Great store. Stop by here after hockey games and the workers are really nice. The lines move quickly and it’s easy to find your way around.

The store itself is always clean and usually well stocked. Customer service manager has a very lackluster customer service attitude. Always seams to be in the “I just work here” mindset. Overall, good store with decent prices. I’ll continue to drive past a few other grocery stores to shop there.

I was surprised they were still requiring masks as the mandate has been lifted, but Im happy to oblige. The store was neat and well organized. Got help right away at the deli. Found everything I needed, nothing was out of stock. The prices here are a dollar or more less than the Giant here in Annapolis (Forest Dr), so its worth the drive to Odenton.My cashier actually flagged me down from across all the registers so he could help me. Very friendly and efficient. I love how you guys have 2 different color bags to indicate fresh food from shelf items. Helps me put my food away faster.

The staff always goes the extra mile. When i was injured they helped me carry by bags to the car. I like the prices, and selections provided. Its a cut above the local Giant

Only getting a star because zero is not an option. Shout out to the assistant manager (big, tall, overweight guy) who closed his line while I was already in line and next, with 1 $3.00 item. I did not want to do self checkout because it would only take a card and I dont want to charge 3 bucks. I had to get in the only one open line and take another 10 minutes to check out. Meanwhile, he was basically doing nothing. Thanks for you awesome (not) customer service. I wont be back.

Ive always liked this store, there is always something good on the discounted shelves. The issue I have is I keep seeing some employees putting their masks below their nose or on their chin. Still giving 5 stars because its been great over the years and this is more an employee issue than the overall store.

Theyve resigned the store recently. The updated floor layout is a bit better, albeit slightly confusing. Good variety in food choices.

The prices are great especially the stuff on sale. The cashiers are friendly and really nice and most of them no us from going there all the time. Its a pleasant experience to go to Food Lion. It is the only store I go to for groceries and for other things.

Update 2021- this place is NOT the same! There is one staff member that rides a scooter to work and she is beyond unprofessional. Watch her and the comments she says in front of you- she takes no remorse in offending your shopping trip- stares and makes rude comments to staff members about the person she is checking out!! Let me also mention check the dates on your purchases- more than once have i got molded expired can goods and rotten packaged hamburger meat from meat department!2017-2020 Amazing friendly staff!! This is my favorite neighborhood market. Always great sales and you earn free cash when you use their app and shop.

Staff is so attentive and friendly.the cashier was so nice and very helpful pulling 2stuck carts apart for me especially considering I just had surgery 2days ago and have Not Business shopping to start but ya gotta do what ya gotta do having hungry kids.the new guy is so sweet&was really helpful.he walked around with me to find McCormick pot roast mix bc it wasnt with all the other seasonings.weirdly it was in a completely different isle.so now he& I both know where to find it for future reference and the beautiful young lady at customer service was so outgoing.need more employees like them

Nice, friendly staff, very helpful...I am from Illinois and visiting with family. This is my third trip here and always need something from the store. I needed a swimming cap they did not have it a young man (clerk), took out his phone looked ot up gave me directions to the closest Dicks sporting goods store....now dicks clerks that is another story for another time...

Not only is Food Lion close by but it has all the items I usually purchase. This morning I needed a few items, easy and quick self checkout.I use the outside bin to recycle my plastic bags. Easy parking, friendly helpful associates, fully stocked in anticipation of Thangsgiving. Produce is always fresh everything is excellent.

Not a great selection relative to other supermarkets, but some very good specials and helpful employees.

So far, so good. Its so close to home, very conveniently located, and Ive found myself turning to Food Lion more and more for little things that I need... I try to do most of my grocery shopping at the Commissary, but I found myself at Food Lion more and more lately. They have pretty good deals too.

We are just down the street at Riverscape Apartments and we love how convenience Food Lion is for our residents! You could easily walk there on a nice day, and they are super accessible by public transit.The store is always clean and well maintained, the selection is great, and the cupcakes are to die for! We get everything from water refills to staff lunches to little snacks for the office at Food Lion and recommend it to everyone coming in to Piney Orchard.

Love it..m folks friendly, store well organized, clean, cheery, good selection. Been going there for years. Giant opened closer to me..No. Too big, milk a half a block away from door, etc. Food.lion right size for me, prices very competitive.

Convenient location but needs to step up theyre vegan/vegetarian game. I feel like there used to be more options but they pulled back with it.

Ive been to ALL of the grocery stores, including Wegmans, but something about Food Lion. Been going there since early 2000s. Better meat and produce selections than Safeway or Shoppers. Its just very convenient for me when doing regular shopping or need to pick up a couple of items on the way home. Have gotten to know some of the regular employees there. Diane is my favorite cashier.

Clean place in everybody is always extremely helpful and nice. The fruit and vegetable selection isnt too great and often the fruit is bad or close to being bad. Its been a long time since Ive seen any fresh raspberries at the store. They have a decent meat selection.

When you look back over 7 months this store has seen many staffing changes, but when you look at the caring people youre dealing with (Ill admit Im bias cause a few of the staff have become great friends to me) but at the end of the day they are by far the best Food Lion Ive ever been in!

Great store but I feel its like stopping by a 7 eleven to get something. When I need to really shop, I go down the street where everything is in one Building and cost less

There are 5 choices of grocery stores within 5 miles of my home. I have chosen the Piney Orchard Food Lion. I chose Food Lion for its parking, customer service, cleanliness, quality and variety of products. What more could I want?

First of all what the heck! Theres this lady being really rude to her cashiers and being really bossy towards them. She is a supervisor for customer service her name is MELISSA! The other young lady who works for there is great! But I seen this lady in the Hanover Food Lion. It seems that she transferred to the one in Odenton. I avoided her because she is very unprofessional and a huge two face when it comes to employees and customers, very terrible indeed.
