I came in today and was instantly and only greeted by one woman named Kyra . She was very helpful and most importantly very fast. I appreciated her thoroughness and ability to answer all my questions!! I will be back. :)
My experience here is mostly Self Service but when I requested any assistance I have been properly cared by the employees.Equipment are the standard for all FEDEX office stores.
This location saved the day. When other locations changed hours, lied that was open. Even 1800 FedEx could not help. FedEx people need to do business
Courtne’ was super helpful and nice. I had a complicated shipping issue. The other employee was nice too and helped me pick out boxes and forms

Super rude white male manager with buzz and white lady employee. Both of them were visibly annoyed every time I ask question yet never gave me helpful information. They clearly have no customer service skills. Save yourself the stress and go to another FedEx or go to UPS. I came in at 11 AM on May 21.

No problem with this location except that the hours listed on Google and on the fedex website are incorrect. They are closed Sundays and open 9-6 weekdays and 10-6 Saturdays according to the sign. I uploaded a photo of their sign listing the hours on the door as well.

Terrible customer service, worth going to another location.
One of the most demotivated employees and manager that I’ve ever seen.I asked to print out a few papers, I though the guy is going to die on me, moving slower and slower and making facial expressions like I’m asking something out of ordinary.Also needed to print on canvas and pretty much was denied service because they are “backed up” on order. Never happened to me before. “We won’t take your order because we are busy”. Manager didn’t seem to care at all as well. Terrible service.
Professional, helpful, reasonably priced, and speedy service! Had them print some inserts for wedding invitations, and they turned out great. Cynthia was super!
Let me tell you about this place. In a pinch they were able to print my poster. Even though they have rules and procedures, they made a miracle happen
Bianca helped us out like crazy. Shipping several hundred pounds of stuff, she was super helpful and copied invoices that we needed affixed to the packages, packed and shipped something we didnt think was possible to ship, and was a super super nice helpful person during a crazy time. Cant speak for any other services, but the shipping was awesome.
Dropped off a return package, customer service is pretty good.
Charged me $8 to ship a package. Marked it as delivered. And when I called the recipient to check on the delivery, I find that it never made it there. Time sensitive information I now have to wait to be shipped back to me before sending out again. A refund would be nice. And if I could yall would get 0 stars.
Not open when it’s supposed to be. Says hours are at 8am, multiple people waiting outside at 8:10 and everything is boarded & closed. Wasted my time coming to this location.
First of all I visit this location 3 to 4 times a week. Never had a situation like this and thought it deserved a complaint.On July 11th, 2016I had a problem with the computer, I ask an employee that was helping another customer if the computers had been upgraded cause I had been using Foxfire at FedEx for MONTHS.The employee was so rude, she reached over me a clicked off the Foxfire button and said dont use that.I tried to explain why I was using that, she toke NO time to help me. I asked if there was another employee that would help me she said NO, but there was 3 more employees behind the counter.I needed my documents, so of course I was charged more time for the usage......which toke an extra 5 minutes, because I need help but there was no one to help me according to the employee. As I am leaving the computer area a male employee asked me if I needed any help, my response was NOT NOW, BUT CAN YOU TELL ME HER NAME.....SO WHEN I MAKE MY COMPLAINT I DONT GET ANYONE ELSE IN TROUBLE.MY COMPLAINT IS ABOUT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH DANA, REFUSING TO HELP A CUSTOMER IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL
I use this place a lot, very helpful assistance when I ship things. Very friendly staff, easy to get to. Highly recommended.
HORRIBLE SERVICE & LUDICROUS PRICES!Self-Serve Printer only take files up to 80 MB. Seriously. Any decent size pdf or any document with graphics will run over 80 MB.Go to the counter next - The guy at the counter wont print my PDF and tells me to use the self serve computer...I go to the computer which run $0.30/minute to use - That is $18/hour. Are you serious! Good thing I can move quick just to print what I need fast.I get my receipt expecting 12 cent copies like at the self-serve printer, I get 50 cent copies for what is supposed to be higher quality paper that I never asked for.Still relatively calm, I ask for a refund ($20 for 38 prints seems a bit excessive), and I am told I would have to come back the next day and talk to the manager. You have to be kidding.AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

I had the worst experience Ive ever had with FedEx I will not use them ever again and I will tell my business associates also dont use FedEx I was horrified at the service they provided I went to two FedExs and I had the same experience with both counter people FedEx in Oakland ground office and also FedEx Express office in Emeryville
Ive started using Cloud Print, which works well with the self-service printers. I sent the documents for printing from home and was out of the FedEx with my printouts within five minutes.

Same thing as the other recent review. I placed a pickup order and tried to pick it up and there was only one associate and he was on the phone for 20 minutes before he would help me. @Bay area district manager please look into this store. It needs a ton of help!
I have been there twice in the last 2 weeks, both during non-busy hours but I received excellent service both times.
