So happy I went there! Carl our guy helping us listened to what we wanted! We told him we were looking for a good clean used travel trailer! We went out and looked at a few it didn’t take long I found one that I truly liked! He never pressured us to look at new ones, the first place we went to check showed us junk in used RVs thinking we’d buy a new one, I wasn’t impressed… Carl was very professional answering our questions! He was there to make us happy and satisfied with what we bought! Thank you Carl for help in finding us that beautiful camper, going in it it was so clean I fell in love with it! Great experience.My wife and I are on a 2-year plan to buy a 5th wheel just before I retire so we are only looking to browse available units. Since we are not planning on buying soon Im always afraid of the pushy salesman who try to convince you now is the time to buy. Met with Frank when we arrived and explained our purpose for visiting. He understood and handed us the master key to the Grand Design trailers on the lot and told us to take our time. When we were done he offered additional literature and said he would send us a link to other info on Grand Design. Campers Inn will likely be my first stop when time to buy.By the way - dont go to Lazydays in The Villages - they only care about you if you are buying today!

I bought a new Jayco class from them 11 months ago and its been in the shop a total of 5 months. The issues, for the most part, havent been huge, but Campers Inn Ocala could care less. They simply DO NOT CARE once theyve got your money.

Frank Medina allow us to explore our options and gave us the space we needed to admire all the great travel trailers on the lot. This was a stress free sales experience. We did encounter some issues with our travel trailer on our first camping trip but Campers Inn RV addressed and took care of them all with no hassles. Both Tina in Service and Matt the technician were great help! Both went above and beyond to address all the issues and wanted to be sure I was completely satisfied before leaving the lot. Were from Michigan and searched for months for the perfect and very specific pre-owned 5th wheel to put on our RV lot in Florida. We found our 2019 Grand Design Solitude 373 at Campers Inn RV of Ocala...and we were very fortunate to have Frank Medina our sales rep. Frank was very responsive (even returned my calls when he was done with work at at home), and we negotiated through calls and emails. Photos were not available yet, so Frank took them himself so we would be more comfortable with how the unit looked. We needed to inspect the unit in person before the final decision was made, and the staff had it all cleaned up and ready for us to view. Everything was in working order...and they delivered it to our park the same day. We LOVE this Solitude!!!Thanks Frank for your excellent sales and customer service skills. Was looking for a smaller 5th wheel and thought the Grand Design 260RD was the one. They just happened to have a Rally in Eustis Florida so we went over to the RV Resort to talk to a few owners. I ran into John M. and before you knew it I bought one. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Since there are Campers Inns all over the east coast I have no worries about service. Campers Inn has been SUPER in the whole process.

From the moment we chose to check out Campers Inn we were greeted with professionalism, patience, and positivity.During this time of COVID, we had realistic expectations that we might have to wait awhile for this specific RV model we knew we wanted. Their website showed that this model was on order and they had 3 coming to their location so we decided to check it out.When we arrived to inquire, George greeted us with kindness and a masked face for our safety. He said that he would check to see when the model would be coming. A little while later George informed us that it was going to arrive soon and that it was in the color interior pattern that we actually wanted. It was meant to be so we started the paper work.George and the Campers Inn team were amazing. We got a great deal without all the back and forth haggling. They gave us a very fair offer on our trade and price on the new RV. We countered very fairly and they accepted. Now we wait…..Well, we didn’t wait long. The RV arrived ahead of schedule so we came back to check it out and set up the PDI date and trade.About 4 days later we came back for PDI and moving day!We were introduced to Dave. He was our assigned PDI technician. I like to be very thorough and I ask a lot of questions. Dave was extremely patient during this process. We had a few hiccups and last minute requests, and Dave stepped up every time to help without hesitation or attitude.During the inspection process we also got to meet Tim (the head technician) and Debbie the wearer of all hats and service department paperwork. It was a tight run ship for sure. You could sense that this was a group of people whom loved their job and helping others. One fun big dysfunctional family for sure.After we moved into the new RV, we now had to do the paperwork. I admit that I was regretting it from past experience. Well Scott the finance manager made it very pleasant and FAST! We got in and out very quickly and Scotts sense of humor made the paper work process even more enjoyable.We work at various State Parks, and live in our RV full-time. We also have a YouTube channel, so we encounter many, many, RV’ers while on our travels. We will definitely recommend Campers Inn to anyone inquiring about our new Grand Design 390RK-R.Were extremely happy with our entire experience. Thank you Campers Inn. Acted like they didnt have the time for us. Thought they have gold and you have junk. Wanted more for unit that is is worth, had no price online. Wanted me to almost give them my unit. My unit is a lot nicer than theirs. Would NEVER return there again.

