Staff is very friendly and always willing to help.
Lincare is the WORST excuse for a medical supply company out there. There is no sense of urgency when needs are urgent, no communication, and an obvious disconnect between their corporate office and the local offices. Poorly managed. Wish we had alternative options. Just awful.
I see everyone that reviewed Lincare, I have been using them for several months,I have no complaints at all. I always get through to Rosa who has taken great careanswers all my questions ! Happy to deal with!!!
The reason I am only giving 3 stars is because the office staff is not very responsive and do not return phone calls. However the therapist they sent to my house to deliver and explain how to use the equipment gets 5 stars. She was very professional and knowledgeable of equipment
They got one star because I have to give them something. Don’t waste your time dealing with them. Horrible service.
They dont respond to phone calls and when they do answer the phone youre waiting weeks to get what your doctor ordered for you! I waited 5 months for a POC that my doctor ordered for me! Now I have been trying to call them for over a week to get more cannula tubes, not answering their phones!!😠
Incompetent management, poor communication with staff and with clients, lousy borderline abysmal service to clients that are in immediate need, very rude to clients who are trying to get things straight, nearly always late with deliveries, wrong equipment delivered quite often, takes weeks to straighten out, and overall the worst home health service company ever. Obviously, they are giving the hospitals, clinics, doctors and individuals a giant line of BS but the reality is quite the opposite of the sales spills delivered. GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR HEALTH AND MEDICAL EQUIPMENT AND SERVICE IF YOU POSSIBLY CAN!!
So far my mom has been waiting almost 2 weeks for them to deliver a nebulizer so she can breathe half way normal. Now she is being told she is not an ocala patient so your leesburg office is supposed to deliver it. Come on what the hell is this. Her Dr. That ordered this nebulizer is in ocala. Looks like this company really sucks and one hand dont know what the other is doing. Why do you screw around with someones health?
I recently got medical equipment from them. The size is wrong.They refuse to take it back or get me the right size. The first delivery was the wrong model. The second delivery was the right model but too small for me. On top of that they are billing me for overage on what the UHC plan paid them. Outrageous and terrible customer service.
