Ryan does an excellent job of making the certification process easy and informative so that you have accomplished all you need to go to the next step of getting the carry permit. He takes time during the classroom portion to make sure our questions have been answered and we understand the material. At the range, Ryan tkes time with each person, instructing them and coaching, to ensure we are comfortable on the range using a weapon, and that we successfully complete the qualification. Even though the business specializes in high-end and custom firearms, I did not feel like they did not have time for me even though I was utilizing them for transfer services only.

Very professional, excellent class, took the time to answer my question. He also explained that CCW permit procedure with the county vs the state process. Definitely it was a great choice.

I got lucky. I won the Glock 17 9mm pistol, so not an actual purchase review... However dealing with Ryan at Second Amendment University was truly easy. The Sig was at my FFL 4 days later.This was over New Years, and there was a logistic issue in my state. Had to figure out if I could get 17 round mags. Right from the beginning, Ryan stated that we would work it out. Worse case scenario would have been a state acceptable switch out or a check instead.Had the holiday and issues not been there, I have no doubts the gun would have been there the next day.Overall a great experience from beginning to end. I never would have expected such attention to detail, especially since the gun was from a contest, but I was treated like customer #1 the whole time. This is now My new GoTo gun store. Thanks!!!