Campers Inn Ocala, FLMy wife and I purchased our Grand Design Reflection 337RLS specifically from Campers Inn, because of the good reputation they have for service. On several occasions, in three different states, we have observed that such a reputation for support is well deserved. We had an electrical short in our trailer when closing one of our awnings. Unfortunately, we were traveling and were unable to get close to a Campers Inn for a few weeks. Nonetheless, Campers Inn of Ocala, Florida, accepted our reservation for service. A few weeks later, we showed up at the dealer, and Jodi immediately put our trailer under her care. The service tech Tom came by to hear our description of the trouble as well. We were warned that if parts were needed, we might need to wait a couple of weeks for shipment. However, a few hours later, while we were heading into a movie (we thought wed have to kill hours of waiting!), Jodi calls us back. The problems were found and the repairs were complete. Joyfully, we headed into the movie theater (wed already bought our tickets!)We have now visited three different Campers Inn, in Myrtle Beach, SC, in Ocala, FL, and our original place of purchase in Union, CT. In every instance, we have met helpful, friendly and very professional people who clearly work hard to do this service business well. We are once again grateful to run into people like Jodi and Tom here in Ocala. This has been our unfailingly positive experience when dealing with all of the Campers Inn staff.

The staff at Campers Inn RV of Ocala are all absolutely amazing!! They’re all so friendly and helpful. If there were more stars I would highlight them as the entire team at Campers Inn of Ocala went way beyond in offering their service to not only help us purchase the right travel trailer but made sure we had everything we needed to get started camping right away. From the very start we were greeted with warm friendly smiles. A really great family atmosphere! Rick Jr. was our salesperson and I can tell you if you need someone to help guide you through the sales process he is your person. He is very knowledgeable and offers friendly, courteous and professional advice. After we chose our travel trailer the rest of the team got involved. Scott reviewed all the financial, warranty and misc. paper work and did it in a very mild and friendly manner. He actually made it and enjoyable experience. Tina in the service department was great as well as Tracy in the parts department. Additionally, Jim, their tech guy, offered a friendly, professional and complete tour of the travel trailer and left nothing to the imagination. We felt very confident we were ready to go camping that day if we chose to. We had a couple challenges installing the stabilizer system due to our high bumper on our SUV and the installation team went way beyond to make sure it was set up correctly so we wouldnt have any issues as we towed our trailer down the road. So the bottom line is if you need a travel trailer or motor home, etc. the Campers Inn of Ocala team will help you find the right fit and get you set up and down the road with confidence. Outstanding shop!! On our way north to Ontario, we discovered a rip in our roof membrane. Dan Gill, service manager, dropped everything in his shop to accommodate, gave us a same day quote while we waited at their shop in Ocala, he helped negotiate with insurance, then executed the repair in record time. I also had a chance to talk to his techs, who turned out to be very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Great staff, and a truly outstanding shop. Thanks...

Just purchased an RV from this location the workers were all friendly. The buying process was easy and fast. The selection was somewhat limited due to the current situation with COVID but thankfully they had what I was looking for.

Would stay far, far away! Frank Medina is a scam artist. Talks trash about his employees (have email proof) and will increase the sale price you received from another agent. Its all bait and switch. The dealership should be closed down and Frank should def repent. Remember, there are plenty of better dealers out there who live up to their word.

From the moment we entered the door to the time we picked up our trailer, the buying experience could not have been more enjoyable! We were looking for a Grand Design so we drove 4 hours to look at their inventory. Our salesman, Frank, got us a fair deal and did not pressure us in any way. The women in the camp store (Jodi and Tracy) gave us some great recommendations on camping and restaurants which we ended up going to later and they were spot on! If you are in the market for a camper call Frank - Hell hook you up!

