I have very complicated vision issues and have seen several specialists in The Bay who could not help me. I am very grateful for the patient care and expertise of Dr. Lo and her staff.

Ive been here three times in 2020, with the last trip coming today, October 27th, and I can say the service here was excellent. Cindy at the front desk is knowledgeable, helpful and expedient, and Dr. Lo made sure I got the right prescription by scheduling one follow-up and writing both my contacts and glasses prescriptions once I confirmed I was comfortable with the new fit. Recommended, and Ill be back for future eye care appointments. Cheers!

I have visited East bay vision for comprehensive eye test on April 18 2018. My experience was very excellent. The front desk staff was very cooperative and helpful. They were very nice and helpful. They really help me a lot.My appointment was with Dr. Loo who was very nice lady and very kind and helpful. She really did very good job.She answer all my question. I asked her so many question and she reply all of them with great detail. I repeat few question and she was very kind and supportive.The girl on front desk who really help me in choosing my glasses. She was very nice and helpful.I would recommend this place.They provide such a great service.

Came in here to get my first pair of reading glasses and man I didnt realize how expensive a simple pair of glasses cost. After discount and VSP, I still had out of pocket expense of $100, and this is just for a standard reading glasses. Costco one are three for $18, and granted the ones here I got them with extra thin lens, but for something I plan to wear on an as needed basis, it may have been overkill.

Horrible communication. Front desk didnt get back to when they said they would or at all. Doc wrote me a distance prescription when it was supposed to be computer vision. His explanation was you are very young, you do not need computer. I also emailed them with questions comparing my old and new prescriptions and the doc said what change?! What are you talking about? They are the same!

Showed up an hour and half b4 my appt hoping to be seen early, but was not. It was fine tho. Office was welcoming & clean. Once i saw the dr he was able to do what no other optometrist has.... Find me some lenses for MY eyes! Lol. It took a lot of time & patience, but it was really appreciated. I was finally able to see things clearly. Dr was Super cool and very informative. Definitely recommend this place. VERY reasonably priced too.

When I came in for new contacts, I was just a walk-in - no appointment, but the staff was able to squeeze me in, gave me the exam and the glaucoma test, too and had me on my way in less than an hour from when I walked in the door. I also had them fix some new lenses in my favorite glasses frames and they were able to get me a good price on that too.

Horrible wait time.
