ago and they didnt bother to call me until I brought the prescription to their attention.

Itz ok I guess.. but are they hard up n hire active female parolees? She is never on the cash registers I always see her stocking out in back of store.why is she hiding? American born asian short n stocky... black pony tail hair like 5ft one...everytime I see her she seems to hide her name tag..I think she might be Filipino..or a mexican american but I know shez an Filipino .her ancestors is from the Philippines the more I think of it she is a friend of the parolee who is raping handicapped females.the parolee who lives on the st now..two times she said nasty things to my female friend.so are this walgreens really hard up n hiring parolees? I went n see what my female friend whom said this female worker works in walgreen in 18th st. N I saw her yes she does hide her name n yes she is always in the back stocking stuff. N yes why are they hiring active paroless? This walgreens do have nice workers but why hire an woman who is mean to handicap female customers n give this walgreens a bad name for?
