Crystal was wonderful, so friendly and has a amazing sprit. I came into the store to buy boxes because I’m moving and she was just nice so made my day. She even offered to help me carry the boxes and offered me a dolly. I don’t know what I deserve to run into her today but I’m happy I did. I’m Thank you. I wished your manger was there so I could tell her how wonderful you were.

A person at the desk picked up the phone in the first minute! I was hanging on a line for 8-12 min with other competitors. Kind assistance, detailed walk through and a great price! Recommend the space if you look to storage your stuff somewhere :)

The customer on the phone was great. Picked up on the second ring. Other storage I was on hold for 5-10 minutes. I was inquiry about pricing, and last on the phone didn’t have try to sell me anything or bully me into getting a unit. I loved that, and I’ll be in tomorrow to get a unit.

Everything about my expereince was great in here at this location. I didnt get a unit this time, but when Im ready I will be first in line. its super clean in the office, smelled like pine-sol. the three girl were great, seem like a small family.

Crystal was wonderful to talk too today. She had a lot going on with the phone ringing back and forth. She made me feel welcomed even though she was helping a gentleman and had someone on hold on the phone. She answered all my question I had for her, I came into inquire about boxes because I’m moving. She did it all with a smile; you would never guess she was new. Thank you Crystal you really made my day even though I didn’t need a unit. It’s been super easy to navigate a reservation for the unit, for the elevator to move in. The facility has been recently refurbished, unit doors and structures are new, measurements look also pretty fair. This is after checking different facilities in the area, this is honestly the best one. Management (Aja) has made it all so easy, I was able to take advantage of a special which sweetened the deal. Highly recommend.

Yesterday I went into StorQuest self storage and was greeted by two young ladies crystal and Asia at the front desk. They had such positive energy and were super sweet. I appreciate their wonderful customer service, they made my not so great day a bit better with basic human kindness. Thank you ladies !!

I was insured if I should about using storage facilities because of all the negative things I heard about them (broken locks, evictions, etc...) but Crystal did a fantastic job informing me of the security on-site as well as all the options I have for storing my items. I under estimate this location just because where it’s located but it’s a great old building. I was able to rent a unit in less than 10 mins. Which was great because I had to run and to go work. Crystal was nice and she even complimented my nails.

Convenient location, reasonable prices, excellent customer service. I recently had to move some tools into storage but wasnt sure how much space Id need. One of the StorQuest Storage team members (Oakland, San Pablo location), Deidre was very helpful in getting me set up. A month later when it turned out that I would need more space Deidre helped me find a larger unit that better suited my needs. She was able to answer all of my questions and put my mind at ease about the decision.

I was able to reserve my spot online days ahead (reservations are good for 7 days). Keith helped me at the San Pablo location in downtown Oakland and was super clear and helpful with the renting process. Awesome guy. Make sure you bring your own lock though, but you can purchase one here as well!

The two women I dealt with were outstanding. The first person advised me about what space was available and reserved the space for me to look at. She quickly communicated this information to the location and another woman called me to confirm my arrival. I went by, saw the space, and was taken care of very efficiently at the site. I went in to check rates for a storage unit. StorQuest was convenient. It is located on San Pablo. It is an active area but I felt secure.The attendee, John was very helpful. He answeredall my questions and showed me an available storage unit. He went over the pricing, and size details, as well as storage facility policy. He even offered to show me an option on a different floor. I was only casually looking but as my need for storage ramps up I will definitely return to StorQuest.

Clean bulid and friendly and funny staff. Even though they’re across the street from a homeless encampment it was clean, so clean. I went in to by some moving boxes and as soon as I walked i was greeted. One staff (Passionante) gave me advice about the boxes; telling me I should get the moving kit instead of buying each box. I think krystal rang me up and I two other ladies helped me to my car. I forgot they name. I know one had dreads and the other had braids with beads. I’m going to come back and rent a storage one day soon. Thanks ladies

I made my reservation a week before I went to take my things there. The service was good.

