Every time I go to Walmart pharmacy in Ocean Springs on Bienville Blvd Gary Freeman always stops to say hello no matter how busy he is. Wait times are very small and overall I think it’s the best pharmacy on the Mississippi Gulf Coast!

Manager John was very helpful resolving a prescription issue I had. Everyone was very professional and polite I highly recommend their customer service. Thank you for your help

Well I have to give a big shout out to Ocean Springs Walmart Pharmacy tonight! Daughter is sick and meds didnt get called in until like 6:55 pm and they close at 7pm, showed up and thanks to Pharmacist Gary, and his very sweet counter girl, Ali, they stayed and filled her meds, and i was out in 10 mins!! Thanks again for what yall did!

The pharmacy tech, Nicole Hubbard, was so helpful. She updated all of my information, and even called another pharmacy to get my insurance information so I could get my prescription filled.

Waited almost an hour and had people arrive after me, leave before me. Slowest service ever. Not coming back here again.

Went into Walmart to get 2 rxs filled the girl told me they would send me a text when my rxs were ready, an HR passed no text. Went to see how long it would be because we had things to do. The Ok girl said 15-20 mins ok we will wait. Waited ANOTHER hr and still no text went Io see how much longer it would be the girl said 15-20 mins. I said this is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. My boyfriend asked why it was taking so long the girl says we are just short handed.

15 minutes turns into another 15 minutes turns into another 15. The staff just looks at you standing there. This is Dilantin. Today is Sunday. Ive been attempting to get this seizure med since Friday with no luck.

This pharmacy is super unprofessional. Would not recommend coming here unless you wanted to be treated horribly and made to wait 2+ hours for your meds.They made my mother pay $30 for my two year olds antibiotics because their computer shut down and they couldn’t process his insurance after they had already run his insurance once and gotten him another medicine he needed. I made sure to call corporate. Such a disappointment. Horrible service.

By far the worst place to get your perscriptions filled. Never on time. Close for lunch until 2 on sundays... so you sit around only to be told your perscription is not going to be filled till 3. If i could i would give them zero stars. Literally everytime my perscriptions are never ready and i have to wair ovee an hour for them.

Do not appreciate the extremely rude employee at customer service. Your a horrible employee. Rude and clueless.Go to another store where you can get real customer service.