I contacted Campers Inn Ocala and worked with Traci who did a superb job in ordering and drop-shipping the part to me. Traci gets five stars for superb customer service who was terrific in taking care of my needs. Strongly recommend Campers Inn Ocala for all your camper needs.

First time customer with a warranty service problem. Arrived on time to my service appointment and all the paperwork was ready and no delay in putting the rig in the service bay. Tom was great and very professional. With less than two hours elapsed I was driving away with the repair complete and no surprises. Great service team.

My wife and I made our 1st travel trailer purchase here about 1 year ago. After scouring the internet, and multiple trips to many different dealers im glad to say this was it. Campers Inn RV (of Ocala) is absolutely a family run establishment (previously Trade Winds RV). Our dealer was Rick Couch jr. He is now a friend and the only person I will purchase a RV from. Staff was VERY knowledgeable. Many dealers say Im a camper too but this family actually does camp too, so they know what is going on. Rick was open and honest throughout the entire experience and NEVER pushy! He listened to what we wanted and respectfully had great input. Jody and service team have been great! We have only had minor warranty repairs, but they are great and honest about the repair time-line. The always ask when is your next trip so you have your rig when you want and dont have to cancel plans. I would recommend this place to any of my friends and family! They did it again. Went to pick up our camper from being serviced and somehow the jack got bent and they replaced immediately. We are back on the road. Can’t say enough positive things about this service department and dealership.

The guy stood on the entry porch and pointed to where we could walk. After trying to figure out correct rv we drove an hour to see, we had to guess what we were looking at. Really not impressed that we were never given option of being accompanied by sales person. As a result, we paid 12,000 cash to buy from the competition across the street right after.

Hard to find a salesman. For the area, its an overpriced, very small selection.

Do business elsewhere. Have a one year old camper (2019 model) that I offered as trade-in on a new one (2020 model). Dealers price online was consistent with quote. However, they lowballed me significantly on my trade in. My camper before taxes cost $13000 last year in March 2019. They offered $6500 trade in. I question the trade in value and the response was: We can sell it for $10000 all day and we have to make profit. So lets get this straight, this dealer wants to make 50% profit on a used unit that needs nothing, plus the markup on the new camper. WHAT A JOKE! Do business elsewhere.

Buying our camper was a very good experience. Frank gave us a good deal and was easy to work with throughout the buying process. Our walk through team went over everything we asked. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I only give 4 stars because there were some issues that the camper had on our walk through which still have to be remedied. Nothing big, but how the fix it phase goes when we have problems will tell me if 5 stars are warranted. The sales process was great. Frank was awesome. Oh. Do not go to the vultures across the street from the Ocala store. I will up date when we know more.

Campers Inn of OCALA Fl was very helpful in our search for an RV. No pressure sales at all. They give you the freedom to look around on your own, but always follow up to answer questions. God lead us to this dealership at the right time to purchase a beautiful used Grand Design model that we had been searching for in the area. I purchased a Grand Design Momentum from Campers Inn of Ocala. I recently had to take it in for extended warranty issues. The service writer, Jodi and service tech, Matt took great care of the problem. My RV was delivered on a Friday afternoon and I received a call from Jodi on Monday morning with a diagnosis. What a fantastic experience! From Jodi, the senior service advisor to Bobby the Tech to Tracey and Marquis in the parts department and the team that assist. Jodi was able to get me into service within 3 hours of my call for removing chairs out of my coach. Bobby was able to remove the seats and pedestal even though it was a complicated situation. Tracey and Marquis was able to answer my questions and send me in the right directions. After years of difficult experiences with other services departments in other dealerships, it was a pleasure to finally find a service department who cares about the customer. I will be returning.

We recently purchased a Momentum 21G from Campers Inn Of Ocala. We believe that we received a fair price, and our salesperson Frank Medina was very helpful. We also purchased a few items from the store and the salespeople were helpful and friendly. Dave, the technician that conducted our walkthrough, provided good information and allowed a lot of time for us to ask questions about the rig.

