Ive started a Vegan journey so I have been searching for stores that offer natural foods so me and my husband decided to visit to see whats in this store.It was neat and nice and had a nice supply so I was excited to spend quite a bit there. However the old women in there stared at us like we were aliens from a spaceship. They didnt speak nor greet us. We left empty handed...I see exactly why she didnt have any other customers..... Horrible rude attitude she displays.....Never will I go there again!!!!! Will definitely warn others.

Owner friendly & knowledgeable. OK, we had to check this place out based on reviews. Love it or hate it? Wife went in first... kinda cold reception. Husband next, WONDERFUL greeting. Once I did the warm up, owner lady was fun and informative. Found lots of good stuff.

I have called fifteen times to drop off samples. Its completely ok if the owner isnt interested, but everytime she doesnt respond and leaves the phone off the hook.Come on. Cant call yourself an organic cleaning line and when people are trying to offer different products you do that. Just say you arent interested. Have respect.

This is my first and last experience of this place.As soon as I started walking in the store, the person behind the counter left to to the back of the store making herself/himself unavailable to answer questions or provide any kind of customer service.I decided to give him/her time, (maybe they were busy) well, they never came back up. (And they knew I was there)I initially went in with hopes of finding pantry items not wrapped up with plastic, I was hopeful to find such things here since they have these big containers with stickers on top. Turns out that they are filled with ziploc bags that contain the walnuts, almonds etc.I wanted to support a small & local business and gather my items in a more eco-friendly way, but overall, you can find any of their products in any other store and probably have a better customer service experience. Sad.

People are so rude in this establishment. I will never shop in this little shop of horrors.

Ms. Jan (the owner) was extremely kind and helpful when I had some questions about a new product. I love this spot in Ocean Springs!

The customer service sucks bad.If you dont want to be there go home.I called to see if they had a gluten free item available and the lady that answered was very rude and not formal @ at.I will not spend my money where attitudes stink very badly.

Jan, the owner, is a wonderful wealth of knowledge and encouragement. I have known her for nearly 30 years and have never found anyone that could answer my questions about health and products like she can! She is also very loyal to her regular customers. One day I knew I was going to get there a few minutes after closing. I live a couple towns away. I called and she unlocked and helped me when I arrived! I trust her and appreciate her!

The owner is incredibly rude, and even with the mask mandate being lifted she is refusing customers. Not only that but friends and family have been there as well and said the same thing. It’s not even just about masks... she is one of the rudest people you’ll meet. She came across nice maybe ONE time but then when I went back she was totally unprofessional. Will never recommend this place to anyone and I’d give it zero stars if I could.

The woman that owns this store is the rudest person I have come across in a long time. She spoke to me in a condescending and rude tone on more than one occasion. I buy a few select items at this store but I don’t shop there exclusively. I am selective and shop at various markets around town based on quality and value. She had the audacity to tell me that if I was only going to buy one item I should take my business elsewhere. What? Ocean Springs encourages residents to shop local but this woman is driving business away. At least my business! And based on the reviews I’m reading, I’m not the only one. From now on I’ll take monthly trips to Whole Foods in mobile where I get special pricing with my Amazon Prime membership and get to enjoy a vast selection of items compared to what this place offers. Come on Ocean Springs, we can do better…

Honestly if I could give them zero stars I would. I parked in the lot and went to go throw something away in the trash before I walked in. The lady immediately came out and told me that my car was going to be towed if I left it there. I didnt even get a chance to shop there because I refuse to give them my money after being so rude to me. Never coming here again.

Rude owner. The first time I came here to purchase some NOW Pea Protein, the owner Jane was receptive and nice, we even shared our own personal experiences while staying in MS.However, a couple weeks later I came in since it was on my bike route to share my thoughts on the product I bought, she acted like I was a lunatic!! Even with a mask you could tell she acted like I was going to take her life.I will never purchase a product here again.

This place is horrid! Do not spend your money here!! They won’t let you in without a face diaper! Even though the mask mandate was lifted in this state! Keep breathing your own toxins and see how healthy you are not.

Extremely rude lady working the front. We are very Heath conscious and found so many foods we eat daily/weekly there but the way we were treated makes it clear we can’t go back. How disappointing to have such a great natural variety in walking distance full of such rude and disrespectful people. Shame on you.

I would give them a 0 if I could. The old lady who was running the store was a disrespectful smart a55. Ill drive across the state line surching for another place befor I make the 9 mile trip to that store.

They have items that we couldnt find in supermarkets. (Vital wheat gluten and nutritional yeast). Happy to be able to find these items finally! Keep in mind that this store is not like Whole Foods Market, the chain store. They do not have produce. Most everything is prepackaged items.

MS mask mandate is gone and youre still forcing masks you need to be fined.

