My doctor submitted order for new CPAP machine because of Philips recall. Apria is unwilling to fufill this order. They are only interested in filling new orders. Theres probably more money in new orders.Follow-up based on response: Standard blah blah blah response that really says nothing.

Getting help back in Iowa when I get back, so all will be well. Florida didnt act like they wanted to help very bad.

Horrible, in (2) yrs never got Delivery correct, Not even Close... today my delivery for Thurs or Friday was delivered in the small package Luxer Drop Boxes, a 1/2 mile from my apt.. (2) of Boxes weight over 40 lbs, 3rd box about 15-20 lbs.. They were supposed to be delivered to my Door of Apt #2514 of Bldg #25 in Person.. Not Dropped in Luxer Drop Boxes.. Mike is 73 Y.O. Stage-4, Cancer patient with limited mobility.. You have my email & txt # on File, connected to Date of Birth 2-23-48.. Please Correct and deliver to my Door by appt later today or tomorrow.. Thank You.. M

From defective products to shipping half of my order and never shipping the remainder of my order. One of the worst companies Ive had to deal with.

They went above and beyond to help me get my daughter a nebulizer. They knew I needed it same day and they contacted me every hour to keep me informed. People are simply put.. Amazing 💙💙

My experience with this company way good.. I was having issues with my doctors office not responding to Apria healthcare right away but they didnt give up.. They continued to call the doctors office and even myself to let me know they were trying to fill the order with little help from the Dr.s office. Finally they received the prescription they needed... From there they worked really hard to get the pressure settings set so I could swing by and grab machine...

The equipment ordered by the doctor yesterday was ready for pickup today. Staff was courteous and professional.
