I have NEVER waited so long for a grocery pickup in ALL my days!! I had a pickup scheduled between 5-6pm, spoke to two different employees after I was sitting there for 55min past my notification my groceries were ready & I had already checked in waiting in parking spot #5!! I’m completely understanding of the lack of employees/being shorthanded but this was ludicrous! If you cannot fill the orders placed then please limit the number of orders entirely!! Management has got to step in & step up with this production because there is no sense in it period! 🤯

Today I was borderline scolded by an employee standing at the entrance for not wearing a mask as I attempted to enter this particular store. Wearing a mask is not state mandated currently. Yes, I am fully vaccinated and practice social distancing. I am respectful and nonjudgmental of people who choose to wear one and are NOT vaccinated.

Couldnt find all the food merchandise I was looking for. Stockers doing more talking than stocking shelves. Sent to a self checkout which wasnt supplied with bags while employees just stood talking.

Always clean and great for food items.It has a pharmacy and a money center too.The people are always friendly and eager to help.

Awful women that work in the front on a Saturday night. My husband and I both work late and usually have to do our shopping very quickly. We got to this store with 10 minutes to shop before close. I needed 4 small items, one of which was Tylenol for my very sick dad. These cowardly females locked us out and stood there and just stared as we tried to get in. We are infuriated and will be taking our business somewhere else from now on.

Very clean and upkept establishment. The employees were friendly and helpful when asked questions about where items might be located and how much they might cost. It was all self checkout so none of the lines were long and it was cleaned and wiped down after each guest used it. If youve never been before then its definitely worth it to shop here.

Wow what a tiny cute little place.. I had no idea they had these almost a Walmart grocery only store... Kind of was missing everything I usually go to Walmart for yet I am not complaining because im on a short vacation of sorts and got every thing I needed in one stop. Over all clean friendly atmosphere

Love this local market! Huge selection, great prices, super fast self checkout. We buy most of our groceries at this store. Very convenient and the employees are friendly and helpful.

What I want is to have a cashier to check me out. Walmart has never given me a check. Ive done the work of walking around the store and picking out what I want out. Refuse to check myself out.

I visited yesterday to shop for just a few items, so I needed a small easier-to—push cart. None were in sight. The nice young store associate Kobe went out of his way to find one out on the parking lot and even offered to sanitize it for me. It was wonderful to be greeted with such courtesy and helpfulness. Thank you, Kobe, and store employees who keep our little store so nice for our community.

It was an ok store. I didnt really care for the self check out. But that was all they offered.

Had a huge buggy full of groceries and went to check out and its all self checkout. Im 69 years old, thats way too much for me. I wont be back, no senior line? So much for taking care of the customer. Workers standing around all over, but you cant have a cashier check out the elders. Its ok when your young or have a few items, but not for us old folks. I know you dont care, but Im just exhausted from shopping at your store. I wont be back.Good luck with having no customer service for seniors. We have the $$ to spend. Jerry Lees will never do this to us. Lot to be said for shopping local.

Amazing I dont think Ill ever go to a regular Walmart again. they never have anything I need at my regular Walmart but this had everything and more. Everyone was so nice and it was so clean and it looks like the produce section was literally organized LOL a very good experience. Good enough that Im writing a review about it which I dont do often. I highly suggest you check out a marketplace near you, all due respect most of the people that go where old because its a lot less walking and its just really what you need. They even have a deli and a pharmacy section its more than just food but not all the bs of a regular wm

Its a good, clean, and organized store but it would be nicer if it wasnt 98% self checkout and had hand sanitation stations at the self checkout. Also it would be better if one of their frontend associates were not condescending.

I’m beginning to hate this store because they constantly watch👀you like they’re your Massa(Master)!!! Then they stand right behind your checkout stand like a dern guard!! I’ve been shopping here since they opened and I’m about to turn to other options. I control where I spend my 💰! I’m black and even when I’m shopping at Winn Dixie Stores, I never feel uncomfortable. I think the Walmart staff needs to keep their distance away from me when I’m shopping. It’s definitely a problem to me!!!!

