Visited the Ocala location. I had some questions for the Service department. I walked up to the service counter where 2 representatives were working on computers. Stood there about 30 seconds. Neither one ever acknowledged my presence. No “can I help you” or anything. I walked around the store and tried again a few minutes later. Same thing… no acknowledgement. So I left.

My wife and I retired 12 years ago and are currently on our 2nd 5th wheel, we made the terrible mistake of going to Tri-am looking to upgrade. After being brushed off by multiple sales people we left, we then ended up on the phone with a Sara . Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced ! Will not be back

I learned of Tri-Am RV Center when I attended the RV show at Florida State Fairgrounds in Tampa January 2021. There I met their General Manager, Jamie Jorgensen, who worked directly with me at the RV show, and follow up phone calls, working with Forest River representative, to find me the best value deal for my 2021 Forest River 401FLS Sandpiper Destination travel trailer. Jamie kept me apprised of the manufacturers progress, and delivery to their dealership. He scheduled my appointment to inspect and accept the RV once it arrived, and arranged for me to stay overnight in the RV to get a feel for it, and to see if anything needed to be addressed, before it was transported to MO. The staff that did the walk through with me, and addressed the one item that needed to be addressed, were outstanding as well. The paperwork process handled by one of the owners, Ryan Perkins, was top notch and smooth. They also have a retail shop that allowed me to make some purchases for my new RV as well. I highly recommend Tri-Am RV Center... Im sure they find you the best value RV too.

I bought a travel trailer from Tri-Am and the entire experience was great. Our sales person was very friendly, knowledgeable and not at all high pressure - exactly what I like. Just had a window awning on my living room slide installed and a SoftStart added to my roof A/C. Both jobs we completed within a day of dropping the RV off at Tri-Am in Ocala, FL. The service tech who did the work walked me through the installation process. Both jobs were well done, clean and neat. The price for the service was, I thought, quite reasonable.A good Family Owned Dealership that treats its customers well.

Called Tri-Am to ask if they could fix my water heater on my new (purchased from a dealer in IN), 2021 Coachmen travel trailer still under warranty. All other dealers in the area were 4-6 months out on repairs.Patricia in service, took my call and was just lovely. Like all RV dealers right now, Tri-Am were extremely busy due to the huge demand in the industry. However, Patricia got me on their schedule, three days later, to help me get back up and running.When I dropped off my trailer (I drove from Jacksonville, 2 hrs. away) with Andy in service, he had my paperwork ready, welcomed me with a smile, and promptly checked me in. He was even attempting to diagnose my issue on the spot, so that i could possibly drive home the same day! It turned out to be a bigger issue that needed the trailer to be left with them.A few days later later, Patricia called me back to say that they had fixed the manufacturers wiring issue, and I was back up and running! Amazing service, thank you.I will for sure consider Tri-Am for my next RV purchase, if their sales department are anything like their service department.Thank you for taking care of me.

While searching RV places to purchase our used pop up, my husband discovered Tri-Am RV Center in Ocala, Fl.. They agreed to purchase our camper and during the visit my husband decided to look at a few new ones. From the very beginning the experience was excellent. Robbie, the sales agent, and Curtis, the service manager, were both great. The relaxed, no pressure atmosphere, was one of the main reasons we decided to go back and purchase a new one. Even though Robbie was not working that day, Steve filled in and spent over an hour with us, answering tons of questions regarding their line of RV’s with much patience and knowledge! From the paperwork signing with Ryan, to the walk-thru, the entire process was flawless. Everyone worked together as a team, and all were very accessible and easy to reach. They took care of each request we had without complaint, while giving us several items at no charge, and discounting others. We have dealt with Patricia and Curtis in the Service Dept on several occasions and they have always been super helpful. The work we have had done, Tri-Am stood behind when they needed to. Our camper recently sustained horrible damage during a double blowout. Damage to the point that our insurance company totalled our camper. The Tri-Am service department has been great during this otherwise bad experience. They were super helpful working with us and our insurance company.When we are ready to purchase another camper, Tri-Am of Ocala will be the first place we visit.

We just had our 2017 Coachman Freedom Express serviced after several months on the road and some side panel damage caused by a tire blowout. Chris in service, seamlessly worked with our insurance company, and our extended warranty, so that we only paid for regular maintenance. The service staff did a great job on our list of issues. Had a wonderful experience buying our new destination trailer. Every part of the experience from seeing the unit at the Tampa RV show to meeting the staff at the dealership in Ocala exceeded our expectations; especially with all the current challenges in the Covid pandemic. They even offer camping onsite the night you pick up your new RV so you can get a complete orientation and be onsite if you have any issues or questions come up that first evening. We had a wonderful experience dealing with Tri-Am. They were all friendly, knowledgeable and respectful, which is something we did not get at some other dealers. Traci, our sales person, went out of her way to make sure we had all the information and help we needed. She even gave us her home number and called after the sale to make sure things were still good. We called the service manager Curtis several times and he has been very courtesy and helpful. We needed to have our slide room floor replaced and new seals put on both slides and wanted to add slide toppers. We live in our RV 5 months of the year in Orange City, Florida. When we arrived in Florida and found Tri-am in Ocala we decided to have the repairs done there. I cant say enough good things about their whole operation. They made sure they had what they needed to fix our RV before we arrived and because they knew we would have to stay in a motel until they finished the job so they really worked hard at getting it done as quickly as possible. They estimated 2-3 days. We arrived on a Monday morning and were able to pick a completely finished and freshly washed RV Tuesday by 5 pm. Oh and by the way - there are about 600 different seals for the slides and they didnt have the one we needed so they special ordered what we needed and rush shipped it at their cost so we wouldnt have to stay another day in a motel!! Kudos to Tri-am and Patricia who set up everything for us and Curtis, the service manager, who got the job done in what we felt was record time!! When its time to but a new RV - Tri-am is the first place we will go the shop!!