We went to Campers Inn Ocala because we had a VERY bad experience in Jacksonville. Today I picked up my RV after it was serviced for some warranty issues, and recalls. It was a great experience again. Friendly service staff, technicians who really try to go the extra mile to find the problem. I have learned that Owning an RV is not without problems and issues, as you would expect of an investment with so many moving parts. The folks at the Ocala Campers Inn are very helpful, and welcoming.

My husband and I had made plans to visit the RV Dealership across the street and had made a deposit on a particular RV there. Without going into too many details, after driving 5.5 hours from our home near ATL, the trailer we had put a deposit on was not there (moved to their other location 1.5 hours South) and it had a busted slide. We went to Campers Inn after our horribly disappointing experiance with the other place. We were immediately greated by Chelsea. Stopping at Campers Inn was one of the best decisions we have ever made. Chelsea listened to our needs and our budget. We found one we LOVED! It had every feature we wanted. Problem was it was close to 2:30pm and they close at 4 and the process with detailing the trailer, the walk through, and the financing is not quick. They new we had camping reservations for that evening, and everyone there busted their butts to accommodate us. Jody, in parts was so nice and took great care of us (although somehow we didnt get the sewer line, no big deal though we grabbed one at WM). Dave in service that took care of our wdh and the walk through was so AWESOME. Dave was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we are newbies. We noticed an issue with the Jack-knife sofa and Dave and the manger got it fixed immediately even though we could have went through warenty. The financing gentleman (Im so sorry, I dont remember his name) was great. He took great care of us and found us a wonderful rate with a reputable lender. He even took care of the insurance. EVERYONE there stayed at least 2 hours late just to make sure my family was all set for our first night camping. The cusomter service was some of the best we have ever experienced. Overall, I am so grateful the other place sucked so that we eneded up with Chelsea, Dave and Jody! Thank you all so much. We love the trailer.

Took my 2019 303RLS Reflection into dealership for warranty and additional repairs. They were very professional in all my dealings. They kept us informed as to repair progress and when ordered parts would be available. Tech reviewed all repair completed and spent time answering our questions. We were very pleased with the work done and service personnel.

Negative—Negative—Negative—-I Bought a used 5th wheel here at the campers ocala location, and 2 months later found out that it was a flood unit, and is full of MOLD around the ac unit, and in the walls, and in which they failed to tell me. And they knew about it, because they tried ( and failed ) to repair some of it. They knew what they were doing when they sold me this $15,000 piece of s@;.! It is worthless . The estimate to repair it exceeds the value by over $5000. —-Take this as a warning, this dealership does not care about the customer, only about the sale, and making their monthly number look good !!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! Buy your RV at another dealership!!!!!!

Campers Inn installed a Lippert Ground Control TT Auto Leveling system on my travel trailer they did a great job I want to Thank Jeff in parts for getting the leveling kit within 2 days and Jodi the Service advisor for getting my camper in the shop within a few days and Tom the tech for doing a top notch install (Im very picky about work being done right) with out a doubt Campers Inn is the place to go if you need work done on your RV they will get you in and out in a reasonable time Thank Guys

I purchased a new camper in 2019. I had to bring it in for a few minor problems and the service staff was very accommodating. They also swapped out hitch components to correct a problem I was having. Great service after the sale.

Bought our Solitude 5th wheel there. GREAT experience, no salesman hanging over your shoulder and no pressure. Frank Medina was our salesman. Their attention to details before and after was amazing. Tracy in the store is knowledgeable and very pleasant. Hope the new owners dont change things.

We were greated very friendly by salesman Frank M. He quickly knew we were not ready to buy but were there to educate ourselves in what units would fit our needs. He did not limit us to his own inventory but let is know what brands may be available for our ideas. The guys down the road CW were not so helpful! Thanks Frank!

Had some warranty work done on my trailer here. The service department was very courteous and helpful in solving my issues. The repair took a bit longer than I anticipated, but overall...a good experience.