Used to be my favorite Wal-Mart to shop until it was ruined by making it all self check-out. The lines were so long you couldnt even get to the shelves to shop. My convenient little one stop shop close to my house has to be replaced by Winn Dixie up the road. Horrible idea to make this place all self check-out!

The workers always greet me and wish me a good day. I dont stay in the store for too long so you can get in and out. Ive never had any issues with customer service, very friendly people!

Clean store and self checkout a little disorganized. They have to divide the customers according to cash and card and have machines closed. Not a long wait otherwise.

Im from Illinois and thought prices were high! And not one single Checker! Had to check out ourselves. Is this a normal for Walmart Market? Well anyway was not impressed!

Self checkout is great if youre only grabbing a couple of things but if you have a lot of groceries, are disabled, elderly, or have your kids with you it is an absolute nightmare. I think my family and I will be taking our grocery shopping elsewhere.

I will never return to this location!! I do not use self checkout lines at ANY business. When I went to check out my items, there were NO regular registers. EVERYONE was self check out. I have a very strong opinion about self check outs. The main reason is that I DO NOT WORK FOR WALMART!!!!!The other reasons are that there are no people working....NO taxes being paid (Federal or State), and NO Social Security being paid. Walmart is not paying any employees, not paying insurance, NO workmens compensation, and NO matching of paid in monies. But, at the same time, walmart is not passing those savings to the customers. Why should we not get a discount for using the self check out??? My biggest objection is that I get very upset when I AM NOT GIVEN A CHOICE!!!!!!

Went in for 3 items i cant get anywhere else! 6 self checkout lanes and theyre all card only! 3 actually checkout lanes for cash! Why am i being punished and have to wait longer because i dont use a card? Is it ok for me to be handing people my money in a line when i can just insert my cash in the automatic machine! What in the Covid19 is really going on?

Terrible Experience !!! I shopped for an hour just to find out there is not one cashier in the store. I am a regular Walmart shopper, but not anymore. I will be shopping at Rouses.

I enjoy going there its on my way to work but the one on in DIberville is neighborhood Walmart its cheaper prices are different at every Walmart for instance the milk then the dollar quarter difference

Its a lot better than the big one. (Store) Neighborhood Wal-Mart. It is and they are mostly groceries and dog food. And dont forget the gas station in front. I love it.

I stepped up to the deli meat, I patiently waited when the person that was marking down the sandwiches noticed me she told the Other Woman that she had a customer, and the other woman said let him ask so I started walking away, the lady then said Ill be right there and with a motion of my hand I waved her back... so instead of having sliced turkey sandwiches for lunch Im having bacon sandwiches today because no one was rude to me in the meat department.

Was a great store until I used their online grocery pickup and an employee named Lisa brought my purchase. She was rude and didnt care she was making me uncomfortable when she was complaining about how bad she was treated by Walmart and she treated my items carelessly breaking 4 of my eggs. Walmart you need to drug test her she was erratic and 2 pills fell out of her pocket when she was pulling something out.

Always a good visit.

Guy stocking shelves was very rude. Ir was obvious I was liooking for a particular item. He never once acknowledged me nor asked if I needed help finding an item. I told the cashier and she was very polite and said she would tell management. Ive called 3 times to report the rude employee and praise the cashier but noone answers the phone.

3 days now they dont have 3 gallon primo water bottles available for public, when i ask the sales associate dosnt even try to go look and see Im dismissed and told if i dont see any next to the machine that they must not have any.

Great little store. Has plenty of selection add that fruit all looked great. We were stocking up for our rental four day vacation. We didnt buy any meat just fruit, snacks, and drinks. Loved the self scan!!

Its a 1000 times better to go into this Neighborhood Wal-Mart compared to a full-sized Wal-Mart. This place it well stocked and rarely busy, I dont think Ive ever had more than 1 person in the checkout line ahead of me.
