I have been a US Cellular customer for almost 20 years... with a 2 year break to try another carrier (worst mistake ever) and am glad to be back at USC. In all those years, I have never had a customer service team, especially Faith, take care of me so well. Faith has always gone above and beyond and in a time where good customer service is hard to find... dont go anywhere else!!!

Faith did a great job of setting up my new iPhone and transferring all relevant information from my old iPhone. She was quick, thorough and even had to dig around to get my Verizon account number

Used to be a us cellular customer for years but never again. Went in to get just a cheap flip or basic cell ans the kid that tried to help was a dill weed. They had no phones to choose from and the kid tells me sorry no can do. The cheapest phone we have is a apple for $800. Then he says cant help you go to a different store. I was slack jawed. Verizon did a great job right across the street.

Our family recently visited the US Cellular store in Oconomowoc. We had such great service from Dylan and Derrick. Both of them went above and beyond to help us get the phones and plan that was right for us! Never before have we gotten that kind of service with our cell phone provider. Both of them even stayed after hours (on a Saturday) to make sure every detail was taken care of! Thanks Dylan and Derrick for all your help! We appreciated it very much!

I was very impressed with the care and respect that we received yesterday. We worked with Adam who helped us set up 4 new lines. He walked us through each step while being patient and extremely informative! He spent a couple of hours with us, and seemed excited to be doing his job! He explained all of our options, and made the sometimes daunting process buying new phone very easy! I am so glad we visited this store!!! We all came home with phone that were ready to use!! Signed up through store manager {Gino) He was professional and followed up with all my concerns. We were through AT&T and the experience we had at this location was 100% different from any other cell store I have been to. He was very patient, and informative about the two cellular devices we had activated. (Apple, and Android). I will highly recommend the Oconomowoc location for excellent customer service!

A rare find in todays retail. Everyone who walked in received a hello and Ill be right with you. I worked with Dylan who was professional, helpful and kind. My observation was the staff cared and simply treated people with respect.