I bought a camper from Tradewinds RV very helpful when buying but when it came to warranty work one of the worst experiences I ever had. I dropped of my camper to have warranty work performed and three months later never heard nothing so I called them. Upon calling them nobody knew nothing about it finally they found it and said they had to order the part. In my opinion the part should have been ordered in the three months it was sitting there. I called one month later and the camper still had not been worked on. I explained to them I needed the camper for the weekend and they told me to come pick it up. They told me to drop it off back to them when I was done with it and it would be fixed in a couple of days. I dropped the camper back off to them. Two weeks later called them to see if the camper was ready and was asked were I left it at. I had to laugh at that because it was like they couldnt find it in the little area were they store campers waiting to be worked on. I guess what bothers me the most in the five months they have had my camper not one call to let me know what was going on. I suggest buying somewhere else that has better customer service.

We took our Jayco trailer in for Warranty repairs. There were multiple small things, but a couple of fairly large concerns - an axle and the mattress. They took care of each-and-every item on our list under warranty! The service did have a backlog of repairs and it took a couple of months to get it all ordered and completed, which worked out for us as we had no firm plans to use it during that time. Tina was great in the service department - pleasant, patient & helpful. She always went through the list and progress on each item when I would call. The tech guys Tom, Dave & Mikey did great work on the repairs. There was one issue upon pickup of the trailer, but tech Matt was quick to drop what he was doing and get it fixed while we were there so that we didnt have to leave the trailer and drive back another time (we are an hour and a half away). We are very pleased with the service department at the Ocala store!!!!!

We had a great experience with the service department at campers inn. Our popup was malfunctioning the day before our planned vacation. Jodi squeezed us in for Tim to look at it and advise us on fixing the problem. Very professional and helpful.

Very happy with the service received from campers inn RV Ocala.They went out of their way to top off our propane tank, thank you Cameron and crew.Then we had a Baseplate and brake controller installed by Tom.Tom was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had.Very instructive on how all the parts work together and match up to our Phoenix Cruiser.Ton also installed 3 vent covers over our fans.Tina was our first contact person who helped put all this together. Without her professional assistance setting all this up and making sure all parts were on board it wouldn’t have been a seemless process.Jodi and Tracy also assisted to make the experience enjoyable.Thanks to Jeff for his parts expertise!

Bought a new Pinnacle in Michigan in August of 2018. By October, we were in Florida with a defective awning. This dealership went out of its way to get not only one, but both awning fabrics replaced. It has been our experience that if you dont buy from dealer, you are placed at bottom of list. Not here. From Tina in service to technicians Brent and Matt, the professionalism was amazing. Thanks for the best service we have received in 10 years of rving.

We had a number of warranty issues which took a long time to resolve. due to the extended warranty company. All of our problems where fixed and we are happy campers thanks to all the hard work by Tina and the tech Matt they earned the five stars but the warranty company only 4will continue to use Campers inn Ocala.

Great service. I needed a part for my camper, they found what I was looking for and ordered it for me. Reasonable prices and didnt take long to get it in.

My husband and I purchased a Reflection 5th wheel as a result of attending the RV show in Ocala on Feb 28, 2019. We were happy with the purchase price (after a bit of haggling) and picked up our RV after a walk thru with Dave. Once we got to where we were staying, we found out that evening that the water heater would only work on propane. We called Campers Inn in the morning and were asked if we could bring it back in. Once there, Tim (service) found that the wiring for the water heater was never wired in at the factory. He quickly fixed it and we were on our way. Although disappointed in the quality control issue at the factory, Campers Inn addressed the concern quickly and professionally. We would like to thank Tim, Tina and Dave for their attentiveness and professionalism.

We purchased our Grand Design Imagine 2600RB in 2017, at that time Campers Inn of Ocala was Tradewins RV which was a family owned business and ALL of the staff there really did work like a team to make us feel like we were part of the family. Unlike so many other high pressure high volume dealers we had been to the business ethic here was do a good job, do the right thing and our business will thrive. Our whole experience from beginning to end was flawless. We have been back several times since and now as Campers Inn of Ocala the experience has been the same. Campers Inn kept most all of the same team that kept Tradewins going and the business strategy is the very same, do a good job do the right thing and your customers will remember it.