Well-stocked and nicely organized natural food store. I love that they carry bulk grains, nuts and dried fruit. The gentleman who runs the store is very knowledgeable about natural and herbal remedies, and is always willing to answer any questions I have.

Our family loves this store! The staff is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The variety of products they offer is great. We always stop in when in Ocean Springs.

I usually don’t write reviews. However, I found peace in know that I was not the only person the elderly cashier treated so hatefully. She was very condescending. I genuinely wanted to learn more about a couple products as I have recently adopted a fully vegan lifestyle. I now drive to Mobile, Gulfport, and/or New Orleans as a means to avoid being spoken down to when I sincerely want to know more about healing through food. (I’ve sincerely grown to enjoy the adventures) I’m intelligent and capable of using Google; however, I enjoy social interaction. I prefer to learn from humans after doing my own research due to the opportunity to learn things the internet can’t teach. Real personal experiences are a GREAT teaching tool. God Bless!

Older lady and man who presume are the owners of the establishment are incredibly rude; unless you are for sure buying something there that second, in their store. Even then, they will not allow you to walk up the road for ANYTHING. They will make you move to the road. Even after coming to the store a handful of times, they would speak and treat someone so rudely.I personally will not be contributing my time nor money to this business anymore, after this outburst, and seeing it is not the only coincidence with only myself.With online reviews alone, and locals say the same things about the business. “Very crabby,” is the nice words I had got described that were not my own, but by locals.

We love shopping here. They have vegan meat substitutes. They have daiya, a delicious alternative to cheese if you have a diary allergy. Our only complaint is we wish it was closer to our home.

Although they have a decent selection for a smaller local store, Ill never go back. The older lady who I presume to be the owner was rather rude. I had purchased some items and then walked up the road to grab a pastry before leaving the downtown area. Upon returning to my car 7 minutes later, the owner had blocked in my car and closed off the parking lot. Had I not been a paying customer, not been there two hours before closing time, and had I been gone for longer than 20-30 minutes I would understand this but I was gone 7 minutes! 7 friggin minutes. The lady was extremely rude afterwards and tried to back track once she realized I was a paying customer and hadnt been gone long. I will never go back to this store again. This whole situation was uncalled for. I the future, I will happily make the 45 minute drive to Mobile and pay less at Whole Foods.

Ive been here several times and the older lady is incredibly rude to me 9 times out of 10. I will continue to go until I just cant take it anymore. I already drive out to Whole Foods once a month to get certain things in bulk that they dont have. She has been particularly attacking my zero waste lifestyle.

I love to support local small businesses. This is one the owner is right there with his mom. If you want organic, herbs, snacks, vitamins and more this is your store. Owner even showed me a new holistic product i could take for my chronic pain. They sell flours like oat in bulk, carob covered raisins and almonds. I was in heaven. Another lady came for oils she is using on clients hair to restore it back after damage due to weaves etc. The store is so cute. It took me back to my childhood with my mom at the local health food store.

Parked in their parking lot to walk next door ( street parking was full, theirs was not ) and they threatened to tow me for getting a coffee next door. Very unfriendly. Their lot had space for 15 cars and had 2 in it. Very unfriendly.

Selection is good But the owner is condescending and kind of mean. Was in there yesterday When a lady was trying to find an herb that started with H and the owner rudely said ‘you can your know the alphabet don’t you’

This store has a decent selection of healthy foods, supplements, and other items that you cant find anywhere else locally. I havent checked their hours online, but it seems like they are closed whenever Im off work. The items are pricey, but it beats the gas it would cost you to go to New Orleans or Mobile. The owner, Im assuming the older lady there was rude to us. We walked up to the counter ready to check out and she walked away.

Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They have a great selection and will advise you on food and supplements based on your needs.

Quaint store with small selection of health foods and other natural/organic products.

No produce, but has best bulk selection of organic nuts, beans, and grains in town. Prices on bulk items is good and store owners/workers can guide you towards different supplements and food.

I asked some simple questions about different tea types and instead of offering some information I was told I should just go online and look it up. I was asked if I knew how to google stuff because I didnt need to come in and ask I couldve just googled it. So rude. Ill go somewhere else even if I have to drive to gulfport.

Some of the stuff they sell is unscientific bullcrap, (am I allowed to say crap?) but they also sell a lot of genuinely good products that you cant find anywhere else in the area. Get you some dry roasted edamame with goji berries! Its delicious & nutritious & not too expensive, & I want them to keep selling it!

Accusing a child of stealing a candybar is one thing, but doing that with a longtime customer, whom you know is another thing.I was shocked to hear what your employee said about it: „That is business as usual“.Well it is in my opinion disgusting to do something like that and I hope that parents with children think twice before making the mistake to enter your store for exactly that very reason: Business as usual.
