I just experienced an outstanding customer service from the owner-Jim. My request was needed to fulfill an insurance requirement. Jim & Melissa quickly provided me with the necessary documentation within 12 hrs of my request! Totally outstanding customer service-and did I say I was just passing thru town when I needed my c-pap supplies? I feel they service all their customers with the same approach as they did me! Great office personnel and delivery technicians friendly and knowledge.

If you need any equipment, dont go here. We put in a request, and 6 weeks later they called to schedule delivery. A little too late. They claim it took that long to get paperwork approved.

Good luck getting them to answer their phone or returning your calls.