Travel Trailers, RVs, etc. are simply a little finicky. They have to act like a house in one regard and be a vehicle in another. In my case I have a Forest River, Rockwood A-frame travel trailer which I purchased new from Tri-Am. I was very happy with the price and have been mostly happy with the trailer except for some of these little issues many of which result from the fact that there are a lot of moving parts to be adjusted from travel mode to a static camping mode. The point to be made here is that any of these issues are related to the design and manufacture (i.e., attributed to Forest River). As far as Tri-Am is concerned I evaluate them on the customer service aspect; both sales and service. In this regard they are among the best! And I dont mean among just RV dealers, I mean among ALL sales and service providers! I have only had great experiences with all of their team, but do want to specifically say Emily and others in service have truly taken the time to resolve any issue I have brought to them. Thank you!

Bought a 2018 Coachman Catalina a month ago. Tracey was the best at putting our mind at ease about possible flaws. we are from Indiana and was nervous about buying in Florida. They let us stay overnight to check it all out. Ryan and Jamie helped all the paperwork go through.

What an awesome dealership! Tim Jarret was our salesman and I can say that he has been the best salesman we have ever dealt with. We have had 4 RVs from different dealerships and no salesman has come close to Tim. I ordered a goose neck hitch and it arrived quickly, followed by a call to me to schedule installation. The service department worked with my schedule and got me in promptly. They completed the install and I was ready to go as promised. Friendly and professional sales and service.

Tri-Am RV has been here for a long time, they are a trusted business here. We have purchased an RV from them before as has my mom. They have a great and honest service department, hard to find that these days. Our salesman was Gary and he was very good with us. He is a very likeable man and a local as well. They had a lot of patience with us as it was hard for my husband to make it in to see the camper I had chosen. When we came in to sign the contract, they went over everything very thoroughly to make sure we knew how to operate the features on our camper. Overall very good experience.

Today I was shopping for an RV roof air-conditioning unit for a disabled man our church helps. After briefly telling the parts manager the need I was trying to meet, I was quoted a price that was lower than any similar unit on the Internet (incl shipping). No negotiation, just a genuine expression of generosity and care. I my contacts with Tri-Ams personnel and picking up the unit, I was shown the courtesy and respect every customer would want.

Tri Am is located in North East part of Ocala off Old Jacksonville Rd, which is nice for us avid campers on this side of town. They have a small parts and accessories area and plenty of room for parking your rv for repairs, shopping or browsing their inventory. Service fees are extraordinarily high, and they seem to cherry pick the work that comes in.I called looking for body repair estimate and was told to email pics. Waited over a week and ended up driving in for tech to see. Tech took pics and said he would go over with body repair tech. Week goes by no answer.-- update--After leaving review weeks after being blown off, finally get an email stating body guy is very busy will get in touch soon. Well over a month has passed and still no reply.This place doesnt even deserve a one star.

Service department is outstanding. Took my forest river travel trailer in for repairs, having not purchased it from them was a little concerned about how they would handle my needs. But I was pleasantly surprised to receive their first class service. They took care of the repairs under my extended warranty contract, after the dealership that I had purchased from was not at all interested in my needs. They kept me updated on the progress of my work that was being done. And went above and beyond to fix what caused the problem to begin with. Thanks to Emily and all the service team for all the help. I would certainly recommend Tri-Am rv for all your service needs.

Just left Tri-Am and was impressed with the honest answers I got about my fridge. Unlike Optimum where it takes forever to get any answers.

First RV for us. We purchased a Forest River Cedar Creek Hathaway. 38 footer. Very nice unit. We sold our house and plan to travel for several years. TriAm has been very helpful through the process. They recommended we stay overnight and try everything out. We stayed two night and had to ask for help several times. They were so helpful helping us figure it out. We bought and hadn’t sold our house so they stored the unit for a couple of months. Great experience

I have been having my RV serviced by tri-am for a couple years now and there isnt anywhere else I would go. Price is very reasonable and the work is great, the people are great. Patricia service writer,Dave in parts and Curtis shop boss, and everyone else, they are all very friendly. They beat all the big box RV dealers by far and the next rv I buy will be from them. My only regret is I didnt know about them sooner.

We had to come to Florida for a funeral so we brought our camper and the air-conditioner went out on a Saturday morning. Curtis helped us ..was absolutely wonderful got the warranty information and had it replaced before they closed at 2 oclock . Wish I wouldve known about this company before I spent $100,000 on three other campers I wouldve definitely purchase from them thanks Curtis and to your technician that installed it!

My wife and I had a water heater problem and stopped by TriAm w/o an appointment. Dave, the parts manager, took a look at our problem and fixed in in 15 minutes! And no charge other than the minor part needed. We were very impressed and gracious for the great service.

Trip Am and their service department is fantastic. So helpful and so patient. Their service department is why we will always buy our RVs at Tri Am. You could not ask for a nicer, knowledgeable person than Curtis and Dave. What an asset to the company.

As newbies to RV camping with only a few outings to campground not far from home, it came as a surprise to have to put our motor home into the shop so soon. Facing 90 degrees with no AC left no choice. Fortunately TRi-AM RV Center is close by.From the minute we walked into the building from reception to customer service to the technician were good at explaining the problems and why some of the repairs should be made differently than the way I had pictured based on research and other advice. We made some repairs, such as replacing the roof,that cost us a bit more than expected but feel are better in the long run.We also had Tri-Am install a tow bar on the RV and base plate on a Ford Fiesta. There were a couple delays because of electrical changes required to match the RV to the care. The technicians know what they are doing even to suggesting yet another change based on safety.Tri-Am did a terrific job! Thank you.
