Had them do a transfer for me, it went smooth and Matt was kind. He was busy, you’ll have to have patience when you go. Things are crazy right now.

I did an FFL transfer with this business. Everything went smoothly and was able to take my firearm home in less than five minutes. Also purchased some ammunition. Knowledgeable staff.

Walked into the shop, walked around the shop and walked out of the shop. Was not greeted once, made eye contact with, nor acknowledged in any way. Helping a customer is no excuse to ignore a new customer walking in and around your shop. I’ve been coming in here for the last 5 years and purchased multiple firearms with the old owner. I come to places like this to support small business, not to be treated like I’m in Walmart where nobody cares about their job. I don’t want to hear excuses about why you couldn’t take one second out of your conversation at the counter to greet me or give me a head nod or any kind of acknowledgement. Reading the other reviews it’s apparent I’m not the only one who feels this way. I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on.

Complete farce. Stopped at store waited while employee took out trash. Once inside he was too busy talking on phone to offer service to customers I was interested in a dan wesson and waited for service when he finally hung up he started. Playing on his computer still not even acknowledging my presence it is a shame I was truly intrested in making a purchase but now will not do business with this place ever. Sad state of affairs when you try to do business with a small place like this and they cant be bothered to treat you like you should be treated

Prices are reasonable, supply and demand and guess whats in demand these days! I want this man to make a good living, he provides the goods through all of the egregious red tape and demands that not only a small business owner deals with, but also in a business thats under extreme scrutiny. No high and mighty gun dealer snobiness or surly know it all attitude, hes knowledgeable polite and professional. All of these attributes leave me happy to pay what small premium some customers claim are higher prices. Ive had a great time doing business with him.

Nice people, no pressure happy to help attitude. I had my second FFL sent there (its like 3 miles from house) and always pleasant to deal with and fairly priced and I am happy to support the local little guy if I can.

Called this place for a couple of clips for my 9MM. They quoted a price and I drove up from Summerfield. They were tagged as quoted, $39.95. They rang up at $50 buck each. They said Oh well, I guess we marked these wrong and would not honor marked price. Ill never be back.
