Berry dissatisfied. Poor costumer service. To much time waiting for my product.Not available the product that supposed to be in stocks... the guy offered some that no longer exist.Terribly bad.

Their staves were incredibly polite and accommodating. You guys are the best! I will undoubtedly inform all of my acquaintances about you! Congratulations on your accomplishment!

Literally this worst customer service. Called in a single gallon of paint. And still waiting 10 min plus try and simply pick up and pay even though there were only 2 customers ahead of me and 2 servers.Update, raised to 3 stars after regional management reached out to me to learn more and correct the problem. I really appreciate this and points more to a poor experience I had rather than something endemic to the company. I’d still choose an alternate location if I were you, but hopefully they can fix this store’s operations.

Very good and helpful employees

Ive gone to the store at least 6 times in the past 3 weeks as I have been painting my house. All the staff have been very helpful - Geoff, Oscar, David, and John have all been great. They want to help and John has gone out of his way to try to get me exactly what I need even I dont know what I need!

Staff seemed friendly/helpful but re: Covid-19 precautions, none of the staff are wearing masks so I will be shopping elsewhere.

I was really grateful for the teams help to find the perfect color. I wanted to quickly choose, but they encouraged me to really think about it, and do a small test. I was so glad I did. I am really excited about the new color. Their help and discussion really helped me make the right decision. This team is awesome!

I want to say a huge thank you to, Chris for his help in making my apt painting experience more manageable and fun. He was knowledgeable, patient, and kind and took care in making sure I felt comfortable with my purchases and even was available when I consulted about paint choices. Paint didn’t cover will and there was a rubber band in the paint.