This place is great. Asia and Deidre are kind, professional, and fun. They have dollies to help you move your stuff, a freight elevator if you need it, the prices are competitive, its clean, and its secure. 10/10 would do again.

Reasonable rates, good size options, close to my residence, just off the freeway, have own parking lot with accessible freight elevator, u haul rental is just half a block away, usually have plenty of carts that dont require an ID to use, and have a really wonderful, friendly, and helpful staff.Only negatives are the main elevator has 2 doors that sometimes arent closed so the elevator will get stuck on a floor but isnt being used and not all units have lights in them. But clap on, clap off light fixtures remedy that issue and are inexpensive.

Best experience with a storage place Ive ever had. Asia was patient with me trying to decide which I would need, the stars are for her. Clean place and centrally located. The entrance to the storage is a little funky, but they also have a freight entrance/elevator by appointment which I would recommend using instead.

Ive had a unit at StorQuest for the past few months. Heres what I like: [1] convenient location - its accessible by bus, and if I drive, theres always a spot to park, [2] the people who work there are very nice, [3] they provide dollies for customers to use, which makes moving so much easier, [4] they send helpful, automated text reminders when the bill is due, and its easy to pay online.The only things keeping me from rating 5 stars: They close earlier than Id prefer, their prices can be a bit steep, and sometimes you have to wait a while for the elevator to free up. I admit, that last part is not StorQuests fault - other customers need to stop holding the elevator doors open (use a dolly - thats what they are for!)But overall, its been a pleasant experience! I recommend them

I like all the folks that work there; they’re all faces I’ve seen there over and over so the fact that they have virtually no turnover must mean that they’re doing something right. That, and their camera system is pretty large so I feel pretty confident in the safety of my belongings. Also, very reasonable rates.

This review is for Jon, courteous staff member at the 2227 San Pablo Ave. location. Access at this location CLOSES at 5:00 PM...But I thought access closed at 5:30 because thats what it said online. So when I arrived to move my belongings into my unit for the first time and Jon informed me that access would close at 5:00, I knew I wouldnt have enough time. I explained to Jon that the online listing stated access until 5:30 PM, which was news to him! When 5:00 approached, I was still rushing to move my belongings into my unit, but then Jon kindly gave me the extra half hour to finish moving everything in with no hassle! Thank you, Jon! (And everyone, please note: Access CLOSES at 5:00 PM!)

Ive had a space here for years, with varying degrees of help/customer service over that timespan. It seems to be better managed now, but itd be nice if the employees were kinder in person.

For whatever reason it took me for ever to be able to write this. Ive been at the storage space for a couple months now. The prices were the best. Location works well. But really the 5 stars are for Asia. Shes money. I talked to her on the phone a couple times before getting a unit. Made it very easy for me to make a decision. So very helpful. During load in of my stuff, she was there to help with elevators and access. After and every time Ive been in since. Explained everything very well. Ive recommended this storage place at least a dozen times in the last two months. Its crazy how such an awesome person can make a storage facility great. But Asia has.

Bill was due yesterday and had one trip left of moving stuff out. I was told I could get it today. When I went to door the one lady said in rude tone what do you want! Said I was moved out and the other lady told me she can help me. She said you help me I help you. You give me a 5 star rating and I will back date so you dont owe $107 after I was told day prior I would not have a bill.

This place is great for self storage. Centrally located, well lit and very attentive staff on-site. My girlfriend and I felt secure with our stuff there and I always felt safe coming and going. Deirdre who I think is the manager, was the best. Super polite and friendly as well as patient as she exhibited one day when we just couldnt get it together with all of our support people, movers etc. Deirdra was Totally understanding and very forthcoming was information that was helpful to our situation. My wife and I needed a temporary storage space between apartments. Deirdra was super helpful showing us around, getting us a cart to load our stuff into our unit, and helping us deal with our account.

Reserved and signed a lease online (very easy) and walked in next day to check out my unit and everything went smoothly. Deirdre has been very helpful getting me set up.
