I cant say enough about how helpful and informative the owner Bob and the rest of the staff are. I dont feel like Im being talked down to as a first-time homeowner; I can ask questions about their eco-line products and theyre ready with answers. They were welcoming to everyone that walked in. Highly recommend this location!

This is a great neighborhood hardware store. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are pretty good…typically slightly more than the big chains…but worth saving the drive out of town.

I think she was a manager there, but she went above and beyond to find me affordable buckets for what I needed to do when I came to town unprepared and needed 5 gal buckets that they were out of. Between the contractor bags and those buckets I got the job there done. THANK YOU!

I really like this place! The people that work there are all nice and if one doesnt know about something you ask, well they will find someone there that does! They all work together! Im still learning a lot! Its pretty important to know how to fix things around your own home, especially if you dont have a mate or husband or partner who knows how, or very much money to fix broken or change things that need to be changed.

We are deep in holiday production at The Jewelry Mechanic, Inc., and yesterday the oxygen regulator went on one of our compressors. It would have taken three days to get it from one of our usual vendors, but these folks not only had one, but it had become greatly improved since we bought our last one nearly 30 years ago. Once again proving that shopping local keeps stores like this in our area. Thank you for saving us!

The sales people here are so nice. I am usually greeted right when I walk in the door by the person at the counter. Within another 2-3 min someone shows up to ask if I need help. They know there merchandise. Love this store.

I never leave with unresolved issues regarding purchases!!After 10 years in our condo, its time to replace our smoke detectors.
