Hey I am an out of towner, someone just passing through looking for some great coffee; and man did I find it. Not only were the ladies so sweet and so nice but the coffe was delicious. So many options. XL cups. The theme in there is on point. I will be back.

I had a Honey Carmel latte, oh my gosh! It was fabulous! Sweeties behind the counter and sweets in the counter. What a great homey place. Love it!

Hands down the best local coffee shop in Oconomowoc. Staff takes the time to get to know and develop relationships with customers. Great drinks and food with a relaxing atmosphere and affordable drinks!

I have never had a bad drink from Java Hut! Sandy makes amazing coffee drinks! Duffy does amazing in the kitchen! They are two of the nicest people!

I like that the establishment is very clean, including the restroom. Unfortunately, the artwork is not interesting. I would suggest to the owners that they incorporate work from local artists. The espresso roast was mediocre. The staff was friendly. We were the only patrons in the establishment early afternoon on a Monday, therefore it could be a quiet place to get some work done.The employees spoke of having issues with the sinks not working in the kitchen.I would prefer a number of other coffee shops in the area before returning.

Nice coffee shop in the area. The vegetarian breakfast toast (avocado, feta, veggies, balsamic vinaigrette drizzle) was very good. I had the sweet potato hash and eggs; I liked that you could opt for ham instead of toast. Healthy breakfast options with good Colectivo coffee. Prices were reasonable.

A friend suggested we come here and I am so glad we did! We have replaced our weekly Starbucks visit to come here. It’s a way better atmosphere, we like our coffee more, and we get to support a local business; what more could we ask for? My son had his first hot chocolate here, sandy even made sure it wasn’t too hot so he could drink it right away, he’s obsessed now!

Tasty Caramel Mocha and Breakfast Wraparitto. They no longer serve the Breakfast Burrito but this very helpful lady was like I can put the sandwich in wrap. And I was like yes please lady. They didnt skimp on the food either.

I really love this place. It is so sweet and they have great product. Unfortunately during COVID and during the Wisconsin-wide mask mandate, no one (not even the server) was wearing a mask. This feels like a violation of my safety. So, although I really love this place. I won’t go back until after Covid.

I love this coffee shop! The new owners have done a great job turning the place around. The decor is quaint, and reminds you of being in a comfy living room. They have couches and a fireplace for when the weather gets cold. They have tasty homemade treats, and AMAZING sandwiches. I’m here daily and Sandy and Duffy have treated me like family since day one.Another review stated there were no patrons in the store when he was here, however, that’s a lie. The reviewer even took a picture of me (without consent), proving he is wrong about nobody being in the store. Also, while he was in the store there was NO talk about a sink not working. I’m not sure why he mentioned that, but it never was talked about. Come here once, and you’ll see how amazing it is!!

Really great place to go to for coffee and breakfast/lunch! Sandy and her mom have done a great place creating a friendly environment with good conversation and great food. Sandy has a lot of experience with coffee shops and it really shows! Definitely a go-to place when in town!

The staff is very friendly and the coffee is great. There is a large selection of drinks, not just coffee. There are also some tasty breakfast and lunch dishes. This is a great place for meeting with friends, having a book club or Bible study, or just grabbing a quick drink. The prices are high but not ridiculous for the drinks, but the prices for food is pretty expensive. Great little coffee shop in a convenient location.

The owner Sandy Pagel has done an outstanding job turning around the java hut! Great service and a great new menu! I am here every day and just love the atmosphere. I highly recommend the java hut for your breakfast and lunch needs!

LOVED everything about this place when we stopped for the first time today. Great food. Great service. Very friendly. Cute decor. The tortilla soup was the best Ive ever had. My daughter loved her hot chocolate and French toast. The Colectivo coffee was fresh and well-made. We live in Waukesha, but well be back.

Stopped in for a Christmas gift of gourmet coffee. Lots of choices and they ground the beans for me. The attendant was knowledgable, helpful and polite. I also left with a cup of coffee and a cookie. Cant beat that! I will be a repeat customer.

Nice place for a great iced latte for an even better price than expected. The workers go above and beyond the definition of customer service.

Best coffee and best staff EVER!! I just happened to come across this place as I was out on an errand for work and decided, Why not try something that isnt Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts? I was not disappointed. After one visit, Im pretty sure Im converted. The Rishi Chai was to DIE for. Best I ever had, and Im probably the #1 fan of chai tea. The two ladies that helped me were so genuinely nice, too. There wasnt any sort of fake customer service act that most places have and it made me feel so welcome, as if I was a customer who had been going there for years. I will 100% be coming back every time I want to get my coffee fix while Im working. Thank you guys for being so amazing!
