Love shopping here! Lots of less than common items such as cheeses and fresh produce. Steak selection hasnt been great lately though. Went late on a Saturday afternoon and they had nothing left--granted that is probably the WORST time of the week to try and get steaks, but it was a last minute celebration.

Did enjoy the open clean market atmosphere. Some ok pricing and deals.

I shop weekly at Rouses in Ocean Springs for the fresh seafood, meat, produce and a delicious bakery.Most of the cashiers are welcoming. However, last Sunday evening I ran in for a few items. Cokes were on sale, so I bought them.Once I got to the cashier the cokes scanned regular price. I showed the cashier the digital coupon on my phone. Due to poor connectivity/ WiFi the digital coupon code would not load properly. She asked for my phone number. She entered it in the computer, and replied, “ It’s not working”. Well, after all this time, people in line were getting annoyed. I asked for the manager because this was just wrong. Don’t advertise one price and make it difficult to receive the sale price. Apparently no manager was there, so another older cashier came and said she must have the digital coupon. I had the coupon on my phone. She was just rude!Finally the cashier got my phone number to work. Well, what an embarrassing moment. I won’t be shopping at Rouses anymore. Most people would have just paid the regular price, but it’s point. Stand behind your sales ad.Margaret R. Morgan

Rouses is one of the best grocery stores I believe there is down here. The prices are reasonable too along with lots of selections.

Outstanding customer service from a young man named Julian. We couldn’t find a particular product and he said he would find it. He left and found the product on the other side of the store and brought it back to us. And THANK YOU Rouse’s for having CASHIERS instead of SELF CHECKOUTS!! Thanks again Julian!

Well my favorite department at Rouses obviously is the bakery department their cakes especially that Chantilly is just a slice of heaven.how do you do that so divinely.

Purchased a fresh Chantilly cake for a coming home party out of town. Same day purchased it had mold on the fresh fruit between layers. It was not consumable.

I love this store! We have special dietary needs and shop here for the amazing Gluten free and Organic variety they sell. It seems like they get more options in every time we go in. I have even noticed some of the premade cook and serve deli type foods are now gluten free and free of MSG. Love, love, love Rouses. Would highly recommend for anyone needing to meet specific dietary needs!

A full-service store has a very nice Deli salad bar and sushi along with all the normal grocery items. A large selection of fruits and vegetables.

I really like our Rouses except for their brats. I usually purchase Johnsonville brats. Last week I purchased the store brand, Nasty! They were grisly with lumps of fat, my dish didn’t even taste the same. My hubby rarely complains and he didn’t like pulling out the Grisle or fat. Will never ever purchase that again, it’s unusual you’re like my Publix usually everything is good.

I finally found a store that sells organic broccoli thats not chopped up into dried pieces and does not have bugs! They even had organic raspberries!Keep in mind it is a small store but I prefer it over Walmart any day!

Always have a good shop at Rouses. Today we hit the sushi counter pretty hard and the bakery. Really like Rouses.

Our community has reached out several times to management to have our beef bacon continued at Rouses as they have discontinued it...Pork is simply bad for you, and against our religious beliefs according to Biblical teachings..Management said theyd call me back with a full explanation regarding situation but didnt after I talked to the manager on phone that morning.. Our large community will shop elsewhere till issue resolved....Obvious poor rapport with customers and lack of respect,follow through with resolving customer request.

Says mask required but they do not enforce. No one was making any effort to encourage masks at the door. Saw at least 6 people without masks when I was there 2/19/21 and I was just in and out. Called and was told they had no control over masks.

I frequently come here to get fresh fruit. The store is very neat and clean, but some of the workers lack customer service skills. Instead of watching a customer, maybe ask if they need help? Also, as I was pushing my cart in place, instead of waiting for me to move out of the way, the buggy boy proceeded to push a load of carts. As I was getting my groceries from my cart, he knocked my cart out of the way and nearly ran over my toe, without saying excuse me or apologizing. Do better...

Its convenient for me cause its across the street from Ocean Springs hospital. The store always seems clean and their shelves seem to be stocked, at least every time Ive been there. They have some good deals and great sales also. I also like the fact that they have good bbq for sale. Boiled shrimp and fixings and more. Great store, prefer it over wal-mart.

Rousses is my favorite food store in Biloxi. Fruit and vegetables are in abundance. There are so many interesting products throughout the store you cant find anywhere else. Amazing selection of cheese.

Local, fresh, and love it!Local old-school style grocery store with great hand-cut meats, hot and cold deli, and topped off with that small-town vibe.Although a bit pricey, items are always fresh and visually appealing. You can find some obscure items and items that you had long forgotten about being sold at this gem of a store.Parking is good, heavily trafficked area, staff was pleasant, and the fresh meats (ribery steaks) were nice quality for the price.

There are so many products all at a good price. I was fascinated with the abundance of flowers and cakes😋 definitely going again soon

An amazing market! From the wide variety of fresh local foods to the grill going outside with awesome food, it is an amazing shopping experience. Today with a violinist playing beautiful classical music inside topped it all. And no, they arent expensive, very competitive.

I am currently employed by a nationally known (big, box store)competitor and found shopping at Rouses enjoyable, interesting and cost effective; this store had many items not available at the stores I generally shop at. I had to drive a bit further than I usually do, but I will definitely return to patronize this store.

Expensive but it has really high quality meats, cheeses and produce. Also, theyve got really cool niche products from New Orleans worth trying.
