They need to make their so-called human hair wigs fuller they to thin in the top and around the sides I wear wigs but I want a healthy looking one for all the money they charge me 10/25/21

I had a decent experience despite the reviews, I drove a long way on a Saturday and got what I needed. The ladies helped me without an issue. It would be nice to try on wigs but eh..Ill still go back.

This my to go beauty supply store. They have the best prices and always available to answer questions as I need them. I like that there is no debit card minimum and everything I need is always in stock. I do need them to get color remover though.

The Pink Plaza! That is what it is affectionately referred to...been coming here for years! I pass many beauty supplies to come here. Amble products and rarely run out of popular stuff and always have new items to choose from. The have a loyalty program if you enter your number and text reminders about discounts. Staff is usually helpful with a smile :-)

I never made it inside. The parking lot security guard harassed me about parking on private property when I was at the Taco spot so I couldnt wait to get my food and leave! Im never going back even though it wasnt the stores fault. Im good until hes fired.

Ive been a customer since 2011. I love the customer service and not once have I left without finding what I am looking for. They are extremely knowledgeable about their inventory and will research items, so the next time you visit theyll have them in stock for you. Super friendly too! 😊

This was the most friendly and highly courteous beauty supply store Ive been to EVER! The sales rep Sarah was so sweet and attentive to all my request. She even laughed at my husbands jokes 😊 They had everything I needed and a whole bunch of things I wanted. I will surely return here again. They may have a long term customer. Usually its very busy, but I came at 6 and got the royal treatment. They took thier time and I loved the results.

I could absolutely not believe the nasty situation the employees created when my friends and I went to try on wigs. You have to buy a $1 wig cap to try on wigs and have a 5 wig limit per cap. After I tried on 3 wigs, one of the employees started harrasing me about having reached my 5 wig limit. Another employee came up to me as well, reminding me about the limit. I told them I had only tried on 3 at that point and my friends backed me up. About 5 minutes later, a SECURITY GUARD came to escort me out of the store, telling me that this employee allegedly saw me on camera trying on 5 wigs. I asked to see video footage and was told I couldnt. So I left because I had no other choice. My friend had intended to buy a wig and I was excited to be there because Id never been to a wig shop before, and I never would have expected that a business would treat their customers in such a way. I rarely ever post negative reviews, but I am just floored that this experience happened.

Not a great place anymore. Ive been shopping there for years. My last trip was horrible. The staff stared at me suspecting I was up to no good my whole visit. I kept trying to ask them for advice and evertime I looked over for their attention they acted busy. As I went to check out the lady met me at the counter. I spent a pretty nice amount and wasnt even offered a bag for my products....DONT HAVE ANY INTENTIONS OF EVER RETURNING after that.

Always have the specific things I look for and need....fair prices and inventory keep me coming in.

They are pretty good and good proce for wigs, thats why i go there... even if the profile and think every black person steals!

This place has so many options, the staff are really helpful and I left with a beautiful wig at a discounted price! Definitely recommend.

This is one of the better beauty supplies spots in Oakland the shelves look bare but if u ask they definitely have it even the security guard knows where stuff is so that works for me..

I have to say this is the weave dream place . i bought extensions here n they became my babies . 5 years n there still good quality is essentially great for the price for short hair i would recommend 2 sets of extension 60$ for each . u get more hair compare to the sallies 120 $one packet ....

This hair shop is bomb dot com. They have so much merchandise it is almost ridiculous, but it gives you a wide variety to choose from. I could legit live at this store. They had all the colors of hair. The staff is also nice as well! Visit!

This place has everything. Every possible beauty supply item. If you dont see what youre looking for, ask. They showed me spray bottles that I needed, but couldnt find on my own.

I went here to get a wig for my friends Halloween costume and ended up walking out with a lot of costume jewelry for myself! They have an extensive wig collection, but they tend towards the real hair look (meaning, not a lot of neon colored bobs or sparkly afros). We bought two wigs and trimmed them to fit our costumes. They also have every kind of hair accessory you could think of: sprays, oils, clips, do-rags, bows, bandanas, etc. In the back they have a selection of shoes and other beauty supply items. This place is one block from Macarthur BART so there is no reason not to stop by the next time youre in Oakland!
