I always shop n compare prices. Lorleburgs prices today beat, Ace Hardware, Fleet Farm, Farm Fleet, Home Depot and Amazon ... I came home from there very happy with my purchase. And their customer service is always above n beyond friendly n helpful.

I have shopped here for years and typically have a good experience. I have taken many belts here and they work with me to find the right one. I brought in a belt today and was told I need to have a part number. I said Ive brought in belts in the past and we find what Im looking for. Was told no I had to hunt down the part number. So I just went someplace else to get it. I find myself going to Fleet Farm more and more. I hope its just one lazy employee and not the store.

They dont know how to cut a key for my car.... had to check my key 4 or 5 times and couldnt get it right....

Very good place to go for all your hardware needs.

Right as we got through the door an employee approaches us, we received directions. We looked at other things before getting to the section we were originally looking for, we looked around and saw that same employee doing laps by where we were just watching. Finally went to our section, same employee came by looking around. Then we moved to a different section, other employees looked at us. When we were checking out a different employee came from a top part down the stairs and kept staring at us. Then when we looked at him he started to fidget with something useless. Does this have to do something with my race? I saw another person in there and this wasn’t happening there. It’s ridiculous this happens so close to home.

Went to Lorlebergs to buy some ice melt this morning. The gentlemen on the floor quickly ran me through my options and was very helpful. I went to purchase my items and the cashier wasnt able to process my transaction. She wasnt trained to cancel the sale and she left me with the options of either walking out empty-handed or going to an ATM to get cash. I went to the other hardware store down the road instead and their POS was working great.

Kind, helpful staff. But if you’re looking for something specific and it’s out of stock you’ll probably be waiting a while. We’ve been waiting on a gallon of paint for 2 weeks now and was told it will likely still be another few weeks. I called in to see if it was there, was told yes, only to arrive in person and be told they’re out. Very disappointing.

Very disappointed in the shop. We always have taken things in for repair. Took a chainsaw in for minor repair. It started and worked when we took it in now it won’t start after Weeks of waiting for it. They have no idea. When we would call after about 4 weeks of waiting they didn’t even know where it was took a few days to even get a call back. I understand people retire but if they hire new repair people they should know what they are doing. Lots of excuses no answers

Brought in a chain saw for repairs. 5 weeks later, no call. They had a hard time finding it and was not repaired. Their response was that its a mess back there. No apologies.

I have been shopping here usually more than two times per week for the past 7 years. I manage a 40 unit apartment building down the road and this place is very helpful when I need them most. I order most parts from a National supply house, but for short notice needs, you cant beat Lorlebergs!Most things I can find on my own, but when I do need assistance, they are very accommodating. They are always friendly and polite and when I rarely need to return a defective product, there are no hassles what-so-ever!Very glad they are a part of our community. They give back a lot and are a convenient choice when you need something fast. I highly recommend them!!

All I wanted was 6 nuts and I got harassed. The nut bin was empty, but right next to it was a full box. I asked if I could take 6 and fill the bin with the extras. Now I was a criminal. She made sure I put the nuts back but offered no alternate. ( there are many sizes available not just stainless steel).1. Your prices are too high, all you have is customer service. You failed.2. See you at Home Depot.

Worst Service Possible. Had my lawn tractor picked up for repair. Initial contact was great - arranged pick up for Thursday morning and agreed to have a repair estimate to me the next day. Pick up was on time and courteous. The good news stops here. No call on Friday. Monday was a holiday. I called them on Tuesday. They had not looked at the mower yet but committed to take a look and get back to me on Tuesday. You guessed it. No call. I called them back on Thursday morning. Service guy said he looked at it that morning for the first time. Was not sure what was wrong and would need to order a part to see if that fixed the problem. Not sure how long that would take. Gave up on these guys and had the mower picked up by Schroeder Implement in Sussex. Took them two days to fix the problem - a pin had sheared on the transmission linkage. Easy fix with in stock parts. Throughout the process the Lorleberg service guy was rude and dismissive. If you need a Simplicity lawn tractor repair - dont call these guys.

Small town hardware store with just about anything you would need. Friendlier than the big box stores. Also, associates that actually know something about the products and can / will answer questions. Not many little guys left in the world.

I was treated very rudely today about a small issue. That included getting hung up by the store manager when discussing my issue. All over 50 cents.Elliots Ace Hardware is 10x the store. Well worth the extra ten minute drive.

Took my Echo blower in for simple warranty repair (replaced coil) June 9th. Work was not complete until August 2nd. Spoke to mechanic twice on phone to get a grasp of when it might be done and his response was well get to it when we get to it.

This is a great hardware store that brings a personal connection to all their customers. They always have the right part that you need to fix that broken whatchamacallit.

Lorlebergs has a wide selection of items! I shop there about once a week to get tools and parts for my landscape business and I alway experience quality customer service. On the other side, their equipment rental division isnt the best. Most of their equipment is old and the last time I rented a piece of equipment, the engine blew and I didnt even get a refund!

Plenty of available and knowledgeable help. Found what I was looking for. More expensive than Home Depot, but worth it not to drive for small parts. Besides, they support many community events, so a few extra bucks comes back to me anyway.

Iam very upset with the paint department, we pick a exterior color for our house that was suppose to be in the Brown tones when mixed it look like the beige tan color we wanted. When we sampled the paint on our aluminum siding it was pink. We bought 4 gallons and where told it looked beige on paper by the paint department but pink on my house. If only my house was made of paper. So have they not solved the problem . As a Oconomowoc resident I have always shooed local, if this doesnt get resolved it will be the last time I ever shop their and will not recommend it. I would like to say the owner kindly replaced the paint and was very helpful. Thank you for correcting the problem.

Rented a Bobcat that was not completely working. The lights on the trailer were broken when going to pick up. Asked to just have the replacement part so that we could fix it since we were already waiting around for an hour. Asked about money back on the rental and after calling 4 times over the course of the next 2 weeks, finally talked to the owner who was just willing to give me a small rental credit.Manager was rude and didnt listen to me at all. No one ever called me back, even after promising it several times.Would NEVER go back to this store.

The employees have always been helpful, and they generally have everything anyone would need for any jobs around the house. Prices are pretty average.

Rented a pole chainsaw.Chain was super dull and bag of safety supplies was missing items. Took 20 mins to check out and get loaded into my car with zero help and yet that 20 mins was off the time we rented it. Couldnt even give an extra 15 mins?Unreal. Also check out girl didnt hand me my receipt, she held it close.to herself and I had to reach over the counter to get it. Weirdest thing Ive ever seen. The young man who helped us rent it was FANTASTIC - didnt get his name but he had great customer service skills and shouldnt be working there!!! Hahaha
