I stopped in to have a bracelet link removed from a piece of jewelry I received from a benefit dinner for children.The young lady behind the counter was polite, professional and knowledgeable.As she worked on my bracelet I browsed and found a nice variety of jewelry to choose from with very competitive prices.She finished the alteration on my bracelet and handed it back with a smile and no charge sir.The next time I am in the market to purchase a piece of jewelry Treasure Fine Jewelers will be my FIRST stop. I cant say enough wonderful things about this jewelry store. We went in to look for a 10 year anniversary band and were greeted by and taken care of by the nicest team. They helped us find a great ring and also gave suggestions about getting my existing rings an updated rhodium coating and soldering options. Once our anniversary had passed, we went back to Ocala from our town about 30 minutes away, because we were treated so well the first time. I am grateful to the team of managers, sales people and the jeweler who worked on my rings. When I picked them up they looked brand new and my new ring was safely fastened to the other rings. With other major jewelry stores not providing services, I was on the hunt for another place, and I completely prefer local. Being a customer at Treasure Fine Jewelers was exceptional. Kevin is the manager and he is so personable, courteous and helpful. He explained the process, offered other services, but did not push for it to be done. I needed the prongs tightened on my engagement ring. I was able to pay ahead and received a pick up slip. The work was completed in two days (Monday to Wednesday) just as he said and even received a phone call to notify me that it was completed early. Phenomenal service from this jeweler. The first time I came in almost a year ago to buy a ring the jewelers took me very seriously and made sure I bought the jewelry that was right for me. Along with the jewelry, I also bought a warranty and it has saved my investment twice now. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to buy jewelry.

Great customer service, however I’ve had to take my wife’s wedding ring back at least 4 times because of diamonds falling out. They replaced the ring after the second time which was unfortunate because she didn’t want a different ring. She doesn’t sleep in the ring, nor does she have physically demanding job, so we don’t understand why it keeps falling out. Nonetheless, great communication and service.

It’s been about 4 months since I started shopping here for me to finally get around to a review.They have some super customer oriented workers that help so much. They even dealt with me taking forever to pick everything out I wanted to buy.Also they deal with the finance company named SNAP. It works so well and they don’t need to do a credit check, just long as you have a job, and bank account. Works amazing.I’m so happy and now applied to SNAP twice for the purpose of shopping here. First time I was approved $420 and second time double that. Long as you pay back within 90 days it’s legit what you paid and no interest.Now I got 2 yellow gold 10K chains- beautiful, a gold anklet, 14K gold hoop earrings, a diamond pendant, and was able to get 2 gifts for my Mom in between. Was a pleasure working with them and will continue to shop here!
